During my stay at this hotel, I had a dreadful experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. First and foremost, I noticed that the housekeepers were stealing personal items from the rooms. The disappearance of belongings led to a feeling of insecurity and discomfort.
Moreover, the taste of the food was awful. Every meal was a struggle to get through, with flavors that were unappetizing and poorly prepared.
The staff's attitude was unbearable. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. On top of all this, they exhibited blatant antisemitism. We were charged an additional 10 euros because we left some food on the table during breakfast, a meal we had already paid for! When we questioned the charge, they threatened to call the police if we didn't pay up.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The combination of theft, terrible food, unprofessional staff, and discriminatory behavior made for an incredibly unpleasant stay.

We arrived early in the morning. Couldn't check in till 14:00. And check out day had to leave at 10 while our bus came later that evening. Some staff is rude. Some staff very very nice.bbit our first day earrings and an iphone charger was missing. But it were little earrings and my daughter bought a lot of stuff and couldn't remember the exact shape or the small ear rings. Little gold buds on paper. So because she couldn't remember we lied. And they don't steal. I never said that. But you can NEVER guarantee. And they told us we lie. So..... Nope, never again.

The rooms in the hotel are really disappointing - too small, you have literally no space there. The room for 4 was made by adding 2 single beds so we ended up sleeping all together in a long row of beds. Rooms are old school, we had blocked drains in the shower which caused flooding all the time and there was a nasty smell of mold from the air conditioner. The huge plus of the hotel is the cleanliness of the rooms, the cleaner was there every day and most of the service room was so lovely. In the bar or restaurants most of the service was fantastic as well, but the absolutely huge star of this hotel was animator Sergio - he makes an outstanding atmosphere there, absolutely joyful to meet people like him and I think he is the best part of this place. The location of the hotel is okay, really close to the beaches from both sides and literally everywhere.

Everyone was extremely nice! Even the people who stayed there themselves. You had a lot of choices among food, everyday something new. They also refill it immediately so you never run out of food. You're room gets cleaned everyday and is overall really clean and comfortable.
The location is also great! there is a water park one street from the hotel and you have a lot of other stores near the hotel. The beach is also just a about a 7 min walk. The kids will always be entertained by the shows they keep every evening, even adults enjoyed it a lot. The only thing we were a little disappointed about was the wifi, the connection was pretty bad and wasn't even available most of the days we've spend there. We've asked the receptionist what caused it, and she said it's because a lot of people are using it.
Overall I would definitely recommend this Hotel especially when you're looking for a hotel that is also kid-friendly.

To begin with it was a really nice hotel the people who would clean mine room everyday were so nice! Only the pools were a problem, there are rules like no balls, no smoking, and no reserving beds, but there were people doing those things and the guards didn't do anything about it, just watching, there was a guard who was even looking at the rules him self! Ur a guard there and you don't even know your rules?? The bar was great but if you don't have all inclusive they shut you down, like your not worth anything, for example in the restaurant you can only take water from a machine for diner, for a normal drink you need to pay. I needed to stand on the other side just to buy a ice cream. They also had a inside pool which looked it was left out, it was only in use for bad weather really weird because you pay a lot to stay. And the food was almost the same everytime, and if you wanted to go to sleep you had to wait because on the other side is a lounge club eith loud people going there. End conclusion it's not worth 4 stars

Good value for money. The rooms are a bit small and dated, not four stars. The rest of the areas in the hotel, the pools and the aquasplash are great and very nicely kept. The dinner buffet was surprisingly good and varied given the price I payed. Everyone should be able to find something to eat here. The breakfast was so-so, a lot to choose from but mostly very unhealthy choices. If you like sweet pastries with jam, nutella or honey on top for breakfast you won't be disappointed. There was some entertainment of varied quality in the evenings. But given what I payed for the stay I think it was good and thus recommend a stay.

Here currently, and hate it.. everyone stares at you gives you dirty looks.. it’s uncomfortable.. I’m referring to the guests and it’s not just a quick look it’s full head turns, eyes on you, they are very rude. One lady told my 9 year old daughter to move.. so she could have a photo by the tree she was playing by. Definitely doesn’t feel English friendly. We are the only English people in this hotel. And it shows. I will never return. We booked here for waterpark and can’t even use it as it’s off, so it’s a moot point anyway. Reception staff I don’t rate, they don’t even answer the room call. (Our aircon isn’t working at all) tried to call multiple times I’ve given up. The entertainment lady is lovely but it’s either workout/dance every day and Spanish bingo at 5:30- repetitive and very small area, you have to walk through to get to your room, que the stares. The food is ok actually, basic, different varieties daily, and pleasant chefs/waiting staff. Very little options for vegetarians (allergies) overall unhappy here and will definitely read reviews before visiting anywhere. (Cleaning staff are ace! Lovely lovely ladies)

Very nice hotel for a very reasonable price. A 5 minute stroll from the beach and town. Two outdoor pools, the main pool had music playing but not intrusively loud. The second pool was quiet and empty for most of our stay so nice and peaceful. Staff are very friendly and speak most languages. Went during the end of September, weather was lovely and Lloret wasn't too busy so perfect for a quiet couples holiday. Food was fairly standard buffet style but was decent enough.
