Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable. Service and location are equal to perfection, but the windows are discouraging the whole experience when the night comes, you can clearly hear anyone's conversation. The main issue comes from the lack of PVC isolation and sound proof technology. The hotel needs some improvements in this area. I will give it a proper 3.5/5.

Small functional hotel in a great location. I've stayed here a couple of times now, and it delivers a consistently good standard. The check-in staff are friendly & welcoming, the rooms are bright modern and well lit, and the breakfast is good. Nice hotel, horrible shared room! For me it's unacceptable for a "4 star hotel" to be put in a shared room which is separated by a normal plain door. Basically the neighbours could be heard and any time, even walking around, sneezing & coughing and even taking a shower at 6:30 in the morning then drying their hair. This hotel has really great views of the local beach and a great atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and accommodating- especially Esperanza, who did so much to ensure we had an amazing visit and made the trip great for us.

We had a great stay at Hotel Feliz. For some reason we got an upgrade and stayed in a big, big room. Everything was clean and smelled nice. The hotel is furnished with a good taste. The rooftop was amazing. You have a nice view! A great selection of fruits and vegetables, breads, (plant-based) milk, eggs, cereals and yoghurts were part of the breakfast. Great hotel, great modern rooms, great location. The breakfast was also a really decent quality with a nice wide choice. However, the 1 star knock off is due to the small number of beds by the swimming pool that are free. You end up with a bit of a tussle for beds and unfortunately people saving beds and then not sitting on them much to the inconvenience of the other guests.

This hotel was clean, the staff is friendly and great breakfast with American style and euro style options. The rooms have automated light controls and have large washrooms. The pillows are a bit soft for my liking and the shower is gigantic. Good location and easy and safe walk to Catalina area restaurants.

Everything was great, the staff was really friendly. The Ac was really quiet and it just takes 10 minutes to the center of palma. Our room was big, and the beds were soo comfortable!! The pool on the rooftop was just fantastic! The prices for drinks were totally okay.
