Kumara Serenoa By Lopesan Hotels

We had an incredibly chilled and relaxing stay at Lopesan Serenoa in Gran Canaria. The hotel layout was perfect for families – our little girl had an amazing time and was never out of sight, which made the holiday so much more enjoyable for us. The staff were wonderfully friendly, and the food was excellent with plenty of variety. A special shoutout to Jesús, who absolutely stole the show with his entertainment – ‘Quack quack!’ will forever be a holiday highlight. Can’t wait to return!

I what have been better if the fridges (or ‘ambient fridges’ as they call them) in the rooms were actually cold rather than room temperature but that’s my only niggle.

We spent a week here in October and loved it. The rooms are modern, clean and well equiped. We loved the layout of the hotel and you have easy access to everything. The staff were absolutely brilliant - always friendly and helpful.

The pool is beautiful, set in the middle with palm trees and plenty of well kept sun loungers all round. The restaurant and food were excellent, always fresh and always a huge variety of options.

We found the location particularly good. You're at the end of a quiet one-way street and are surrounded by green well kept golf courses. You feel safe and private which is great for kids and you can still walk to the beach in 40 mins.

Absolutely fabulous hotel for adults and family's.
The staff are so helpful, attentive & friendly.
Rooms are very clean and maintained daily by the cleaners.
I was impressed by the choice and quality of food each day - all round excellent.
Nice pool with ample sun-beds for all.
Lots of daily activities at the hotel for children & adults to join in should you wish.
Good drinks selection at the bar...
Good location for visits outside hotel, short cab ride- 10€ roughly which hotel reception arrange.
Overall - thank you Kumara Serenoa for a fabulous 10 day holiday.

AMAZING HOTEL! We stayed here for 8 days and we was absolutely shocked at how good this hotel was, from the staff, the service, the food was 10/10. The staff are lovely and kind. We arrived very late in the night and they had packed us a bag full of food and water which is a very kind gesture. We stayed in the adults only bit and it was so peaceful just what we wanted. The rooms were brilliant and modern. They have a massive range of food which by surprise was very tasty, I’ve never been to an all inclusive were the food is that good you go up for seconds haha. The only cons of this hotel are that it is far away from everything else so we hired a car to get around. The only little thing was that the cups were quite small when getting a drink (all inclusive) and other times we got a big cup not too sure why. But all in all we was made to feel very welcome and enjoyed our stay. Thank you

absolutely recommended. the hotel is nice, clean and quiet. you will find all the luxury and comfort you desire. the food is rich and delicious. also the staff is very helpful and friendly. Jennifer from the terrace deserves an award for her cheerful presence and beautiful smile

Absolutely brilliant hotel. I had a great relaxing time. Rooms are all very clean and modern. Everything about the hotel was clean and tidy. Staff are all very friendly. Food was good with plenty of choice and wasn't the same every day. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a quiet holiday. They also run a free shuttle bus into town and to the beach. Taxi back from either of those places are under €5 late at night. Cannot fault the place at all. I will go back 100%.

Absolutely beautiful place. Paradise. So clean and feels new. You feel like you died and went to heaven. Amazing stay .

Lovely modern, recently refurbished hotel of " bungalow type" rooms. Place had a very chilled vibe.
Property and grounds well maintained and very clean. Buffet style food service which presented a wide range of freshly prepared food throughout the day. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Hotel surrounded by golf courses so located in a quiet relaxed location. Approx 40 mins walk to sea front, dunes and promenade.
