Amazing stay! All the staff willing to help if you need anything, went all inclusive which had a big selection of food that there is something genuinely there for everyone even fussy eaters! Rooms were cleaned daily some cleaners were better than others I do have to admit that but no complaints! Had an amazing time! The walk into town is down steps! So expect a climb back up to the hotel

The room had a balcony, but it was small and cramped for two adults and one child. Because we went during peak tourist season, the room rate was generally a bit high

It is very close to the beach and major attractions. The room is clean and tidy. The service attitude is very good. The nearby buses are not far away and can be reached on foot. It is very convenient.

There was no channel that was in English or even had English subtitle which would allow me to understand what was being said. I was unable to understand and fully enjoy that aspect of my visit

The room is quite big, the breakfast in the hotel is also delicious, and the scenery is beautiful

The team did procure a fan for the room to help mitigate the issue. But be weary the air conditioning does not work year round, and is seasonal like the pool

The room is very clean and the front desk service is also very good, but the facilities are not that new, but the breakfast is delicious. The sea view room is worth the price, but the sound insulation is not very good

First time staying in Palma . This hotel was recommended by a friend and well worth it. Bus stop right outside to the airport . Room with balcony great. Would definitely stay here again.

They need weights up to at least least 25 to 30 kg and another bench would go a long way. Finally, the hotel does not provide any parking services which was quite inconvenient

They apparently have a sister hotel where you can park for €15 per day, though it’s be much better if they offered a valet service for that option

Nice hotel rooms and big. Good location! Only one slow lift for 7 floors. We did a pre check in and still had to check in again once we arrived..

Tiles coming off the walls in the bathroom, cracked sink, almost unusable shower, nets hanging off and wallpaper peeling off the walls. In need of urgent refurbishment. Carpets in hallways worn and stained

It is very convenient to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. I found that many nearby hotels are called XxxMelia. Maybe this area is named after that. The hotel is located opposite the sea

The sea view room we chose has a small balcony where we can sit. It is quite comfortable and cozy of. The breakfast is also delicious, there are many choices, and there are special staff who can fry eggs

The hotel is fine, front desk team were helpful and friendly as were all the restaurant and pool staff. Room was quite dated despite being a highly graded room and quite dark in a corner

Positives: very nice room and bath with lovely view of the Marina. Restaurant was excellent both nights we went. Beautiful decor in public areas. Negatives: it took an extraordinarily long time to check in

When we went there When we were not in the room, the service staff put two small pieces of chocolate (a small piece of that kind), and even lifted a corner of the quilt and put it on the quilt

Two associates were working with two clients who evidently required extra help. A third associate should have been called. They are enormous and uncomfortable to sleep on

My only issue is as we are looking onto the pool there were 8 men golfing during the day then in the pool being rather loud and drinking for 3 days back to back so if coming with small kids ask for a room away from the pool

Love this hotel the staff are so nice it’s a wee walk from the main town but that’s not a problem. The suite we have is a great set up for us as a family of three

My daughter was a little ill and the house keeping staff dealt with it promptly which I appreciate. We will definitely be back here!!

Nice rooms. Wonderful service. Great location. Breakfast is offered. Parking spots are available but limited. The rooms temperature is a bit warmer than preferred but understandable. Would definitely stay here again.

The parking can be a bit difficult to park in but expect that in these parts of the world. The hotel is located close to the center but far enough in a quiet area of the town, allowing u to unwind

A Fantastic Stay at Hotel Es Princep – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Hotel Es Princep in Mallorca was absolutely wonderful! The location was superb, just a short walk from the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation

This is a boutique 5-star hotel by the sea very close to the city center. The service is really great. Every staff member is lovely. The hotel's internal facilities are very new and the cleanliness is perfect.

One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar and restaurant—it was totally amazing! The sea view from the rooftop was second to none, making it a perfect spot to unwind

Excellent views… 9 storeys high. Looks out over the marina and the hills and castle. Lovely pool, jacuzzi area, day beds aswell as sun loungers. Up a very steep hill so unless you’re fit taxis are needed

The breakfast at the hotel is also decent. A good pool but a very old fitness room. The hotel needs renovation, the room is poorly cleaned, the smell of sewage, for this money I would not go here again

Booked for an engineer who needed to be close to the harbor, he stated that it was a great location and walking distance to the harbor. He added that the staff were extremely nice.

Bit of a trek to walk to but that makes the view even more spectacular! I enjoyed my stay and appreciated having a fridge and a kettle included in the room. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that

Only negative is the hotel is located up a rather steep hill and the vernacular railway was out of action during our stay so if you have mobility problems it might be a problem taxi's however are reasonably priced

It’s about 15mins to the city by bus, and about 45 mins walk, along the harbour, which is a nice walk. Downside was that the food wasn’t great, but quite expensive for the area

This hotel is ideally located for the port, and the city is a short distance away. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools with great views, and room service was well priced

We had a good experience with this hotel, good staff and great accommodations (with interior and exterior pool and fitness). They offer a drink to drink when you want in the hotel bar

The only downside was that there was work going on so I was woken up in the morning by loud drilling noises.

Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable

I had everything I wanted for the stay and the gym was good and only negative point was as I went in April the pool was too cold as not heated

The hotel is ok, close to the beach, the view from the window is definitely one of the biggest advantages of this place. The food was ok. It wasn't crazy, it wasn't bad either.

I stay at the GPRO Valparaíso Palace & Spa regularly for business and appreciate it every time. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable

I walked down to book by the counter & saw the Young woman sitting relaxed not being busy, mentioned about "no reply" and just got an ignoring reaction?! The Bistro restaurant served very delicious fishes for both of us, can recommend to eat there

Same next morning with another man preparing our table & asked about the coffee; he never came!! Had to find other personal to deliver such a basic item in a FIVE STAR HOTEL

Very few workers in breakfast buffé, a big hassle to get a coffee pot to the table every morning. Asked a young employee & showed our table but she never came

Last day i tried to call the direct number to book the Spa several times but no reply. The reception did the same without getting a reply

Today I was in the spa with my girl we're been two hours, we drank prosecco by the pool with background music, very romantic, we tried the sauna, the Turkish bath, the staff were helpful and friendly and above all professional, in the structure we found everything that we needed, bathrooms clean, so I recommend everyone to try this wonderful experience

It was so good! It was a dream-like hotel. Because it was an annex, I had to walk a bit to get to the pool and breakfast, but the path was so pretty that it was another pleasure

It was a pity that the pool was not warm, but if you make a reservation for the spa, you can use it once a day for free. It's close to downtown and close to the sea, so it would be so much better if I went in the summer

We opted for breakfast included, the food was good, with a wide veriety of cold food, fruit, breads, and hot dishes, although mainly pork. The bread was always fresh and the churros where excellent

I had a fantastic 3 night stay here recently, the rooms are well appointed with balconies. The pool area was perfect and not too busy, and the drinks and snacks were very reasonably priced

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. New towels every day if required. Good selection of food at breakfast. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Porto Pi shopping centre near to the cruise ships and ferries

The pool was beautiful, but you can only be inside up to 7pm, which is not nice for the summer season (up to 9 would be perfect). The gym is small, but really good. The guys in the reception are very gentle

Book this place for next to peanuts online and when me and the woman arrived they were very friendly. The place is very clean and the room we got was perfect and most rooms have balcony for the cheeky vino

The hotel is located on quiet street in the centre of old town - it's spotless, with a lovely breakfast each morning, a stunning spa/pool area, and beautiful features like mosaic floors and high, wood-beamed ceilings

We were offered welcome drinks as the reception manager arranged table bookings for us in the hotel restaurant, in Palma, and in Port de Soller. The dinner, breakfasts, and snacks were delicious and freshly prepared

On our second day, we came back to the room to find a complementary bottle of wine on ice waiting. All of the staff, from the cleaners, the bar , restaurant, and front desk staff were exceptional

The facilities are all excellent - rooftop pool, underground spa, bar and restaurant

They took care of every simple thing with great attention, like every morning and evening, our favorite tea would arrive within minutes of calling, without us having to repeat our preferences even once
