It is very close to the beach and major attractions. The room is clean and tidy. The service attitude is very good. The nearby buses are not far away and can be reached on foot. It is very convenient.

I love the unique set up of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was trying to watch the television. There was no channel that was in English or even had English subtitle which would allow me to understand what was being said. I was unable to understand and fully enjoy that aspect of my visit.

Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable. Balcony with a view, was actually a view of a hedge, a tree and ground level next to the car park where you could literally climb over the wall onto my balcony, this did make me feel a little unsafe so i left it locked and didnt use it.

We stayed at the Costa Azul several years ago & whilst it's been refurbished since we last stayed we feel it's now way overpriced & given the facilities is closer to a 3 star Hotel.
