Where do I start..
I ignored the reviews thinking it can’t be that bad well soon as I got there they ask you to pay a £13 pound for 5 people. The key card didn’t work to my room after 3 tries of returning back to reception turning back to reception. The toilet smelled horrible There was blood on the bed sheets the Tv is just Spanish it’s very noisy and you can hear people having showers and flushing the chain and even I heard people coughing thew the walls. Very dark hallways and only 2 small lifts that take ages to come with meany Queues. A lot of teenagers as well who also was running around at night knocking on our door then running away. The breakfast wasn’t bad but lunch and dinner was horrible they expect you to pay for drinks even tho it’s all inclusive not meany food choices there was only really sea food and snails. You have to pay for WiFi. The pool is ok but later on it’s packed full off a massive group off teenagers. The maid didn’t clean our room the shower curtain was dirty. It’s not really suitable for children there was a DJ for 3 hours but it wasn’t very good.i would give this place 0 i cloud.

I wish I could give this hotel zero stars, but since that's not an option, I reluctantly give it one. My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare.

Service:
From the moment we arrived, the staff at the reception, restaurant, and cleaning crew were all incredibly rude. I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but being completely ignored and getting eye rolls is unacceptable. None of our concerns were addressed. For instance, the air conditioning in our friend’s room wasn’t working, and the staff’s response was basically, “We don’t care.” The bathroom door in our room couldn’t be locked, and to make matters worse, the cleaning staff would open the door without knocking. It was incredibly unsettling to constantly worry about someone barging in without warning. When we asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign at the reception, we were told it wasn’t possible. Despite informing them not to clean our room as we wanted to sleep in, the cleaning staff still came in.

Food:
I don’t even know where to begin with the food—it was horrendous. I've never had such bad food in my life. Even a simple dish like pasta was a complete disaster. The atmosphere in the restaurant was equally terrible. The staff rushed us through our meals, often picking up our plates before we were even finished.

Room:
The room was filthy, with uncomfortable beds and horrible pillows. To top it off, loud music was played every night until midnight, so forget about getting any early rest. The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear everything our neighbors did or talked about, which added to our discomfort.

This hotel does not deserve its 3-star rating. I've stayed in many budget hotels before, but I've never experienced anything this terrible. My advice: do not stay here!

Buffet was sketchy looking. Bread was from February. Of 2018. WiFi is $5…for one device. Elevators are tiny and slow. Not a good start, Barcelona. :(
