Stayed there for one night on 2 occasions when my wife and I played in the Celts Xmas hamper competition at La Serena golf course opposite. Lovely place. Unfortunately it is closed this December 11th when we are playing again in the same competition. Great pity, not sure what we will do now!

Lovely rooms, clean and spacious. Stayed here for three nights. Bar meal was disappointing as it was on the cold side had to send it back.

Rooms ok, big swimming pool, but if you are choosing full board beware that the food is not good, everything is frozen food heated in an oven, so save your money and better eat outside. By the way breakfast is always the same.

Our room was very clean,comfortable and spacious. Dinner was a disaster -the food was served cold, the chicken was raw in the middle and the pork was undercooked. We left most of our meal but no-one asked if the food was ok? We left before ordering from the dessert menu as I genuinely felt unwell.

Our second stay here and the best features of the stay are the food, service staff, and location. We came with a group and the dining staff was never overwhelmed. Quick bussing of plates between helpings, eager to provide refreshments (water, wine, etc). The meals had good variety and, tho somewhat industrial, the food was both palatable and beautifully presented. Proximity to Mar Menor and local dining...

We love it here, go every year for a few days away, excellent location, lovely walks along the Mar Menor, beautiful scenery. The Restaurant at the Hotel is buffet style and there really is something for everyone!

Love this place, have visited about 8 times. Staff are always friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable. Lovely quiet area, wouldn't recommend for large groups of young people looking for a wild party. Great for older people or young families.

Stayed here for two weeks in August 2024. Allowed to check in at 2pm rather than 3pm as our double room was ready. Large airey room with modern bathroom fixtures and fittings with a bath. We went as a large group of 40. We all got individual attention and nothing was too much trouble. Room amazing - even had simple kitchen facilities. We were half board - food is buffet style, but very good selection, different every day. Staff very professional and approachable. Nice pool and jacuzzi, have spa and gym facilities. The room is an apartment for three, beautiful and very clean. Protection and security measures for covid very good.. The pool is small but very cozy. The food is varied and delicious. Perfect location, close to the beach and entertainment. Everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed. We will return without a doubt. The best, all the staff, very attentive and friendly. Location was perfect,near to everything, bars, restaurants and a short stroll to the beach. All staff very pleasant and welcoming.

Stayed here many times. No complaints. A lot less Brits around. I guess Spain does not need British holiday spenders. Change the 90 rule. A very narrow minded Spanish government.

This hotel is a great hotel extremely clean. Cleaners change sheets and towels every day.but a big disappointment when the air conditioning wasn't on so we asked at reception and they said it's off while maintenance work was being carried out and will take a few days to start working. Comfortable with a good breakfast. Happy hour from 7pm to 8pm with 2 for the price of 1 in their relaxed bar. Staff are great.

Stayed a couple of nights in this lovely little Hotel. Its very bright and airey. We had a lovely sea view and the continental breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.

Wonderful clean and modern hotel. Fantastic quiet location, walk to the beach in a few minutes. Staying in 2nd floor seaview room, large very comfy double bed. Hotel Cristina is modern, very clean, simple hotel. The bathroom is spotless with a great shower and shower pressure. The TV had 3 UK channels. Found this place just by off chance. Walked through the door and was impressed. Clean and bright. They had a room available. All lovely and clean and bright. We booked breakfast as well. Again lovely and fresh. We even stayed an extra night! Should more be a four star.

Lovely little hotel, set not far from the beach (a steady 5-8 minutes walk). Plenty of nearby parking and shops/bars/restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and very much a friendly, small number of staff run, establishment. We were welcomed and treated exceptionally, even though we only stayed for the weekend. Sadly, due to the after effects of the pandemic, the bar/restaurant remains closed...

For a 2 star Hotel, its punching above its weight... its great! Lovely big room, comfy bed, desk, chairs, chaise longe, balcony overlooking kids park, loads of cushions, Moroccan style decor. Lovely!

Very simple but clean. Same price as Hotel Cristina but Cristina is more luxurous and calmer. Staff was very kind and helpfull. WiFi is 1 Euro per stay. Breakfast is 3 Euros. Unfortunately, no fridge, which I like to have for fresh drinks when I spend time in the hot weather. Overall OK but overpriced for what it has to offer.

Had breakfast here a few days ago and as it was so nice returned for dinner tonight, was not disappointed! Had the 3 course set menu for 12€ each was amazing! Very good food, Large portions and excellent service, sadly left it till late in our holiday but will definitely be going back next time we are here! A little gem??

Very recently completely renovated 4-star hotel in the seaside resort of Los Alcazares, close to the sea and some cozy and tasty restaurants. Spacious rooms with large bathroom and a small terrace with a view of the sea (Mar Menor). Superb and huge beds. Despite the use of quality materials, this hotel lacks soul and warmth. After all, it all remains a bit cool and impersonal. The breakfast buffet...

Beautiful suite with Seaview. Very helpful and friendly staff would recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning.

Went here for a lads night out in los alcazares. Lovely hotel the only slight room for improvement i would say would be the breakfast

Great location close to beach and restaurants. Clean appartment, airco, large outside area, dog allowed, shared swimmingpool at 600m, which was not to busy in september. Friendly staff

Location was very good, the apartment was small but fully functional and comfortable. The on-site bar was convenient and pleasant with local live music once a week. The communal pool and pool bar were excellent.

Amazing value. Very clean Duplex apartment nice and spacious. Several balconies looking out at both seas. All cooking facilities including coffee machine. Fresh towels. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. No noise from neighbours. Cute swimming pool with free sun loungers.

They were lovely apartments with great views. The air conditioning was great and in general the cleanliness was good, however there was a problem with the sheets on the bed being old, stained, and not fully cleaned. I was hoping for better information on the apartments and what was expected upon departure as well as information on the surrounding area.

Really lovely apartments as close to the beach as it gets, secure parking available and 2 elevators per block if you prefer not to use the stairs. In addition there are outdoor swimming pools which are staffed by lifeguards daily, and sun lounger's to use in the same area.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The welcome we had was so lovely and our room was fantastic with the best view of the ocean AND we got to see the airshow over the weekend from our balcony. Stunning! The hotel unfortunately suffered a major water pipe leak and itwas incredibly hard for them to get under control. Amazing location and good service! The food nearby is walking distance and delicious. The views are spectacular! We had the breakfast buffet during our stay and it had many options. The only downside is the parking, you can pay for their underground parking but it is a daily fee. We took our chances and parked not too far in the public parking areas.

Paqui es la chica que nos atendió, cuando llegamos nos recibió con un abrazo y una sonrisa y estuvo pendiente de nosotros para todo lo que hemos necesitado. Trato familiar y cariñoso de Paqui, es encantadora. Sin duda pienso volver.

Todo y en especial al personal por dar una solución a un inconveniente incluso después de haber dejado el apartamento. Digno de agradecer.

Stayed at the apartments connected to the hotel. Spotless, kept clean and quiet setting. All the you need for a lovely holiday. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was extra, plenty choices. Would recommend

Often visit the bar here. There is usually some entertainment on at the weekends, however it is frequently busy and difficult to get a seat. The staff are friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel. Small, but clean and bright. I recommend the roof terrace in the summer.

The hotel is not new and it is noticeable on furniture and decor. But all are well preserved and efficiently work. Comfortable beds. The room has everything you need. The French balcony. We have stayed a few days in August. The evaluation of the rest in this place is 10/10. The attention from the staff that works on this site is completely pleasing to the guests. No sheets on the bed but the staff were friendly. I had asked for a disabled room but when we arrived, it had not been made ready for me. The next day , it was ready but repacking all my clothes was too much effort. I would not stay there again.
