Hardly any car parking space at the hotel, there is plenty of unrestricted parking on the road outside, there did seem to be about six disabled spaces available however I don't recall any being vacant at all, lobby quite well laid out however the rooms are away from the main building and there are three relatively small lifts down to the access points (a set of stairs is next to the lift), hotel grounds...

We spent a week at the Occidental Jandía Playa hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms and the facilities were clean. The ocean beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas from 10am to 5pm for 5 euro/each. We went in UK Feb half term. Great location for winter sun!! Hotel is not 4 star. But that's because they do have a staff shortage problem in busy holiday times, its a big hotel many people including large families. Staff do their best. Loved this hotel. There is nothing of note to complain about it. It was clean, and the room was fab with a beautiful view. Plenty of food to choose from, fresh pizzas were lovely. The swimming pool on the upper level from the bar was quiet, and we never struggled to find a sunbed!!! It catered for my mobility issues.
