The hotel is fine, front desk team were helpful and friendly as were all the restaurant and pool staff. Room was quite dated despite being a highly graded room and quite dark in a corner. Biggest issue was the noise from the massive construction around and in front of the hotel so it wasn’t particularly restful or pleasant during our stay.

My husband and I spent one night at the hotel after arriving from the United States. It was an incredible experience. Beautiful and the hospitality was awesome. We enjoyed our lunch and dinner at the hotel. If you like saunas they have an excellent one.

Hotel is beautiful and so are the grounds and its location in Mallorca. However, the staff is either poorly trained or don’t care. They have zero attention to detail and no awareness level, especially in the restaurant and pool area. The other reviews that point this out are correct. Unfortunately, I didn’t heed their advice.

The spa and rooftop were the only thing close to 4 star. Restaurant/ lack of bar were 3 star at best Went with 2 other couples. They all received wine, upgrades etc. we received nothing.

Stunning hotel. Upgraded my room for my 21st, the staff do really go above and beyond. Beautiful location overlooking where the cruises dock in and out. The most gorgeous spa, pool and gardens! The service at the hotel was good. However, the refund of the deposit is very late. When I spoke to the hotel, they told me to contact the credit card company. All other hotel payments made with the same card have been processed. Hotel check-in date is April 16th. Today is April 26th. 13 days have passed.

It is also recommended to have dinner at the hotel, the environment is first-class.

It was so good! It was a dream-like hotel. Because it was an annex, I had to walk a bit to get to the pool and breakfast, but the path was so pretty that it was another pleasure. The location of this hotel is excellent in the old part of the city, the hotel service was also excellent. My only disappointment was the size of the room. It was tiny both the bedroom area and bathroom. For the price of the rooms I did expect something slightly bigger but we were maybe just unlucky.  Only for this reason I would not stay again.

The hotel is in a great location and the views from the pool are fantastic. The only criticism is the breakfast, sometimes you only wanted something small but you had to pay for the full buffet which was 30-35 euros each.

The room was very modern. The hotel knew we were on our honeymoon and gave us champagne. In addition, the private sauna, water bed and swimming pool in the basement of the hotel can be reserved separately and used for one hour free of charge. It was very good.

We stumbled on the Botanic Restaurant within the Can Bordoy Hotel and had the best experience. We have visited Palma many times and this was definitely the most exquisite food we have ever had. The most beautiful oasis in the centre of Palma with all the attention to detail, the kindest staff and a sublime pool in a tranquil garden.

Palma is hot and crowded in August but this is a great place to chill out and walk out into the fray when you fancy. The rooms are spacious and well equipped although the lower ones lack a view and can be a bit noisy at night. The staff are sometimes a bit disorganised but make up for it by being charming and helpful.

From the moment our taxi dropped us off at the hotel the service was excellent. Reception friendly and professional. The suite is big and nicely decorated. Beautiful bathroom with tub and shower. The girls at the golf desk were very helpful and friendly. Everything just works. Tee times for golf, the shuttle to the different courses, caddy masters, pro shop ladies, greenkeepers, all were so helpful...

Lets start with the negatives: The rooms seem to be quite dated (electronics and furniture) and I question the interior design of, at least, our bathroom where the sink was next to the toilet bowl. Moreover, the SPA times are quite inconvenient and close early compared to any other hotel I have been to. However, we had a good stay at the Sheraton Mallorca due to the excellent location and proper management...

Facilities: Neither new nor old. The hotel offers a private spa with a hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge pool. Each guest gets a free 45-minute session upon reservation at the front desk. The toiletries are Bulgari, but the slippers are the cheapest. Cleanliness: Friendly service, storage available, and the recommended restaurant is delicious! This was a great property! We were only here for 2 nights but enjoyed the city very much! We were able to walk to many locations from our hotel.El Jardin del Turia was nearby as well as many beautiful buildings and squares.There was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed a cocktail and dip in the little pool after walking miles. Staff was friendly and helpful

6 Happy Days and Nights in Palma Beautiful hotel, ideally situated in the centre of Palma. Excellent staff, who couldn't do enough for you at any time. Our room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. Rooftop bar was a delight and the service was always with a smile. Would definitely recommend this hotel for sure.

The people who work there are extremely helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and well appointed. The location was perfect for touring Palma.

Just back from spending a few days here, for our second time. We're already looking forward to the next time!
