Very quiet location. With bus 4, 20 , 46 easy acces to the centre and ferry port. Walking distance to the castle. Room with balcony,so airco (energy waste) can be switched off. Tidy. Breakfast ,reasonable and very fairly priced (11€). Supermarket and some restaurants in vicinity.

Excellent hotel in every way. Staff accommodating and so helpful. Great breakfast . The hotel is 15 mins walk from the Cathedral. A walk from the hotel to Bosque Del Castillo De Bellver Park can be had which takes you to a wonderful park where panoramic views can be had of Palma. The hotel is exceptional value for money. Had a 3 night trip in September 2024 and stayed in a 'Levels' triple room on a B&B basic. Cannot fault the hotel. Beautiful views across the harbour, clean and very comfortable room, unlimited access to the Level Lounge for food and drink throughout the day. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for a week here and found it to he one of the best hotel experiences we've had. The room was great and the pool was perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Situated on the main strip and only 15 mins walk from the heart if the old town. It's worth taking some lazy afternoons walking around the town. Its beautiful.

Stayed for 3-nights last week. There are signs for aging facilities in the room, but it is very clean and comfortable. My room faces the marina with a sizeable balcony and the view was fantastic. Great city hotel with a rooftop pool and restaurant. They give you an option to have breakfast either in restaurant or at roof terrace. It's a beautiful place, the staff are so friendly. There's a roof terrace with food and drink service also available for non guests, probably best to reserve. The hotel is dog friendly for small breeds. Right in the heart of the old town.

Great hotel. Near to beach and lots of restaurants. 20 minutes walk to city. Entire team of staff was amazing, they were always helpful and friendly. Always smiling and happy. Great hotel in the center of Palma. This hotel is extremely modern, with rooms being surprisingly big and comfortable. Food is a little pricy, however the value of the hotel rooms is incredible, giving their age and size. Enjoyed our stay at Isla. The rooms were great and we enjoyed our a la carte breakfast. The gym is very well kitted with reasonably new equipment, enjoyed a good weights session there. Parking was fairly easy to find in the street around the hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean and rooms and facilities were great. Majority of the staff were kind and welcoming but the woman on the spa reception was rude and unhelpful. She ignored us when we greeted her as she was on her phone. And when we asked her a question she gave us a very short answer with no explanation and immediately went back to texting on her phone! Wonderful recent stay at Saratoga. View over city from rooftop bar amazing. Helpful courteous staff, special shout out to Alba in reception who kindly gave us a lift to airport.

Myself and two friends have just experienced 5 very enjoyable days at this hotel. Room excellent, great choice of foods at breakfast. Very central location. Staff couldn't do enough for us, which included a lovely female member of staff called Alba who when we were unable to get a taxi back to the airport due to bad weather, offered and gave us a lift in her own car so that we didn't miss our flight...

Perfect location - walking distance to everything. Quiet at night, that’s very important. Pool spa area is lovely. Rooms and balconies are wonderful. The staff is extremely lovely and helpful. This was our second time staying here! We’ll book again, for sure.

Our dream came true and we were lucky to stay at the lovely Costa Palma hotel in Cala Major on our honeymoon! Everything was truly amazing! Sending hugs to our favourite receptionist man! Service and location are equal to perfection, but the windows are discouraging the whole experience when the night comes, you can clearly hear anyone's conversation. The main issue comes from the lack of PVC isolation and sound proof technology. The hotel needs some improvements in this area. I will give it a proper 3.5/5.

Firstly, let me address the question of safety/stealing. I personally was cautious after reading a few recent negative reviews. However, after 4nights stay I can HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Pros: 1. Super easy access to one of the best beaches in all of Mallorca 2. Fantastic breakfast spread 3. Great connectivity via public transport 4. Variety of casual restaurants/bars near by 5. Super market

Went for 3 days as a city break. The room itself was clean and we had a great view of the sea but we had a couple of problems. The door of the balcony did not close, we put our shower towels on the balcony to dry them and when we got back the roomservice took them and did not but any back. When we made our reservations, we added 2 meals and when we arrived the reservations were more expensive and...

I liked the experience in this hotel but definitely a lift up is needed. If they renovate a little and give it some care I’d define give 5 stars. Service was very good and friendly, we arrived very early to the hotel and they helped with the bags and even gave us the room before check in time. Room with nice views and comfortable for resting. You will mot hear noises outside or anything.

Very good hotel in the center of Palma. Close to shops, restaurants and coffees. The breakfast buffet is amazing even with fresh orange juice. I recommend it definitely. 5 starts. Impossible get more with less price. Cheers

Small functional hotel in a great location. I've stayed here a couple of times now, and it delivers a consistently good standard. The check-in staff are friendly & welcoming, the rooms are bright modern and well lit, and the breakfast is good. It seems like they've also changed the bar staff, who are now much friendlier and seem to genuinely enjoy looking after people. I'd definitely go back again

Nice hotel, horrible shared room! For me it's unacceptable for a "4 star hotel" to be put in a shared room which is separated by a normal plain door. Basically the neighbours could be heard and any time, even walking around, sneezing & coughing and even taking a shower at 6:30 in the morning then drying their hair. Keep in mind that this was not during the season so I don't think the hotel was so full...

Newly refurbished hotel with a great roof top bar and small pool. Good breakfast and clean rooms. Staff were always excellent and very helpful.

Great central location and friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and beds comfortable, but to say it was tired is an understatement. Tiles coming off the walls in the bathroom, cracked sink, almost unusable shower, nets hanging off and wallpaper peeling off the walls. In need of urgent refurbishment. Carpets in hallways worn and stained. Would not recommend for these reasons.

Exceptional accommodations! Staff was courteous and helpful, love the location, being so close to points in the central as well as walking distance to so many fine dining establishments. Their lunch is a great value, delicious food offerings, and overall a marvelous experience. Looking forward to staying there again. Also, loved the intriguing art throughout!

Really nice hotel one block from lots of restaurants and shopping. Quiet, clean great staff, nice breakfast and cafe with great 3 course lunch with wine for €20. Nice lounge area and sauna/steam room/whirlpool area. Free mini bar. Very pleased.

Stayed 3 nights last week for my birthday. Room was clean, bright and airy with the added bonus of a balcony. Breakfast was plentiful. Surprise Prosecco was left in our room. Great location. Bus stop right outside hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a mini break.

Pleasant stay ... friendly check in and bar/waiting staff. Good food for breakfast. Excellent value

Great location, lovely people, but this place needs a refurbishment. We asked to change room because of damp and decay. The second room was better but quite noisy. The place is overdue some TLC- it has not changed since we visited it many years ago!
