Where to stay in Palma

The hotel isn’t bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. First off, there’s no à la carte restaurant, just a buffet, and the meal times don’t always align with your plans on the island. For the price and what is included on all inclusive can’t complain. First hotel we stayed in where children can choose ice lollies / milkshakes on all inclusive. Had a 3 night trip in September 2024 and stayed in a 'Levels' triple room on a B&B basic. Cannot fault the hotel. Beautiful views across the harbour, clean and very comfortable room, unlimited access to the Level Lounge for food and drink throughout the day. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for a week here and found it to he one of the best hotel experiences we've had. The room was great and the pool was perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Situated on the main strip and only 15 mins walk from the heart if the old town. It's worth taking some lazy afternoons walking around the town. Its beautiful.

Stayed for 3-nights last week. There are signs for aging facilities in the room, but it is very clean and comfortable. My room faces the marina with a sizeable balcony and the view was fantastic. Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The Hotel is very nice. The rooms are well presented and clean. There is a handy funicular that you can use to access the road which is very handy for buses into the city centre. Service and location are equal to perfection, but the windows are discouraging the whole experience when the night comes, you can clearly hear anyone's conversation. The main issue comes from the lack of PVC isolation and sound proof technology. The hotel needs some improvements in this area. I will give it a proper 3.5/5.

It's a beautiful place, the staff are so friendly. There's a roof terrace with food and drink service also available for non guests, probably best to reserve. The hotel is dog friendly for small breeds. Right in the heart of the old town.

We had a fantastic time at Palacio Ce Sa Galesa from check in to check out. Octavio was a great host and all staff were very welcoming and accommodation. Massage was relaxing and outstanding. The hotel was clean, quiet, luxurious and beautiful.

Love the property! It's a 16th century house that's very efficiently converted into a hotel. A small hotel but has every facility that a big hotel offers. Charming boutique hotel with a lovely and helpful staff. We felt like in an actual XVI century palace, the whole place is magnificent. Nice roof-terrace with outstanding views over Palma. The Wellness Area was small but well equipped and absolutely peaceful. The place to be in Palma's Old Quarter!

Really lovely hotel, the rooms are a bit basic (no kettle and were only given 1 bottle of water for the 4 days we were there) but the staff are lovely and the food is great. Really good location within walking distance to most Palma sights.

Enjoyed our stay at Isla. The rooms were great and we enjoyed our a la carte breakfast. The gym is very well kitted with reasonably new equipment, enjoyed a good weights session there. Parking was fairly easy to find in the street around the hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean and rooms and facilities were great. Majority of the staff were kind and welcoming but the woman on the spa reception was rude and unhelpful. She ignored us when we greeted her as she was on her phone. And when we asked her a question she gave us a very short answer with no explanation and immediately went back to texting on her phone! Other than that, great hotel.

This is our 5th year coming back and we couldn’t recommend enough. The reception gave us an upgrade on arrival and bar staff remembered us from previous years and treated us very well. Beautiful hotel in Palma. Just close enough to walk into the city (30mins ish), but far enough away that it was quiet. Great hotel; close by walking to the city and to the busstop which with the region bus get you to a perfect beach in 15 minutes. Lovely staff, so nice and really helpful. Lovely hotel. Great room and great staff. Received complimentary meal and bottle of cava for booking direct online. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. A bit noisy in the middle of the night at the weekend with guests from our hotel standing on their balconies shouting across to guests at the hotel next door. This was not the hotel's fault, nothing you can do about noisy guests. Amazing views...

The hotel is very close to the water and with an excellent view! Our room had two balconys above the sun deck. It's within walking distance to the city centre and easy to get to from the airport. The people at the front desk are more than happy to provide you with info about the town and beaches, and the hotel is also cooperating with an OK car rental service.
