For the price and what is included on all inclusive can’t complain. First hotel we stayed in where children can choose ice lollies / milkshakes on all inclusive. We had a fantastic week at the hotel. I love the unique set up of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was trying to watch the television. Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The Hotel is very nice. The rooms are well presented and clean. There is a handy funicular that you can use to access the road which is very handy for buses into the city centre. Service and location are equal to perfection, but the windows are discouraging the whole experience when the night comes, you can clearly hear anyone's conversation. The main issue comes from the lack of PVC isolation and sound proof technology. The hotel needs some improvements in this area. I will give it a proper 3.5/5.

I liked the experience in this hotel but definitely a lift up is needed. If they renovate a little and give it some care I’d define give 5 stars. Small functional hotel in a great location. I've stayed here a couple of times now, and it delivers a consistently good standard. The check-in staff are friendly & welcoming, the rooms are bright modern and well lit, and the breakfast is good. Nice hotel, horrible shared room! For me it's unacceptable for a "4 star hotel" to be put in a shared room which is separated by a normal plain door. Basically the neighbours could be heard and any time, even walking around, sneezing & coughing and even taking a shower at 6:30 in the morning then drying their hair. My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is located on quiet street in the centre of old town - it's spotless, with a lovely breakfast each morning, a stunning spa/pool area, and beautiful features like mosaic floors and high, wood-beamed ceilings. The bar and restaurant are super. However, it's the staff who made this one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in...

We were greeted with a glass of cava and a thoughtful run through of sights to see around Palma with a helpful marked up map to use. Our room was upgraded with a chilled bottle of cava waiting for us in there. The service was truly excellent from start to finish. Took my mum and my dad who is not very mobile here and we had the best time! They gave dad a room near the elevator , the staff were very nice and helpful! I loved the sunbeds because they looked out onto the beach so can see the beach but no sand ! The pool side drinks were lovely , lots of restaurants close by and the restaurant in the hotel was lovely too! We had balcony’s sea facing and could hear...

Beautiful cozy Hotel with an excellent location directly on the beach of Cala Major. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake and a bottle of champagne. Highly recommended

This hotel has really great views of the local beach and a great atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and accommodating- especially Esperanza, who did so much to ensure we had an amazing visit and made the trip great for us.

Right on the beach and also next to the beach bar though this is a seasonal hotel and only one of the three are open all year, however a good collection of rooms and views that can be had over the beach area.
