Hotel Don Pepe - Adults Only

It is very quiet here and the rooms are very nice and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would come here again

Room was mostly functional with slight must smell. Bed comfortable. Drawer broken , shower door broken , sink took forever to drain.

Hotel located a stone's throw from the seafront and about 300 m from the beaches, magnificent place!!
Supermarket in front of the hotel, super convenient and all the shops located nearby!!
I recommend it, excellent hotel and staff!!

Loved that this is an adult only hotel!!!!

- Adult only, so no loud children, only teens or young adults on stags or hens playing music at unseen times in the morning...... The s'arenal area is notorious for this scene so not unexpected just a little frustrating at 5am after a long flight!

- location is 5 minutes from the playa (beach) and far enough from the club scene.

- Affordable hotel, but with this it attracts all the disruptive stags and hens (namely German and British).

- Opposite a German supermarket which closes at 9pm and less than 1 minute from a local supermarket selling all your needs, drinks, snacks etc.

- Rooms. Had a room with a balcony. The room itself was mostly clean. The beds were awful and springy, you could feel every spring curling into your back as you slept or laid down. The views were nothing exciting and overlooked other buildings.

- Air-conditioning - was not very cold. So, had to open the bathroom window and balcony to get some air instead.

- 5 mins walk to the bus stop to head to the old town (25 or 23)

- 1 min walk (behind the bins) for the airport bus which costs 5 Euros . Have cash or use the local top up card as contactless payments are not available.

- Within 5 mins of an array of restaurants, from seafood, to juices, to local tapas.
