I really would recommend this hotel. The staff is really nice and the service is great. The hotel rooms are very clean. Super nice new hotel with multiple pools. Nice staff and extensive breakfast buffet. We were here for 3 days in October but are definitely planning to come back in the summer!

The location is excellent and the breakfast is good. The soundproofing of the hotel is not good. I booked a double room but only got a twin room. The service of the hotel is not at the level of a five-star hotel. Ctrip's service is very good.

This place was brilliant just back from a week there with my partner & kids. Pools were amazing kids loved them. Also a short walk to the beach. It's ok hotel. The food was good though. They have a sign outside advertising a 3 course meal for 16 euros, but when you go inside, the waiter tells you that they don't offer that deal. In my opinion, they're misleading people and I'm not up for it. On the positive side the service was adequate, friendly staff and clean facilities.

Staff, food and facilities were amazing!

I can highly recommend the penthouse rooms. Mine looked amazing with a high ceiling. But especially the view i had was breathtaking. My room was facing the swimming pool and i could see the sea and the mountains. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Swimming pools were great. Very close to the sea and to the train station. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Lovely hotel and lovely staff although I booked a twin room and I was told I hadn't and, as they were fully booked, they could not move me. Food quality was good and varied. Less than 10 minute walk to the train station for trips to Barcelona. Mattress was rock hard and the worse part of my stay.

Unpleasant staff. Everything for an extra fee, e.g. a fridge, that's complete nonsense. Food very weak except for desserts. The cleanliness of the rooms is insufficient. Hotel for undemanding clientele.

It was a great stay, although the rooms could use some renovation. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. I admit the rooms were very dated and needed repairs, so dont expect luxury. As for the location of this hotel it was fantastic. You could not get any closer to the beach and the outside bar area and seating area was very pretty with great beach views. This hotel is also situated by lots of shops and restaurants. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Enjoyed my stay 😊 It was a pleasant stay and the food was good. The rooms are basic and noise was sometimes an issue but overall it was good. Some staff members couldn’t do enough including Loly, Eileen, Paola and dumi, would go again.

Very comfortable hotel, close to the beach and with various activities such as dancing, gymnastics, etc. I highly recommend it; it's a good value for money.

Came here with my boyfriend for a quick 4 days away. Hotel is very basic but considering the price, we’ve had a pretty pleasant experience. Staff are friendly and we’ve had our rooms cleaned everyday. Entertainment was fairly decent. Room is spacious for just the two of us and was clean when we arrived. We had a great family stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and great housekeeping team. Fresh towels daily . The food was very good and plenty of choice for everyone. The kids loved the chocolate fountain night . The pool is nice and clean. The sauna and hot tubs were well used! Would recommend 🙂

Staff were friendly and helpful ,rooms were very basic you had to pay for hairdryers fridge safe. Food was not fantastic and room was not cleaned every day was half board so breakfast and dinner had drinks with breakfast but had to pay for drinks with dinner wasn't even water available unless you payed.

Great location, close to the beach and the restaurants/shops, but noisy because of the disco nearby and drunk/adolescent people shouting by midnight. Very friendly staff, great food. Coffee could have been better, though, and there was a problem with key cards constantly demagnetising.

Basic clean bed comfortable. I did make a slight complaint as for a catered hotel no room has a kettle or coffee facility in rooms. Food choices was nice staff friendly in restaurant and reception.
