The room is an apartment for three, beautiful and very clean. Protection and security measures for covid very good.. The pool is small but very cozy. The food is varied and delicious. Perfect location, close to the beach and entertainment. Everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed. We will return without a doubt. The best, all the staff, very attentive and friendly. A place with its own charm, beautiful sunrises, close to the beach, the food in the hotel is very good, delicious and varied tastes, hygiene and security measures are very good, at this time when they run, this is a very important factor to consider. The staff of the hotel and cafeteria are pleased to perceive a charming holiday in this way. I recommend it.

Very good hotel. Very clean rooms, excellent dining service with all the guarantees of a good protocol to ensure the well being of the client. All the staff without exception are very pleasant and attentive. Neat, clean and very accessible beach. Just two minutes from the hotel. Highly Recommended

Very nice and use it quite a lot BUT only allows free WiFi to guests and not to anyone using the bars where quite a bit if money can be sent. Lack of foresight!

Living conditions correspond to the declared. Good food and staff, good location and wifi. Not far away is the Mercadona supermarket. Plenty of Parking nearby. Very nice hotel, real 4*.

Stayed there for one night on 2 occasions when my wife and I played in the Celts Xmas hamper competition at La Serena golf course opposite. Lovely place. Unfortunately it is closed this December 11th when we are playing again in the same competition. Great pity, not sure what we will do now!

Lovely rooms, clean and spacious. Stayed here for three nights. Bar meal was disappointing as it was on the cold side had to send it back.

Rooms ok, big swimming pool, but if you are choosing full board beware that the food is not good, everything is frozen food heated in an oven, so save your money and better eat outside. By the way breakfast is always the same.

Our room was very clean,comfortable and spacious. Dinner was a disaster -the food was served cold, the chicken was raw in the middle and the pork was undercooked. We left most of our meal but no-one asked if the food was ok? We left before ordering from the dessert menu as I genuinely felt unwell.

Location was perfect,near to everything, bars, restaurants and a short stroll to the beach. All staff very pleasant and welcoming.

Stayed here many times. No complaints. A lot less Brits around. I guess Spain does not need British holiday spenders. Change the 90 rule. A very narrow minded Spanish government.

This hotel is a great hotel extremely clean. Cleaners change sheets and towels every day.but a big disappointment when the air conditioning wasn't on so we asked at reception and they said it's off while maintenance work was being carried out and will take a few days to start working. Very recently completely renovated 4-star hotel in the seaside resort of Los Alcazares, close to the sea and some cozy and tasty restaurants. Spacious rooms with large bathroom and a small terrace with a view of the sea (Mar Menor). Superb and huge beds. Despite the use of quality materials, this hotel lacks soul and warmth. Beautiful suite with Seaview. Very helpful and friendly staff would recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning.

Went here for a lads night out in los alcazares. Lovely hotel the only slight room for improvement i would say would be the breakfast

Stayed a couple of nights in this lovely little Hotel. Its very bright and airey. We had a lovely sea view and the continental breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.

Wonderful clean and modern hotel. Fantastic quiet location, walk to the beach in a few minutes. Staying in 2nd floor seaview room, large very comfy double bed. Room isn't massive but perfect for us for a few days. Lots of parking outside hotel. Not having breakfast but looks very well presented continental.

Hotel Cristina is modern, very clean, simple hotel. The bathroom is spotless with a great shower and shower pressure. The TV had 3 UK channels. Found this place just by off chance. Walked through the door and was impressed. Clean and bright. They had a room available. All lovely and clean and bright. We booked breakfast as well. Again lovely and fresh. We even stayed an extra night! Should more be a four star.

A perfect stop over for a night or two. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, everything worked and there was complimentary shower gel and soap. The bed was very comfortable, air con included and a quiet nights sleep. There is a cafe around the corner serving breakfast which was great. Highly recommend the hotel

Very simple but clean. Same price as Hotel Cristina but Cristina is more luxurous and calmer. Staff was very kind and helpfull. WiFi is 1 Euro per stay. Breakfast is 3 Euros. Unfortunately, no fridge, which I like to have for fresh drinks when I spend time in the hot weather. Overall OK but overpriced for what it has to offer.

Had breakfast here a few days ago and as it was so nice returned for dinner tonight, was not disappointed! Had the 3 course set menu for 12€ each was amazing! Very good food, Large portions and excellent service, sadly left it till late in our holiday but will definitely be going back next time we are here! A little gem??

The restaurant is near to the beach (10 minuts walking) and It have a lot of britain products, and It os not expensive, the typical english breakfast cost 3€

We had a fantastic five days, the hotel rooms are basic but exceptionally clean. The staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was great value for the money, we also used the restaurant and the meals in there were good. Thank Jesus for making our stay so good. We will be back next year

Great location close to beach and restaurants. Clean appartment, airco, large outside area, dog allowed, shared swimmingpool at 600m, which was not to busy in september. Friendly staff

Location was very good, the apartment was small but fully functional and comfortable. The on-site bar was convenient and pleasant with local live music once a week. The communal pool and pool bar were excellent.

Very helpful member of staff on front desk Today. Looking forward to my stay for 12 nights next week .

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The welcome we had was so lovely and our room was fantastic with the best view of the ocean AND we got to see the airshow over the weekend from our balcony. Amazing location and good service! The food nearby is walking distance and delicious. The views are spectacular! We had the breakfast buffet during our stay and it had many options. The only downside is the parking, you can pay for their underground parking but it is a daily fee. We took our chances and parked not too far in the public parking areas.

Stayed at the apartments connected to the hotel. Spotless, kept clean and quiet setting. All the you need for a lovely holiday. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was extra, plenty choices. Would recommend

Often visit the bar here. There is usually some entertainment on at the weekends, however it is frequently busy and difficult to get a seat. The staff are friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel. Small, but clean and bright. I recommend the roof terrace in the summer.

The hotel is not new and it is noticeable on furniture and decor. But all are well preserved and efficiently work. Comfortable beds. The room has everything you need. The French balcony. We have stayed a few days in August. The evaluation of the rest in this place is 10/10. The attention from the staff that works on this site is completely pleasing to the guests. No sheets on the bed but the staff were friendly. I had asked for a disabled room but when we arrived, it had not been made ready for me. The next day , it was ready but repacking all my clothes was too much effort. I would not stay there again.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and reserve. No room service but food is served at the bar throughout the day and evening. No entertainment whilst we stayed there but it was January. ....not sure if this changes during peak season. The local towns are lovely, particularly lo pagan, which is very family friendly but also great for couples or loan travellers. Lots of small bars, restaurants...

Hotel was fantastic value for money from a facilities point of view. Room and spa brilliant but service and quality of food not good. Sadly, staff in hotel and spa not helpful or friendly and often surly. Not immediately near restaurants or bars but only 10 to 15 minute walk to Lo Pagan, a lovely place. No food available at lunch time in the hotel. Area not touristy so nice and quiet. Great for relaxing...

Only visited the spa, but it's a great experience for a couple of hours of chill out at a very good rate. Remember a swimming cap, flip flops, a towel and your togs and you're good to go. The midweek rate is much better value than the weekend, so if you can, go off peak.

Used the spa, for €16 a session. You need a swim cap and flip flops. Different areas in the pool with jets. Also a hot tub. Temperature was 30.5° in the main area

Rooms are clean and spacious but feel very clinical, more business than leisure. Nice touch to have bath robes for the spa. Access to the garage is easy but if not checked in, no one answered the bell and I had to beep the horn quite a few times. Same to exit, they failed to tell me to keep the key to go out and I was trapped in the exit of the garage for some time until someone noticed the horn again...

We only used the spa here. So we can't comment on the rooms. The spa is big and the water is salt water rather than chlorinated. Lots of little areas with jets and bubbles to enjoy. And for an extra charge tli can enjoy the hammam. Where there is a dry sauna, hot pool, cold dip pool, two hot and cold rock walk through lanes and a steam room. Quite expensive considering. Stayed for one night and 2 days. Only allowed one and a half hour in the pool for the duration of our stay and you had to state on arrival at reception when checking in, the time you would be going into the pool. Treatments are quite expensive and the dressing gowns are very tired and shabby. Pool is very very salty and makes your eyes sting. Food is good but at €30 per...
