ALEGRIA Fenals Mar

Very nice and cozy hotel, super close to the sea and beautiful Fenals beach, but a bit distant from the tourist center (which was good for us because it's much calmer).
Very Nice pool area and chill zone.

Room seems a bit old, but comfy any ways, the only thing missing was the fridge (i believe it's important to have especially whey you have guests who do not take the pension option or there is no free bar included) and the TV is too old, there is no international channels and you can not connect it to your phone.

The food was good and the choice of options was in keeping with the size of hotel and the season. Good fruits, meat and fish options and nice breakfast.

The staff of the hotel was really nice, polite and always ready to help.
Definitely recommend this place for affordable chill vacation!

The hotel is very good and located close to the beach. The breakfasts are dinners are very good. The personell is always ready to help. The only negative thing I should mention about is the fire alarm. When someone smokes in the room the alarm is immediately activated. Very annoying, especially at night. Every room has a balcony, and smokers should use it.

Beautifull hotel the rooms are celan the service is excellent, everything was functional the only thing that was lacking is the sound isolation you could hear every single footstep from the hallway but it's not a big problem. The location is a 3 minute walk from the beach. They have a lounge from relaxing and a swimming pool. Great recommendation!

Such a pleasant stay! The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and polite. The food was consistently delicious, with a wide variety of options. The location couldn't be better—close to everything we wanted to see. Incredible experience, especially for the price!

Very good hotel in a beautiful place. A quiet city district that is located not far (15-25 min of walking, depending on a route) from the center. 2 min from the sea. Near are shops with different things for rest - beach towels, swimming masks, sun cream....
Small but very nice territory with a pool, tables and alcoves.
Balconies for sitting in evening or while it's raining.
Good, various and tasty breakfasts/dinners.
Friendly staff.
It's a place where I want to return.

We had a very nice time there on vacation. Rooms a bit small for my taste. The hotel is more for young people. Great service and great food. Excellent location. 100m from beach.

Great hotel! Very close to the beach and to the city center. Stuff was nice. Food was incredible - many many options regardless if its a breakfast or dinner. Rooms were not very big but were ok for a couple.

Good hotel, especially for what we paid. Rooms were very basic but that was all we needed. Sadly there was no soundproofing between rooms and the hall so you could hear a fart next door. We had loud English neighbours who partied til 6am and kept us up the first two nights of our stay. Rooms were cleaned each day.

The hotel did have an unusual policy that disallowed guests from bringing in food or drink from outside the hotel. So no food/drinks from the nearby shops or takeaway food. Thankfully though whenever we did bring stuff in or ordered food to be delivered we were left unchallenged.

The outside area was lovely, decent sized pool. Good amount of sun beds and few lounge areas nearby too. Bar was beside this area.

Service was good, staff were friendly. Location was great, 2 minutes from beach and plenty of restaurants/bars nearby in Fenals and Lloret de Mar a mere 5 minute walk away.

If not for the soundproofing issues our stay would have been perfect.

This place is such a pleasant surprise. Yes there is some wornout furniture, and some doors does not close properly, but it is clean, warm, has great service (imho) and proper, decent, strong meals with great menu. Both breakfast and supper have cold and hot dishes, chefs are cooking food Infront of you as you stand in line. Menu is versatile, from every European cuisine. Fruits and cakes are fresh. You can refill your plates as much as you want and nobody will object that in any way. There must be some reason why this hotel has just 3 stars, but frankly I don't see it. In my book it's strong 4, mainly because of good service and good food. Thank you, I had good time in Catalonia thanks to you.
