The service at the hotel was good. However, the refund of the deposit is very late. When I spoke to the hotel, they told me to contact the credit card company. It was so good! It was a dream-like hotel. Because it was an annex, I had to walk a bit to get to the pool and breakfast, but the path was so pretty that it was another pleasure. We got married in Palma on the 1st of july and stayed for two nights at Calatrava. It´s an exceptional boutique hotel. Location, rooms, service....everything is top notch. The whole staff was incredible. We would like to give a special thanks to Theresa who helped us with whatever we needed. A consummate professional! We had a wonderful experience.

The staff went above and beyond during our stay at the Calatrava. We had a beautiful suite with fabulous views of the waterfront. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, especially Paula who was very responsive to my emails when first enquiring several months before. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is amazing. We loved how the spacious rooms are decorated. One of us had to work one afternoon. But with this view it felt better. The rooftop is fantastic for breakfast and drinks. Thanks Paula and Theresa for your help and recommandaties for placês to go on Mallorca!

Beautiful hotel. Our junior suite was very spacious with a patio. Great location for walking into town center or to the beach. Wonderful customer service. We arrived to have a leisurely lunch before going to our room. Excellent staff. They had wonderful attentiveness to all of our needs: beach clubs, directions and restaurant recommendations.

Calatrava Mediterranean Sea House is an oasis with incredible views, wonderful staff - Theresa & Francisco and the entire housekeeping, restaurant staff - All are excellent at the duties!!! I arrived to this hotel from hospital whilst recovering from spinal surgery. I was treated superbly, allowed to check into my room early, given a room upgrade free of charge to accommodate my need for a walk in shower. Very good location. However all noises in the street and inside the hotel can be heard in the room. If you take one of the Main Street view rooms, which has a nice view, be ready that you will hear the clock in the opposite building every time it rings. Rooms are very clean, bed sheets and towels are clean. One problem with our bathroom is that there is no shower only bathtub, but that’s not the case...

We booked a last minute stay here after a reservation mix-up at another hotel in Palma and were incredibly impressed. From check-in to check-out the customer service was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and our room was stunning and clean. Location is very central. We especially loved the bar and the rooftop pool and terrace. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed in June with group of 16 in hotel for our yearly golf trip. We enjoyed this hotel a lot. The location is perfect walking distance to all good restaurants. Also the rooms are nice and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The patio inside is great for breakfast or nice lunch location. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
