We had a fantastic week at the hotel. I had a very nice stay in the Tryp. The rooms air airconditioned and modern. Great views over Palma the Mallorco and the sea. Personnel is friendly and efficient. I experience a flexible attitude while requesting changes in my booking. the hotel is well placed to visit the city and the the marina. The breakfast buffet is adequate.

Had a 3 night trip in September 2024 and stayed in a 'Levels' triple room on a B&B basic. Cannot fault the hotel. We stayed for a week here and found it to he one of the best hotel experiences we've had. The room was great and the pool was perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Situated on the main strip and only 15 mins walk from the heart if the old town. It's worth taking some lazy afternoons walking around the town. Its beautiful.

Stayed for 3-nights last week. There are signs for aging facilities in the room, but it is very clean and comfortable. My room faces the marina with a sizeable balcony and the view was fantastic. Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The Hotel is very nice. The rooms are well presented and clean. There is a handy funicular that you can use to access the road which is very handy for buses into the city centre. Very nice place, but be warned of the glass shower in the middle of the room. I’m a modest person and was quite embarrassed to use the shower in there. We booked a poolside room and that was fun though. We only stayed a couple of nights, so we didn’t get to experience all of the amenities. I would go back if I could get a room with a more private bathroom.

Service and location are equal to perfection, but the windows are discouraging the whole experience when the night comes, you can clearly hear anyone's conversation. The main issue comes from the lack of PVC isolation and sound proof technology. The hotel needs some improvements in this area. I will give it a proper 3.5/5.

Perfectly situated in the old city, the Bo Hotel is walking distance to historic sites as well as bars & restaurants. Small functional hotel in a great location. I've stayed here a couple of times now, and it delivers a consistently good standard. The check-in staff are friendly & welcoming, the rooms are bright modern and well lit, and the breakfast is good. It seems like they've also changed the bar staff, who are now much friendlier and seem to genuinely enjoy looking after people. I'd definitely go back again

Nice hotel, horrible shared room! For me it's unacceptable for a "4 star hotel" to be put in a shared room which is separated by a normal plain door. Basically the neighbours could be heard and any time, even walking around, sneezing & coughing and even taking a shower at 6:30 in the morning then drying their hair. Exceptional accommodations! Staff was courteous and helpful, love the location, being so close to points in the central as well as walking distance to so many fine dining establishments. Really nice hotel one block from lots of restaurants and shopping. Quiet, clean great staff, nice breakfast and cafe with great 3 course lunch with wine for €20. Nice lounge area and sauna/steam room/whirlpool area. Free mini bar. Very pleased.

Stayed 3 nights last week for my birthday. Room was clean, bright and airy with the added bonus of a balcony. Breakfast was plentiful. Surprise Prosecco was left in our room. Great location. Bus stop right outside hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a mini break.

Great location, lovely people, but this place needs a refurbishment. We asked to change room because of damp and decay. The second room was better but quite noisy. The place is overdue some TLC- it has not changed since we visited it many years ago!

Great hotel; close by walking to the city and to the busstop which with the region bus get you to a perfect beach in 15 minutes. Lovely staff, so nice and really helpful. The breakfast at the hotels terrace on the 5th floor was one of the favorite moments of the day, also sittning by the pool area on the 8th floor in the evening with a glas of wine. Lovely hotel. Great room and great staff. Received complimentary meal and bottle of cava for booking direct online. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. A bit noisy in the middle of the night at the weekend with guests from our hotel standing on their balconies shouting across to guests at the hotel next door. This was not the hotel's fault, nothing you can do about noisy guests. Amazing views...

The hotel is very close to the water and with an excellent view! Our room had two balconys above the sun deck. It's within walking distance to the city centre and easy to get to from the airport. The people at the front desk are more than happy to provide you with info about the town and beaches, and the hotel is also cooperating with an OK car rental service.

This hotel was clean, the staff is friendly and great breakfast with American style and euro style options. The rooms have automated light controls and have large washrooms. The pillows are a bit soft for my liking and the shower is gigantic. Good location and easy and safe walk to Catalina area restaurants.

Everything was great, the staff was really friendly. The Ac was really quiet and it just takes 10 minutes to the center of palma. Our room was big, and the beds were soo comfortable!! The pool on the rooftop was just fantastic! The prices for drinks were totally okay.

great hotel in great location. the rooftop pool is wonderful!! we really liked the welcome drink at the rooftop bar breakfast was very good with lots of selection. i just dont think that they should charge an extra money for fresh cappuccino (the coffee from the machine is free) the location in Palma is great. few minutes walk from the old city. lots of restaurants and a big supermarket in the area...

Beautiful hotel. Staff were exceptional. Never experienced service like this. Happily made table bookings for us and gave us maps etc. room was stunning, cleaned daily. Breakfast was good.
