The hotel itself wasn’t bad. The pool was too small for the size and there are some really stupid rules in place (small section for ball games and lilos etc) and the bigger space for chilling, it also was quite dirty. There were enough beds for everyone, but the usual ‘get up at 5 to get the bed I want but not turn up until the afternoon’ people were very much present here. Staff were lovely and the hotel is very clean. The food is not good. There is a lot of choice of beige food which was incredibly bland. The room in which is used for when you check out, and need to shower, was absolutely shocking. No organisation, not clean, no space. Absolutely carnage!!

Genuinely an amazing hotel, would return in a heartbeat. The staff are extremely attentive and polite. The cleaners work non stop round the clock and the place is spotless. The entertainment team are kind and funny, special mention to Jose who made the holiday. We went on 3 trips with help from the Tui rep within the hotel and they were great! The riu parties are a lot of fun and easy to book and transfer is quick! Lastly, the entertainment has variety and there is always something to do during the day. There is also a sandy beach a 10 minute walk away and plenty of shops within a 5 minute walk from the hotel! 5 stars for Riu Papayas!

Excellent attitude towards the staff in all its branches. Good cleaning. All inclusive food is very good. The negative point would be the size of the pool for the number of clients it has. More happiness than misery! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Fantastic hotel, very friendly and helpful staff who are always happy to help. The food in the restaurant was great, cooked in front of you, great choice and the desserts were delicious. Must try the other two whilst there. The drinks selection at the bar was really good, the bar staff have to be the fastest I have ever seen, never kept you waiting more than 2 minutes in line. The cocktails are strong but fantastic. The entertainment staff there are the best and are so friendly. Don't be shy and get up to try anything, I had a great time and laughed as I learnt to dance. Hopefully one of the entertainment reps was fantastic and a credit to the hotel. Overall a 10/10 holiday, all in all to the hotel. We will definitely be back soon.

Another fantastic stay meeting the high standards you expect from Riu. The hotel is spotless, with tidy, spacious rooms and a beautiful pool area offering plenty of space to lounge, whether you prefer sun or shade.
The food is excellent, in line with Riu’s reputation. Both à la carte restaurants are outstanding — the Oriental restaurant is a must-visit!
The entertainment team is fantastic — friendly, enthusiastic, and fully dedicated to making sure everyone has a great time.
All the hotel staff are exceptional — nothing is ever too much trouble. When our room hairdryer stopped working, we reported it via the app and it was replaced within 20 minutes.
Don’t miss the Riu Party at the sister hotel — the courtesy bus makes it easy to get there.

Benefits: parking on the site for free.
Nice view from balcony. Balcony was windy, take clothespins. Food was excellent in the buffet- lots of fruits and fish. The evening shows were great. Riu party was wonderful, we had a shuttle to other Riu hotel. Walkable distance to the beach is 10-15 min, shuttle few times per day to the beach.

Staying here at the moment, It's a lovely hotel, spotlessly clean with great, daily housekeeping.
The food is varied and good, something for everyone.
The rooms are a good size, have tea & coffee and a fridge.
Pool towels provided and a range of activities plus a good size pool.
The staff are very polite & helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
Shuttle bus to beach provided, although it is only at 10 minutes stroll.
I would definitely recommend it.

I had such a wonderful time at this hotel during our 12 days stay. The staff is kind and helpful when needed. The room is cleaned every day, and the cleaning ladies are so friendly and happy.
On the evenings we’ve been enjoying some good entertainment, and nice drinks 🍸
