It is very close to the beach and major attractions. The room is clean and tidy. The service attitude is very good. The nearby buses are not far away and can be reached on foot. It is very convenient.

Other than long check-in lines, a lovely place staffed by very accommodating people.

the smoking area at the pool bar is a bit too forgiving so for non-smokers its not always easy to sit and avoid the smokers. the late night snacks to be a bit more choice and to be until at least midnight

The drinks were great - had wonderful cocktails both at the pool side bar and indoor bar - Definitely recommend the mojitos! Last but not least the staff were friendly, engaging and helpful - we will be returning!

The gardens and pool are stunning with plenty of sun beds, parasols and even has poolside massages and hairdressers. The hotel also has a nice gym, handy shop and a Dr's as well as pcs at reception

The pool is huge and lots of free sunbeds around. The beds were so so comfy, amazing powerful shower and it was quiet during the night

The cocktails were excellent and good choice of local spirits available on the all inclusive. We liked the poolside bar as a good option for day time snacks and the table service was excellent

Large, immaculately-clean 4-star hotel with a 5-star swimming pool. Reasonably priced and we paid with Avios points

There was no channel that was in English or even had English subtitle which would allow me to understand what was being said. I was unable to understand and fully enjoy that aspect of my visit

The hotel was perfectly situated for a short break. The room was lovely and clean and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful.

The room is quite big, the breakfast in the hotel is also delicious, and the scenery is beautiful

The team did procure a fan for the room to help mitigate the issue. But be weary the air conditioning does not work year round, and is seasonal like the pool

Modern hotel, walking distance to main part Palma We stayed two nights in this hotel and had a room in the 11th floor with a view to the harbor and the sea. Rooms on lower floors may not get such view

Perfect Stay Amazing hotel, facilities were great. Breakfast was also very good with lots of selection. The indoor pool was a favourite when it was colder in February. Highly recommend.

The indoor swimming pool is our highlight in winter time.

The room was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. People at the reception were very friendly. We could walk from the hotel to the old part of Palma, was maybe a 30min walk but was interesting to see everything

INNSiDE hotel is located near to the main street of Mallorca Harbour. Had comfortable stay, breakfast taste could have been better, for those who are vegetarian or vegan, they have no option

Its mentioned as 4 star but still could have been better and not to the mark of 4 star

Only negative is the hotel is located up a rather steep hill and the vernacular railway was out of action during our stay so if you have mobility problems it might be a problem taxi's however are reasonably priced

It’s about 15mins to the city by bus, and about 45 mins walk, along the harbour, which is a nice walk. Downside was that the food wasn’t great, but quite expensive for the area

This hotel is ideally located for the port, and the city is a short distance away. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools with great views, and room service was well priced

We had a good experience with this hotel, good staff and great accommodations (with interior and exterior pool and fitness). They offer a drink to drink when you want in the hotel bar

The only downside was that there was work going on so I was woken up in the morning by loud drilling noises.

Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable

I stay at the GPRO Valparaíso Palace & Spa regularly for business and appreciate it every time. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable

I walked down to book by the counter & saw the Young woman sitting relaxed not being busy, mentioned about "no reply" and just got an ignoring reaction?! The Bistro restaurant served very delicious fishes for both of us, can recommend to eat there

Same next morning with another man preparing our table & asked about the coffee; he never came!! Had to find other personal to deliver such a basic item in a FIVE STAR HOTEL

It is very convenient to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. I found that many nearby hotels are called XxxMelia. Maybe this area is named after that. The hotel is located opposite the sea

The sea view room we chose has a small balcony where we can sit. It is quite comfortable and cozy of. The breakfast is also delicious, there are many choices, and there are special staff who can fry eggs

The hotel is fine, front desk team were helpful and friendly as were all the restaurant and pool staff. Room was quite dated despite being a highly graded room and quite dark in a corner

When we went there When we were not in the room, the service staff put two small pieces of chocolate (a small piece of that kind), and even lifted a corner of the quilt and put it on the quilt

Two associates were working with two clients who evidently required extra help. A third associate should have been called. They are enormous and uncomfortable to sleep on

The pool was incredibly windy on the days we were there but service was good. It can be very busy as it's quite small for the size of the hotel. It means you might have difficulty getting a chair

Beautiful rooms with everything you need. The service was amazing, with a very friendly attitude. The best part was the breakfast - a buffet with fresh fruits and veggies, plus a variety of breakfast options

And what a room: bright, modern, with a very pleasant style and a privileged view toward the seventh‑floor terrace, where the pool is also located. A fantastic surprise to start the trip

The toilet itself can be closed with a wooden door, but it is not noise-canceling, so if you are worried about “privacy” while doing your job in the morning, you might better choose a different room type 😉

Had a 1 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Definitely recommend this to anyone. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. The crowning glory is the roof top Sky Bar with the most amazing views of the city

Nice rooms. Wonderful service. Great location. Breakfast is offered. Parking spots are available but limited. The rooms temperature is a bit warmer than preferred but understandable. Would definitely stay here again.

The parking can be a bit difficult to park in but expect that in these parts of the world. The hotel is located close to the center but far enough in a quiet area of the town, allowing u to unwind

We were visiting a the end of October and were able to turn the ac off and sleep with the balcony door open. With the sound of the waves crashing on the beach it was easy to fall asleep

We recently had a four day stay at The Nixe Palace Hotel for the first time and it exceeded our expectations. It definitely embodies a true 5 star hotel. From the moment you walk in, the scent and atmosphere is inviting

I will start with: I can’t wait to go back. We spent a few nights here as the start of a vacation traveling to Barcelona and Portugal. I haven’t been treated that well by a hotel staff in quite a while

there are a beautiful swimming pool and good facilities. a large shopping mall is within 10mins

Excellent views… 9 storeys high. Looks out over the marina and the hills and castle. Lovely pool, jacuzzi area, day beds aswell as sun loungers. Up a very steep hill so unless you’re fit taxis are needed

The breakfast at the hotel is also decent. A good pool but a very old fitness room. The hotel needs renovation, the room is poorly cleaned, the smell of sewage, for this money I would not go here again

Booked for an engineer who needed to be close to the harbor, he stated that it was a great location and walking distance to the harbor. He added that the staff were extremely nice.

Bit of a trek to walk to but that makes the view even more spectacular! I enjoyed my stay and appreciated having a fridge and a kettle included in the room. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that

I had everything I wanted for the stay and the gym was good and only negative point was as I went in April the pool was too cold as not heated

Staff were brilliant, rooms good size and clean, pool bar on point, pools lovely, spa great, yes you have to pay unless you get a deal

Rooms were perfect, staff lovely and all the facilities were nice and clean! Pool and bar take highlights here as well as the breakfast which was much higher quality than other hotels

Really lovely hotel, the rooms are a bit basic (no kettle and were only given 1 bottle of water for the 4 days we were there) but the staff are lovely and the food is great

The hotel is ok, close to the beach, the view from the window is definitely one of the biggest advantages of this place. The food was ok. It wasn't crazy, it wasn't bad either.

The room is very clean and the front desk service is also very good, but the facilities are not that new, but the breakfast is delicious. The sea view room is worth the price, but the sound insulation is not very good

The room was spacious and modern with a balcony over looking the road then the harbor. Pool on the 3rd floor and lounge chairs but closed early so I never went. Also the restaurant closed early so we never went

Excellent venue for meeting or seminar in their 3rd floor pool area. Beautiful views over the marina and towards the cathedral. Finger food was very good and generous. Staff friendly and efficient.

It had all the amenities that I would want( a fridge in the room; rooftop pool with a great view and staff that went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, professional and sincere

The rooftop pool and bar was a delight, Pedro working there was a true legend and whilst I didn’t try the spa my wife and children spoke highly of it. We were delighted with our choice

Facilities were all there, but pool was closed, terrace bar was closed, restaurant only opened for breakfast, and saloon bar only opened in afternoon. All in all very disappointing

Beware this hotel is on the marina which makes for nice views but the have building works all along the seafront which makes for alot of early morning and through the day noise

First time staying in Palma . This hotel was recommended by a friend and well worth it. Bus stop right outside to the airport . Room with balcony great. Would definitely stay here again.

They need weights up to at least least 25 to 30 kg and another bench would go a long way. Finally, the hotel does not provide any parking services which was quite inconvenient

They apparently have a sister hotel where you can park for €15 per day, though it’s be much better if they offered a valet service for that option

Nice hotel rooms and big. Good location! Only one slow lift for 7 floors. We did a pre check in and still had to check in again once we arrived..

Tiles coming off the walls in the bathroom, cracked sink, almost unusable shower, nets hanging off and wallpaper peeling off the walls. In need of urgent refurbishment. Carpets in hallways worn and stained

The hotel is good... There is mint water in the lobby and lavender sachets are given at night... The location is also OK

There is a taxi pick-up point at the door of the hotel, which is very convenient. If there is no car at the door, you can ask the front desk to help call a taxi

Today I was in the spa with my girl we're been two hours, we drank prosecco by the pool with background music, very romantic, we tried the sauna, the Turkish bath, the staff were helpful and friendly and above all professional, in the structure we found everything that we needed, bathrooms clean, so I recommend everyone to try this wonderful experience

It was so good! It was a dream-like hotel. Because it was an annex, I had to walk a bit to get to the pool and breakfast, but the path was so pretty that it was another pleasure

It was a pity that the pool was not warm, but if you make a reservation for the spa, you can use it once a day for free. It's close to downtown and close to the sea, so it would be so much better if I went in the summer

We opted for breakfast included, the food was good, with a wide veriety of cold food, fruit, breads, and hot dishes, although mainly pork. The bread was always fresh and the churros where excellent

Breakfasts were delicious with a great variety to choose from! But the biggest highlight and a true ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ goes to the amazing, always helpful staff – especially Katia and Agustin

Great hotel and I'm surprised it has such a low rating. The staff is very friendly and helpful in every situation. Moreover, it was one of the cheapest hotel near Palma that I've found, and it was a wonderful stay there
