Excellent customer service & very welcoming. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel, & the helpfulness of the staff. A special mention for Daniel the lifeguard, exceptional competence/awareness assisting myself on numerous occasions when I struggled with steps on existing the Jaquzzi.

Lovely Hotel, you don't pay 5 star prices so don't expect a 5 star hotel. What you do get however, is a wonderfully situated hotel, right next to the beach and town which has plenty of bars to occupy your nights with. Loads of nice restaurants and fairly cheap too. Average beer 3-4 euros. The hotel is nice. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, the pool is sound, not that a group of golfers used it...

bedding and towels were old - no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. Staff were brilliant though.

Our second stay here and the best features of the stay are the food, service staff, and location. We came with a group and the dining staff was never overwhelmed. Quick bussing of plates between helpings, eager to provide refreshments (water, wine, etc). We love it here, go every year for a few days away, excellent location, lovely walks along the Mar Menor, beautiful scenery. The Restaurant at the Hotel is buffet style and there really is something for everyone!

Love this place, have visited about 8 times. Staff are always friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable. Lovely quiet area, wouldn't recommend for large groups of young people looking for a wild party. Great for older people or young families.

Stayed there for one night on 2 occasions when my wife and I played in the Celts Xmas hamper competition at La Serena golf course opposite. Lovely place. Unfortunately it is closed this December 11th when we are playing again in the same competition. Great pity, not sure what we will do now!

Found this place just by off chance. Walked through the door and was impressed. Clean and bright. They had a room available. All lovely and clean and bright. We booked breakfast as well. Again lovely and fresh. We even stayed an extra night! Should more be a four star.

Lovely little hotel, set not far from the beach (a steady 5-8 minutes walk). Plenty of nearby parking and shops/bars/restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and very much a friendly, small number of staff run, establishment. We were welcomed and treated exceptionally, even though we only stayed for the weekend. Sadly, due to the after effects of the pandemic, the bar/restaurant remains closed...

Very simple but clean. Same price as Hotel Cristina but Cristina is more luxurous and calmer. Staff was very kind and helpfull. WiFi is 1 Euro per stay. Breakfast is 3 Euros. Unfortunately, no fridge, which I like to have for fresh drinks when I spend time in the hot weather. Overall OK but overpriced for what it has to offer.

Had breakfast here a few days ago and as it was so nice returned for dinner tonight, was not disappointed! Had the 3 course set menu for 12€ each was amazing! Very recently completely renovated 4-star hotel in the seaside resort of Los Alcazares, close to the sea and some cozy and tasty restaurants. Spacious rooms with large bathroom and a small terrace with a view of the sea (Mar Menor). Superb and huge beds. Despite the use of quality materials, this hotel lacks soul and warmth. Often visit the bar here. There is usually some entertainment on at the weekends, however it is frequently busy and difficult to get a seat. The staff are friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel. Small, but clean and bright. I recommend the roof terrace in the summer.

Great place to stay, short walk to beach, to the mud pool and the pier walk to windmill, also have a great place to rent paddleboards, kayaks, windsurf boards and boats. Staff very friendly and helpful with anything. Been 2 times now to Hotel Lodomar.

No sheets on the bed but the staff were friendly. I had asked for a disabled room but when we arrived, it had not been made ready for me. The next day , it was ready but repacking all my clothes was too much effort. I would not stay there again.

Only visited the spa, but it's a great experience for a couple of hours of chill out at a very good rate. Remember a swimming cap, flip flops, a towel and your togs and you're good to go. The midweek rate is much better value than the weekend, so if you can, go off peak.

The room was pretty good, not far from the seaside, a very quiet place. Breakfast is okay, but sometimes dinner is not available. Without a car, it is not very convenient to go outside.

We were on the 8th floor so it was noisy from the wind but the apartment was spacious, well equipped and had a small balcony (that we didn't use!). My wife and I recently went for a long weekend (8 - 11 September) at the Hotel Londres, and stayed in one of its self-catering apartments. La Manga is a hidden gem in Spain. Area is better on weekends, but the beaches are really nice. Fly to Valencia, rent a car and drive 2.5 hours. You'll love it and save some money.

We love its location and its tranquility, since these are very comfortable independent apartments with excellent service. Average hotel with a good cusine. Really outdated interior. The furniture is so 90s... I lost a leg of my bed in the second day... Food is good, nothing special though. Location is the most important here as it is situated between both Mar Menor and Mar Mayor. Has a swimming pool as bonus.

This was a visit to the roof top bar which was relatively quiet but needed some music playing through speakers or a live band because it felt a bit quiet. It wasn't hugely busy but an atmosphere is what makes a nice bar. The weather was quite windy but we couldn't do anything about that of course. It was nice to visit there though. I would recommend going there to experience, I think it is a new feature...

Our stay was good overall. The place was clean and the food was adequate. As usual the Spanish staff were disinterested and unhelpful. The hotel is located at the start of Last Manga strip - about 10 kilometres of hotels, apartments restaurants and the like. This sounds like it should be an alive place. Las Gaviotas was amazing. The room was clean and had a big TV to watch the Euro finals. I made sure to visit the pool as well, it had a nice jacuzzi and the pool itself was nice as well. The only bad thing would be the lack of choices of the food, but since it was included in the price it was ok.

Although it is very big hotel it was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast which had very good choice of food. Rooms are big and spotless. Couldn't fault hotel just in wrong location should have been in the centre of La Manga as not a lot of bars/restaurants near it. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A hotel that should be classified as 2 stars and not 4...the rooms have a spectacular view, a beach that is wonderful...The buffet is a shame...very little variety, almost scarce and a brutal lack of imagination to offer a quality service...most of the clients, if not all, are IMSERSO groups and it is a shame that they are treated like this.
