Hardly any car parking space at the hotel, there is plenty of unrestricted parking on the road outside, there did seem to be about six disabled spaces available however I don't recall any being vacant at all, lobby quite well laid out however the rooms are away from the main building and there are three relatively small lifts down to the access points (a set of stairs is next to the lift), hotel grounds...
We had a very nice stay! Food is perfect and so are the rooms. The only thing was the access to the beach with a very large and deep stairs. I would definitely recommend 💕💕
We had a fantastic week at this hotel. Its location is superb with fantastic views across to Africa. The food was faultless with lots of choice every day. We tried 3 of the speciality restaurants during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed each of them. The staff were helpful, professional and kind. Would definitely return. The only downside was the rubbish directly outside our seaview balcony which...
We have been here for six nights so far and the experience has been very good. The location is beautiful but there is not much to do outside the Hotel, and the car rental is a bit overpriced in the hotel, i would advise you to get a rental from the Airport if you are planning to explore the area around the Hotel. There are lots of activities going on and you can keep yourself busy, the kids club is...
Our stay at TUI Magic Life Fuerteventura was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and assisted with our luggage. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful stay. The service was excellent. The staff, from housekeeping to catering and the entertainment team, were friendly and professional. They paid special attention to the children, creating unforgettable...
We returned from our 7 night holiday here last week, we absolutely loved it. The food is really tasty always a big variety, restaurant is clean and has a separate corner for kids to get their own food which we thought was great, cleaners came every day to clean the room, also found all of the staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Brayham on the entertainments...

We spent a week at the Occidental Jandía Playa hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms and the facilities were clean. The ocean beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas from 10am to 5pm for 5 euro/each. The food was varied, vegetarian/vegan dishes were easy to find (special thanks for the plant milks at breakfast
Overall it was a great experience here. The hotel itself and it's garden is breathtaking, so is the view on the beach located around 5 minutes south of the building. The food was good - always fresh fruits and live cooking included. Two things were not as expected, once the drinks, we are huge cocktail fans and were sadly not able to find a good cocktail here, all of them come from a machine and...
Although we had fun the entertainment was lacking. There isn’t much else around here, but you can walk to the beach and shops. My issue was with health and safety, we told reception that block 2 stairwell had no lighting, days ago, it is pitch black and three flights of stairs, it is a real hazard, especially for elderly people like us! It is still not fixed and needs to be done asap! Food is nice...
Lovely hotel, although bedrooms need updating. Having coffee facilities in rooms would have been nice. We were there for a week, towels changed twice, bath mat everyday, bed sheets were never changed but made the bed everyday, floors mopped everyday. Most staff are friendly. Toilets in common areas did not always have toilet paper, I didn't think they were monitored/checked regularly. Good selection...
Overall, the resort is a bit outdated. . Good access to the beach. The rooms could use a bit more TLC. The beds are ready for replacement. The cleaning service could improve. We were here with a group of 9 people. We have enjoyed our 13-day stay, but again, they could improve by offering more things to do on the resort. Food during the day and evening is good. Conclusion: Price/quality is out of...
Very friendly place. Well kept buildings and gardens . Rooms a little dated but it has a nice quiet atmosphere. Good food and service. Quality entertainment. I,ll be back!!

One of the best hotels I had the pleasure of staying 4 years ago. The all inclusive here was a success as the food was really good and varied. It includes a very good spa (which should be reserved) and a pool although the water was frozen. The best thing was the room: it was huge, it had a hall and a large living room, a large double bed, a terrace with sun loungers, a bathroom with a large bathtub...
Perfect place for family holidays.Very pleased with staff, service, meals and entertainment.Very pleased with staff, service, food and entertainment.
Great hotel. Fantastic rooms. But the major thing that let's this place down is the quality of the food. It's very hit and miss. If you like your food overcooked and tough all well and good but then when you eat it its cold. Won't be coming again
Food as you would expect for buffet meals nothing is ever hot. Plenty of choice though and the girl who looked after our table worked very hard to make our experience great. Lovely waitress nothing to much trouble. Clean and bright room everything you need for a realaxing holiday
A great resort with two lovely swimming pools, spa and gym. They have a buffet style dinner hall that mostly caters for all inclusive and a restaurant that in not inclusive. The gym is also inclusive and has some decent equipment to get a work out in. The spa offers an indoor pool and jacuzzi which is 10 euros per adult and kids can go in before 10:30. Staff are great and very helpful. The entertainment...
I mostly felt positive about this hotel. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the room was similar to most others I’ve experienced in similar hotels. There were plenty of deck chairs, and chair “marking” was actively discouraged. I thought the food was actually very good for an all inclusive resort, with a different theme each night. I didn’t experience any issues with clean tables each night. It was...

We went in UK Feb half term. Great location for winter sun!! Hotel is not 4 star. But that's because they do have a staff shortage problem in busy holiday times, its a big hotel many people including large families. Staff do their best. I think it's not helped by tourists leaving their food and mess. At least try and create less work in busy times! For the price, you do get what you pay for. I think...
The hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. But location is very far from the airport so you should definitely plan and book your transportation in advance. If not taxi price is over a hundred euros. Food is cold and drinks at the bar are done in a rush, I assume lack of staff. Definitely not a four star resort
Loved this hotel. There is nothing of note to complain about it. It was clean, and the room was fab with a beautiful view. Plenty of food to choose from, fresh pizzas were lovely. The swimming pool on the upper level from the bar was quiet, and we never struggled to find a sunbed!!! It catered for my mobility issues. All in all, it was a great holiday, and we will definitely return.
Third visit to Jandia, first at this hotel. As with most hotels reviews mention cold food and issues with maintenance, I had no issues whatsoever. Pleasant check in, very clean room in a great location. Good selection of food in the buffet restaurant, as with any buffet food is not piping hot. Easy access to promenade, beach and mountain trails. Plenty of sunbeds and seats, no queues for drinks. Daily...
Location is superb. Service in reception was great as in the restaurant. Good quality food but no so good on drinks Rooms were a bit dirty. Short staffed, so staff does a quick job. Don't refill shower gel/toilet paper...or clean the floor. Shower was dripping brown from walls on our first shower.... Main reception was clean but communal toilets very dirty. Dispensers broken and never fixed. Corridors...
Typical 4 star all inclusive. Room was spacious, clean, and cool. The food was always as good as it can be for typical all inclusive buffet style, always plenty of choice. Ignore those who moan about the food those people have champagne taste and lemonade budget! As for security, simply keep your balcony door closedand locked! It's typical of any resort that thieves hover anywhere you go. The air con...

We spent seven days there and I must say, the hotel is absolutely great. The food had variety and the tables aren't too close to each other like many reviews say. The staff was really nice and kind. The shoes weren't great but okay. I definitely recommend it.
Our family enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. At the reception all issues were resolved very quickly. Great food, beautiful hotel, friendly staff, very comfortable mattresses and restful sleep! Those who love silence and want to get a good night's sleep come here! Beautiful pool and lots of free things. There is of course a beautiful view of the ocean and a beautiful beach. There is a large...
Amazing stay. The food is really good, room's and beds very comfortable. We had a sea view room on the 1st floor and was great for the beach. Staff are really friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Can't wait to return next year!!
Beautiful hotel Beautiful location great choice of foods every day. Staff were very welcoming and polite. Always found a sunbed. The only criticism would be to stop people "reserving" sunbeds at 7am and then leaving for the day so no one else can use them .. but that's more reflective of the people that visit not the hotel I suppose. Otherwise a lovely stay
Ultimate all-inclusive. Variety and quality are so good that even hurt you as over the whole stay your poor soul is always in temptation. Drinks are included as well. Our room faced to wasteland used as spontaneous parking but it caused no discomfort at all. Room's, facilities' condition is... decent. Not new but clean and working. No claim. A thing to do: hotel is located near Pico de la Zarza...
One of the best hotels I've ever been to. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful - they made sure that we were happy every moment they could. Food was great and had all possible allergens written down beside the name too, so it was very easy for me to avoid what would make me sick (and without having to ask all of the time). Entertainmaint could have been a little better but I think I didn...

Arrived last night and was relived that a late night meal was provided for us as we had missed the dinner service. Family room was big enough for x2 people and had a sofa -bed. But unfortunately the room had a strong smell of smoke and we could hear the music coming from the bar. So if you’re sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, I would not recommend room 134 on first floor. Having said that, the...
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is wondering. During my stay at the hotel I was very pleased with the service. The staff was polite, helpful and always ready to help. The atmosphere in the hotel was friendly and comfortable, which made my stay really enjoyable. Great food and evening animations. The room we got is in a very quiet place. I highly recommend it.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, thanks to their friendly staff who made me feel welcome. A special shout-out to Fernando, whose vibrant personality truly enhanced my experience. I was also touched by the thoughtful birthday letter they sent me, which made my day extra special. Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional, making my visit memorable. Perfect location, the hotel has convenient side entrance from which you can pick drink and walk 100m to the beach! I do recommend this hotel to everybody. The food is high quality and diverse through the day and lots of drinks are included. The pool area is clean, with friendly staff and lots of snacks available. The beach is just 3 minutes walk. They do offer lots of shows in the evenings, which are fun and they have a tennis court which can be used free of charge by the guests. I deleted my old review from last year as I wanted to leave an updated review. Truly excellent hotel. Yes it’s old, and the rooms are not 5* for sure. BUT they are always immaculately cleaned every day by super friendly cleaning staff. The food is of really high quality, again it’s not like the new Robinsons (Crete etc) but it’s like a good Magic Life and that is absolutely fine 👍 If you ask for a...
This Robinson club felt a bit too old and worn out, specially the rooms' buildings. A good coat of paint is really needed in many areas. Also, my kids were a bit disappointed by the entertainment and animation on offer (12 and 15 year olds). I enjoyed the good gym sessions and trainings. Food was good, but not great, and for the price you pay, I was not hugely impressed. In general, and considering...
Amazing place. Everything was good : the hotel is similar as the pictures online, staff is sweet. We only eat halal or casher foods and there is so many choice that skipping meat for a while isn’t an issue. I totally recommend that place
Stayed here for a week on my own and was made to feel exceptionally welcome. A vast variety of food, rooms are very clean and to be honest I had so many choices of what to do throughout the day and this was due to the staff- who will go out of there way to make u feel great! Look out for "grumpy grandad" who is just pure gold! Alianna on the front desk with great energy, the staff at the well being...
a brilliant place for families. great and attentive service. tons of entertainment, sports offer and events. the facility overall needs a basic overhaul, but things are re well maintained and very clean. very pleasant and open-minded guests, rare for a tourist club. overall, we can warmly recommend this robinson club!

We were at the Surf and Sailing school. It is a great facility and we did a SUP course and rented a SUP board. Very friendly and professional staff.
Great resort! Beautiful beach, good food and nice stuff/people! The watersports team did a very good job (sailing, diving and surfing). Nice little restaurant at the beach that hosts an additional late breakfast.

The suites are nice and it's overall clean. This hotel just lacks in details to make it great, but since the prices are fair, it's ok. And by the way: WiFi is only free in the lobby / pool bar.
Bedroom. Comfy beds, sitting room with TV,, kitchenette , and nice bathroom. All inclusive. Food very good. Staff excellent. Free WiFi in reception.. enjoyed the outside bar in the evening. Pools are a good size and very clean. Plenty of sun beds, always loads free. You're better off if you have a car as it's up a mountain. Had a great short holiday there.
Nice family experience. Would go back, but Mohammed the grumpy barman can really put a damper on your good time.
Positives: Location great the hotel is out of the wind we got on the seafront, picturesque. Big rooms (remember this is not self catering, they're not equipped for eating or cooking in the rooms). Chef does a great job, limited selection for a large hotel but well cooked and different every day. Snack bar is cooked to order all day not out of troughs. Free bus to seafront works great. Staff extremely...
Huge apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and kitchenette. Adequate facilities, pool, gym, shop. Food ok but not a huge selection as compared to other hotels in the Canaries.
Dinner was poor for the first 2 nights night's but got better. Don't expect a 4* hotel or service. Breakfast and lunch were good, and the room was nice albeit nothing in the kitchen so had to get glasses, mugs and spoon from the restaurant.

We are staying here for 3 weeks. Hotel lovely, prime position overlooking the beach at Morro Jable. Food good. Room clean and spacious. The staff are excellent, Esther, Sara, Claudia, to name but a few. So hard working and make this hotel what it is. Getting a bit busier now and unfortunately before 8 am nearly all the sun beds have been taken. Certain people must have their spot. Never mind the beach...
Fantastic location right on the beach. A small hotel which made dining very manageable particularly in the evening with two sittings. Food was very good and varied. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our biggest complaint was the water leaking from the shower into the bathroom, toilet and bedroom areas. We raised the issue four times with the management without any resolution except giving us more towels...
I researched the best beaches in the Canaries, and decided on Jandia. The hotel appealed as it had a smaller, almost boutique feel about it. We were not disappointed. Stunning location. Very well appointed rooms with sea facing balcony. Half board was excellent. Buffet service in previous hotels had been a little dull, but the vast array of delicious food, with chef cooking freshly for you, was a treat...
It's paradise on Earth: the location, the view, the beach, the incredibly creative and tasty food...very impressed
We stayed on the recommendation of friends and I must say we really enjoyed it. Small hotel, very quiet, with excellent gastronomic quality and also very good service from the staff. Can't really fault it. Probably not quite a five star but close enough. Rooms are nice, especially those with the sea view are extra special. Buffets have a great selection of quality food. You'll need a nice hotel as there isn't much to do around.
Nice hotel, beautiful outdoors areas and elegant rooms. Average food buffet. Wish they would give you a decent room option after a complain instead of a lower category one (especially if you booked one of the best types) but overall great experience right in front of the beach.
Fantastic and great staff. So helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was catered for with gluten free being a coeliac. Thank you again Antonio and all the restaurant staff.
Had a lovely relaxing holiday here, 10 days of rest and relaxation. Excellent food, very courteous and friendly staff. No problem finding a free lounger through the day. Stunning location, beautiful beach, clean and inviting. Very good local amenities. Rooms always cleaned well. Could have done with more pillows.
Just got back from 2 weeks here. Really nice hotel, room we had was huge and a good standard. Only b+b, but breakfast was excellent, good quality and plentiful. High standard of food and superb location on the Great beach and a short stroll to the village. Hotel staff and good in every dept. Fabulous hotel, clean, quiet, spacious, and would come again, but too far from everything else. They should offer all inclusive, as you stay on site because its too far for us to walk to the next village. Service seems pared down, acceptable, but not reactive. Economic climate being what it is, I understand. Would be nice if spa was manned in situ, I would have liked a tour.
Lovely building and very well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and with a premium feel to them and very modern in decor.
