It is very quiet here and the rooms are very nice and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would come here again

Hotel located a stone's throw from the seafront and about 300 m from the beaches, magnificent place!!
Supermarket in front of the hotel, super convenient and all the shops located nearby!!

Loved that this is an adult only hotel!!!!
- Adult only, so no loud children, only teens or young adults on stags or hens playing music at unseen times in the morning...... The s'arenal area is notorious for this scene so not unexpected just a little frustrating at 5am after a long flight!
- location is 5 minutes from the playa (beach) and far enough from the club scene.
- Affordable hotel, but with this it attracts all the disruptive stags and hens (namely German and British).
- Opposite a German supermarket which closes at 9pm and less than 1 minute from a local supermarket selling all your needs, drinks, snacks etc.
- Rooms. Had a room with a balcony. The room itself was mostly clean. The beds were awful and springy, you could feel every spring curling into your back as you slept or laid down. The views were nothing exciting and overlooked other buildings.
- Air-conditioning - was not very cold. So, had to open the bathroom window and balcony to get some air instead.
- 5 mins walk to the bus stop to head to the old town (25 or 23)
- 1 min walk (behind the bins) for the airport bus which costs 5 Euros . Have cash or use the local top up card as contactless payments are not available.
- Within 5 mins of an array of restaurants, from seafood, to juices, to local tapas.

Never again, terrible room without balcony with the view to the internal hall + uncomfortable beds. Lot of drunk teens from Germany making noise during nights - not rocommended at all. For these reasons the price should be definitely lower. Parking not included, 12 euros per day. Every day some problem in the room - missing toilet paper, not functional sink, missing shower gel the very first day of our stay. We were so sooo disappointed.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!! my partner and I stay here 2 weeks ago for a couples holiday (big mistake). If you are not German, in your 20's and a party animal forget about it. Shouting in the hallways all during the night every night. Fire alarm set off at 5 am in the morning. The bed in our room was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, covered in a rash after sleeping on it and the springs were nearly coming through the mattress. Room cleaning became less and less,towel changes and i had to ask for toilet paper and soap twice from reception. Items 3 months out of date in the fridges. The list goes on and on. Pay the little extra and stay in the nicer hotels the other end of the strip
