Where to stay in Palma

It is very close to the beach and major attractions. The room is clean and tidy. The service attitude is very good. The nearby buses are not far away and can be reached on foot. It is very convenient.

Other than long check-in lines, a lovely place staffed by very accommodating people.

I love the unique set up of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was trying to watch the television. There was no channel that was in English or even had English subtitle which would allow me to understand what was being said. I was unable to understand and fully enjoy that aspect of my visit.

Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable. Stunning hotel. Upgraded my room for my 21st, the staff do really go above and beyond. Beautiful location overlooking where the cruises dock in and out. The most gorgeous spa, pool and gardens! The hotel is fine, front desk team were helpful and friendly as were all the restaurant and pool staff. Room was quite dated despite being a highly graded room and quite dark in a corner. Biggest issue was the noise from the massive construction around and in front of the hotel so it wasn’t particularly restful or pleasant during our stay.

My husband and I spent one night at the hotel after arriving from the United States. It was an incredible experience. Beautiful and the hospitality was awesome. We enjoyed our lunch and dinner at the hotel. If you like saunas they have an excellent one.

Hotel is beautiful and so are the grounds and its location in Mallorca. However, the staff is either poorly trained or don’t care. They have zero attention to detail and no awareness level, especially in the restaurant and pool area. The other reviews that point this out are correct. Unfortunately, I didn’t heed their advice.
