It's a beautiful place, the staff are so friendly. There's a roof terrace with food and drink service also available for non guests, probably best to reserve. The hotel is dog friendly for small breeds. Right in the heart of the old town.

We had a fantastic time at Palacio Ce Sa Galesa from check in to check out. Octavio was a great host and all staff were very welcoming and accommodation. Massage was relaxing and outstanding. The hotel was clean, quiet, luxurious and beautiful.

Love the property! It's a 16th century house that's very efficiently converted into a hotel. A small hotel but has every facility that a big hotel offers. From a tiny gym, an indoor swimming pool with steam and sauna rooms, a spa and massage table. Lovely rooftop lounge and small cafes. Library to read and relax. Lets start with the negatives: The rooms seem to be quite dated (electronics and furniture) and I question the interior design of, at least, our bathroom where the sink was next to the toilet bowl. Moreover, the SPA times are quite inconvenient and close early compared to any other hotel I have been to. The location was beautiful, quiet and convenient. All of the staff worked together to create a wonderful stay. The rooms were immaculate, the gardens fragrant and manicured, the food was high quality and well-prepared, and the wait staff was attentive. From check-in to check-out, the stay was superb. I can’t really think of one thing I feel like they could have done better.

Great central location and friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and beds comfortable, but to say it was tired is an understatement. Tiles coming off the walls in the bathroom, cracked sink, almost unusable shower, nets hanging off and wallpaper peeling off the walls. In need of urgent refurbishment. Carpets in hallways worn and stained. Would not recommend for these reasons.

Exceptional accommodations! Staff was courteous and helpful, love the location, being so close to points in the central as well as walking distance to so many fine dining establishments. Stayed 3 nights last week for my birthday. Room was clean, bright and airy with the added bonus of a balcony. Breakfast was plentiful. Surprise Prosecco was left in our room. Great location. Bus stop right outside hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a mini break.

Great location, lovely people, but this place needs a refurbishment. We asked to change room because of damp and decay. The second room was better but quite noisy. The place is overdue some TLC- it has not changed since we visited it many years ago!

Stayed for 3-nights last week. There are signs for aging facilities in the room, but it is very clean and comfortable. My room faces the marina with a sizeable balcony and the view was fantastic. Recently, I stayed at a seaside hotel that costs 300 euros per night, but the experience left much to be desired. Really nice hotel with an excellent breakfast. Air con wasn’t on when we were there in March but they brought us a fan as the outside temperature reached 26 degrees. Excellent service from the cleaners - I left my phone charger in the room and after check out they still got it back to me 😊

Lovely hotel with a spacious lobby and fabulous view of the marina. Very friendly staff, especially Miki the barman, who always serves with a smile and a friendly word. Great breakfast with a huge choice. The only shortcoming was the mattress, which was hard. Convent de la Missió is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Mallorca and I’ve stayed at countless hotels in Mallorca. Everything is very nice and ties together, the comfy sheets of the bed to the food, and it’s all right next to everything. Staff are very friendly and are willing to go above and beyond.

Charming hotel, thoughtfully and beautifully converted from the old monastery. Fine linen, good bedding, a quiet oasis in the very centre of old Palma. Excellent and personal service. A walk from the hotel to Bosque Del Castillo De Bellver Park can be had which takes you to a wonderful park where panoramic views can be had of Palma. The hotel is exceptional value for money. We came for a night on the Residents program and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent service. A perfect cosy hotel for the winter, with spa and a lovely traditional bar. For dinner the kitchen brought out some extras over and above the 3 courses. Each dish was delicious and the views over Palma with breakfast are not to be missed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

First time I booked this hotel due to recommendation for a business trip and I was impressed. Very nice view from terrace and dining room over Palma and the bay. One of my top 5 hotels in Europe. Stayed here for my wife's birthday and the staff were so helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but you don't even notice because the view of the ocean is the star of the show. Food and cocktails were 10/10. Can't wait to go back!

As a designer, I’m naturally inclined to critique. This stay was the rare occasion where I found none. The interior design is moody and romantic like bold charcoal walls and sconces made of bird cages or tassels. Curiously mixed. Nice staff, great location, but what was called the penthouse suite turned out to be a cramped attic, painted black, with a sloping roof and tiny windows. The bed was overlooked by anyone in and out of room 10, bar net curtains. The roof terrace is also overlooked, the sun lounger was dirty, and for €600 a night, I'm sorry, I expected and wanted more. It is a quiet and beautiful hotel, very boutique! If you seek for a luxury shelter with excellent location, walking distance to Cathedra, shopping avenue and dozens of great tapas bars and fine restaurants, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, and stellar staff. Also in a fantastic location within walking distance to restaurants, attractions, beach, etc. Ran into an issue with the shower in our room during our stay, but this was addressed promptly and professionally. We greatly appreciated the efforts of Javier and the team for going above and beyond to ensure the quality of our stay.

What do you expect from such an hotel ? You just get it. Perfect service and marvellous staff. My personal best take in Palma… although you have to book early. Great experience. Every time.

Amazing staff, beautiful rooms and perfect location, right in the heart of old town Palma. The staff even helped us out when we arrived in the middle of the night after an AirBNB mishap, which was a huge relief at the start of our vacation. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody.

One of the nicest hotels I stayed, the staff was just great. Whatever you asked they were trying to make it happen. Just amazing the way they interact with you. The hotel itself is very special with the rooftop area, Lunch, drinks and rooms etc.
