The hotel is very large, the territory is well-kept, the rooms are constantly cleaned. The hotel works on an all-inclusive basis. Food for every taste. The beach is good, but the descent to the ocean is steep...75 steps. Animation every day. Night bar with music. There is a tennis court and a volleyball court. Fitness activities every day. You can find some downsides, but you shouldn't bother, in general everything is fine. 2 swimming pools and a playground. Tourists are mostly Germans, decent people. Our impression is 5.

Very tasty food. Paradise for young parents. There is everything for children. And animation, and a playground, swings, and a heated pool. The rooms are spacious, clean. The service staff does their job well. There are no minuses for me.

This is an amazing hotel, the service, the amenities, the food, everything was incredible.
The my Mo club was incredible and made my kids feel like at home.

Good but main pool closed

It really is an amazing hotel, its over a large area, it was early February when we came, beautiful pools (although the largest was being refurbished at the time of our stay) not very busy. It would be difficult if anyone had walking issues, without a frame or wheelchair, plenty of wheelchair ramps though and lifts. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Just avoid if im honest, you are paying for an all inclusive but the food is absolutely awful unless you like foods without flavours. Meat is not cooked throughly and had some pink bits. Cocktails are made through machines taste awful
You dont get snacks and the food is repetitive its the same everyday almost. One day there was some fried chicken which was decent but other than that this is an awful hotel for food.
The activities are good though tennis archery volleyball.
There is no sports bar that shows football. Theres like 2 tvs one near reception and one in the bar honestly so disappointed in this hotel. Especially for the price.

We had a fab time staying here. The beach and sea water very clean. Steps to beach require some effort but good exercise after a day lying on the beach. Food and Drink facilities were generous and some great dining options too.

We had a fantastic week at this hotel. Its location is superb with fantastic views across to Africa. The food was faultless with lots of choice every day. We tried 3 of the speciality restaurants during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed each of them. The staff were helpful, professional and kind. Would definitely return. The only downside was the rubbish directly outside our seaview balcony which wouldn't take long to clear.

Hardly any car parking space at the hotel, there is plenty of unrestricted parking on the road outside, there did seem to be about six disabled spaces available however I don't recall any being vacant at all, lobby quite well laid out however the rooms are away from the main building and there are three relatively small lifts down to the access points (a set of stairs is next to the lift), hotel grounds are attended to on a daily basis, I didn't see any litter, the entertainment staff seemed to evaporate routinely and I wasn't too impressed with the half hour I waited at a vacant desk with a telephone left off the hook (probably to make it look like they were busy on the phone) for the activities organiser (who never appeared). I didn't bother to go back. Rooms seemed accurate to brochure video and photos, the main evening entertainment area was quite small relative to the size of the hotel and considering it's a bus ride to the next signs of life you might expect a bigger and better equipped area, having said that the bar staff worked tirelessly a particular member of the bar staff stood out as exemplary, a chap with dark hair and a beard, he did definitely exceed our expectations with speedy service and friendly attitude. There are machines around the main areas for refilling bottles with fresh drinking water. The main pool area is reasonable, a big problem whilst the area was crowded seemed to be the electric buggies used to ferry staff and sundries around, obviously the staff needed the vehicles to do their daily duties however they would pass the bottom of your sunbed a few times an hour and easily became blocked in by sun seekers moving beds into space which obviously irritated the already stressed staff, they didn't try to hide their irritation and I can understand why however it was an issue that didn't need to have happened in the first place. The rooms have the most uncomfortable beds, the mattress is shaped like a convex mirror and stuffed with granite, adding insult to injury the TV which was plugged in to an inaccessible socket stayed on standby all the time, this lit the room blue BUT the aerial, internet and any other means of getting a channel were disconnected so absolutely no reason to even need the TV at all!! The ceiling fan was set in reverse so I flicked the switch and found out why... Squeak squeak squeak so ok, no probs, put the air conditioner on and yeah it creates more heat than cold air, I'm pretty sure it made the room hotter. The one occasion we needed maintenance to come to the room was for a safe that was locked (not by us), they were prompt and efficient in sorting that issue the room maid was lovely if not a little early every morning but that's more my fault for staying up late. The floor in the room is terracotta tile, this is lethal when you have wet feet from bathing and I'd advise drying in the bathroom or keep your insurance details handy. The sports areas are very busy and fit for purpose.
The food... Well the main restaurant is quite the same during the entire stay, separate food stations dotted here and there with chefs preparing dishes, the quality of the food varied during the stay and TBF I had some really nice fresh fish and tried some different variations on veal which was greatly enjoyed, the speciality restaurants are worth a visit, the seating is limited and quite often (this goes for every bar and main restaurant) things ran out leaving a queue or just do without and find an alternative, I witnessed queuing outside the main on about three occasions due to lack of seating and the drinks were so hit or miss you never knew what to expect, the glasses are tiny for the beer / wine / water / juice and like many other places the cups were small but the coffee machine still only managed to fill them half way! I didn't go to the beach so no comment.
I wouldn't seek this hotel out in future nor would I avoid like plague, it's a fair enough accommodation that I enjoyed, the only thing that would put me off is the uncomfy bed.
