The villa is located very close to Palma, with a bus stop directly in front of the house which takes you to the city centre. The furniture and fittings are very modern and stylish - but most importantly clean

I‘am happy to write a review about this beautiful location. We did a fitness retreat in mallorca. It started with a very good service from the villa manager so that we were very well prepared

The house, the kitchen, the chillout area with the pool, everything was just perfect. We will come back and i can recommend the house to big groups who like high standard locations!

We were a group of 13 people and we stayed for around two weeks at this wonderful villa. Ilaria and Jaime are very welcoming hosts and always available when something was needed

We had a wonderful stay, the people there were sooo friendly, everything was clean, the hostel is really nice located and the staff was always available for help =) Totally recommend it

The bathroom was a disaster though the toilet was clean, it was impossible to take a decent shower (see photos) The owners were very friendly, but even a cup of coffee in the morning wasn't possible

For 13euro/night I didn't expect much. It was a 4 person bedroom which I shared with 3 other persons 1 at the time during 4 days. I liked my "roommates ",so no problem

It was good for the night, but nothing more. Would I go there again? For that price it's a yes 😉🤠

The beds were clean but the room was small and unfinished

If you just want to stay for sleep and nothing else. The only thing is that the toilet i had, i had the feeling it was too improvised, because it does not have the required space to do the things

Was here with family a couple years ago and everything was top class! Breakfast was incredible. Staff was ever so friendly, the location was ideal and the pool was super nice. Can't think of a single bad thing to say

Has two beaches with one-two steps outside the door and a 6km long one 5 min away 🏖 Cab in to Palma is easy enough with help of the reception, remember just on Friday's and Saturday's the queue for cabs can be long

The food was really good, good beverage options at the bar. Monica and Walter were the best, good workers and made us feel like home. Other plus is the location, 100% recommend. We are definitely coming back soon!

You have a nice pool area, great restaurant, ocean on flip-flop distance and really good training options, either on your own in the gym or on the very long beach walk (both directions), or in trainer led classes

My husband and I went there for our honey moon in August and it was a really pleasant experience, the staff it's super friendly, rooms were clean and the entire hotel looked incredible

The cheap alternative, a place to sleep. The rooms here are very small and cozy, it's a nice launchpad for beach adventures and busing to different parts of the island

the breakfast is descent a good start for the day the staff or better said the owner is very friendly two minutes by walk to the beach. the hotel is in a district where you find alot of bars and restaurants

5 min walk to the bus station to the airport. The airport is near by so you hear every every plan that takes off. There is AC however it costs 5 € for the day with out deposit 15€

What's I didn't like it's a bit noisy at the night owing to the near by bars. If you come here don't expect 5 starts hotel or a suite

I recommend it for young people who comes here to party and live the night life in palma

The issue with this hotel is the curfew when we were there, the owner told us that if we come back after 11pm we might be locked out

Coffee and soft drinks are always available for free. Next the hotel os public beach. Only what you have to pay is tax fee in hotel for your stay (20€ for 7 days )and lays on the beach 6e pro person

We are here first time in Kontiki and Mallorca. I dont have anything to complain. Big choice of food for breakfast,lunch and dinner. Between the meals is snack time also

They are super fast and pleasant. They speak spanish ,english and German

Everything was pretty close to perfect (food, oh my god the food was brilliant !!!, staff, room, pool, etc) but there was a big issue for me. 90% of the guests were German so nothing is written in English

The only english sign I saw was the warning that underage people cannot drink alcohol. Besides that everything was in German (program, hotel facility description, all other warnings

The speeches on the evening concerts were also only in German, which was a party crasher again. Fix this and I'll give you 5 stars next time !!!

The cleanliness is unbeatable, you can eat off the floor almost anywhere. The pools are super nicely laid out and are very quiet, at least during my stay. An all-round great holiday! I will definitely come back!

It was our first time in Mallorca and we spent a week in this beautiful hotel. We had booked with breakfast and the super good varied dinner on different days. So we were flexible for our excursion days

Also worth mentioning is the cozy bar with unobtrusive live music (piano 🎹 and 🎻) in which we spent a few hours. The way to the Playa can be reached in a few minutes and Palma is only a stone's throw away

Beautiful hotel, which is absolutely recommendable. During our stay no wish was left unfulfilled. The staff is extremely friendly and tries very hard to ensure that you have a relaxing holiday

The staff from the maid to the service in the restaurant to the front desk were always friendly and accommodating. The rooms and balconies are of a good size and were very clean

cheap and basic hotel, clean and "modern"(everything is working,fresh colours on the walls etc. you can book the hotel directly on there homepage, its cheaper there. sometimes they have promotion codes

Family Run small Hotel with Great Breakfast, super Service. Good location to the beach and to the Party Zone, it is not too far. Bus stop right in front of the Hotel. The rooms are for a Couple of days ok

The Hotel, family run with very friendly staff, simple but nice! Rooms are functionally furnished, without frills, and clean. Breakfast-to be filled - savory or sweet

Near the beach, many shopping opportunities and restaurants, as well as very good public transport connections

At night, it is not overly loud. Price performance is right here. Would Book the Hotel anytime again
