Stunning hotel. Upgraded my room for my 21st, the staff do really go above and beyond. Beautiful location overlooking where the cruises dock in and out. The most gorgeous spa, pool and gardens! The hotel is fine, front desk team were helpful and friendly as were all the restaurant and pool staff. Room was quite dated despite being a highly graded room and quite dark in a corner. Biggest issue was the noise from the massive construction around and in front of the hotel so it wasn’t particularly restful or pleasant during our stay.

Great hotel. Quiet but centrally located. Rooms aren’t sounds proof but are nice. The service was above average. Offering a yoga class, welcome drinks, valet, and finding us a taxi at 4am. The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. The location of this hotel is excellent in the old part of the city, the hotel service was also excellent. My only disappointment was the size of the room. It was tiny both the bedroom area and bathroom. For the price of the rooms I did expect something slightly bigger but we were maybe just unlucky.  Only for this reason I would not stay again.

The hotel is in a great location and the views from the pool are fantastic. The only criticism is the breakfast, sometimes you only wanted something small but you had to pay for the full buffet which was 30-35 euros each.

We got married in Palma on the 1st of july and stayed for two nights at Calatrava. It´s an exceptional boutique hotel. Location, rooms, service....everything is top notch. A true hidden gem in Palma! This place is uniquely designed, decorated and has amazing (and very helpful staff). I went with a friend for a long week and enjoyed the convenient location, friendly staff and amazing breakfast. If it's available, book it!

Excellent 12 room boutique hotel, centrally located. Spent three nights with my wife and daughter. Breakfast was the best experienced ever. Incredible. Spa was really enjoyable. Receptionist Joanna is next level. So unbelievably helpful. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect for exploring Palma. And the food - It's not just a meal, it's an experience! Beautiful old palace converted into a hotel. Perfect location to explore and very close to the sea. Excellent service and the breakfast is really good. We stayed in the “Gershwin” room which had its own private deck with nice little view of the gardens behind the hotel. Recommended.

Absolutely fantastic Palace that’s now a high-end hotel. Only 12 rooms, gorgeous through and through - and omg, the breakfast!!! Special acknowledgment to Sabrina and also Andre who made us feel like royalty. Courtyard and rooftop are stunning.

We had the most amazing week in our favourite hotel in Palma! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, beautiful, light, and with great charm! The location is ideal for walking around and easy to get taxi’s if required. The staff are wonderful and immediately make you feel welcome! We were looked after so well by Antonia, Mati and Meriem! Great location for exploring Palma; calm peaceful environment in the middle of the city; comfortable, well-appointed rooms; friendly, attentive staff who go the extra mile; all with the added advantage of a stunning Michelin-rated restaurant. Rarely contribute reviews – but Convent de la Missio is special – you won’t be disappointed.

The room was very modern. The hotel knew we were on our honeymoon and gave us champagne. In addition, the private sauna, water bed and swimming pool in the basement of the hotel can be reserved separately and used for one hour free of charge. It was very good.
