The hotel isn’t bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. First off, there’s no à la carte restaurant, just a buffet, and the meal times don’t always align with your plans on the island. We had a fantastic week at the hotel. I had a very nice stay in the Tryp. The rooms air airconditioned and modern. Great views over Palma the Mallorco and the sea. Personnel is friendly and efficient. I experience a flexible attitude while requesting changes in my booking. the hotel is well placed to visit the city and the the marina. The breakfast buffet is adequate.

Had a 3 night trip in September 2024 and stayed in a 'Levels' triple room on a B&B basic. Cannot fault the hotel. Beautiful views across the harbour, clean and very comfortable room, unlimited access to the Level Lounge for food and drink throughout the day. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for a week here and found it to he one of the best hotel experiences we've had. The room was great and the pool was perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Situated on the main strip and only 15 mins walk from the heart if the old town. It's worth taking some lazy afternoons walking around the town. Its beautiful.

Stayed for 3-nights last week. There are signs for aging facilities in the room, but it is very clean and comfortable. My room faces the marina with a sizeable balcony and the view was fantastic. Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The Hotel is very nice. The rooms are well presented and clean. There is a handy funicular that you can use to access the road which is very handy for buses into the city centre. The staff are amazing. Very helpful, very friendly. They have prices and contacts for local amenities such as car hire, and we're always happy to help with any questions or problems. Very nice place, but be warned of the glass shower in the middle of the room. I’m a modest person and was quite embarrassed to use the shower in there. We booked a poolside room and that was fun though. We only stayed a couple of nights, so we didn’t get to experience all of the amenities. I would go back if I could get a room with a more private bathroom.

Me and my wife spent 1 week at this hotel in July and we are definitely coming back. Since the very first moment we felt the staff was taking care of us, rooms were amazing and the facilities made our stay unforgettable. We also had dinner in their in-house restaurant and we really commend it.

She ignored us when we greeted her as she was on her phone. And when we asked her a question she gave us a very short answer with no explanation and immediately went back to texting on her phone! Service and location are equal to perfection, but the windows are discouraging the whole experience when the night comes, you can clearly hear anyone's conversation. The main issue comes from the lack of PVC isolation and sound proof technology. The hotel needs some improvements in this area. I will give it a proper 3.5/5.

Perfectly situated in the old city, the Bo Hotel is walking distance to historic sites as well as bars & restaurants. The staff was helpful in every way, especially with our check in by arranging our rental car to have access to the restricted driving zone. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony for people watching!

What a beautiful hotel, right in the middle of palma, we had fantastic views of the cathedral and the port. Room was amazing with a huge bed and toiletries included. There is also a hairdryer provided. Big balcony to sit and take in the views

The hotel was perfectly located on a main street surrounded by lots of shops and cafes. Nice place in good location. Nespresso machine concept is not really working in the mornings when you are desperate for one. Rooms are nice and big but noise is going through the door so you feel people are in your room. Going away from our kids for the weekend we needed to hear our next door baby like they were in our room. Shower have no door so it’s a bit shame that the floor is full with water...

Rooms and staff are both excellent but public areas such as reception, lifts and breakfast areas are quite small. Even had to share a breakfast table and it was not high season. The rooms are very clean and include coffee and tea making facilities. The hotel is an outstanding location for all the city sites, shopping and amenities. .

Friendly Staff, Miró themed decor, Very nice room - modern bright furniture and Miro mural. The reception and bar staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English. The pool is enormous and would love to try it in spring/summer when it's open. Good Wi-Fi. Excellent breakfast. A bus through Palma city to the airport stops at the the bottom of the road where the hotel is situated.

Amazing hotel in a great location. Despite being in the old city in Palma, it's in a very private location. Staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. The room was big, clean, and had great toiletries. The restaurant/pool area had great food and a nice view. Absolutely a 5-star experience all around.

Great city hotel with a rooftop pool and restaurant. They give you an option to have breakfast either in restaurant or at roof terrace. If you like morning breeze from sea and nice views while you eat I recommend to try it. This hotel is perfect starting point for exploring the city and the island. We rented a scooter so traveling was even easier.

The location is perfect to explore Palma, walking distance to everything. The rooftop bar is a vibe, the rooms are modern and very clean, the staff is also very friendly. Very friendly staff and very correct. They gave us a room early before the appointed time as they had it for free so we could take better advantage in the morning ❤️ Clean and very comfortable room does not hear any noise, good rest after a day of sightseeing in the city.

Great hotel! Great location. Amazing friendly staff. Highly recommended, I thank everyone for making our stay great! However, some things could be improved, like the pool which needs a bit of work and the menu could be a bit more varied or have specials from time to time.

The excellent location of the hotel, equipped with beach 3 minutes walk, near many restaurants, shops, pharmacy...... the hotel also has a restaurant. Room on the 4th floor was very small no kettle no. Very noisy since the airport is 13 miles and every 2 minutes!!!! sits or flies the plane.

The location was excellent. The staff is attentive. Cleaning good. Very small room, sitting on the toilet head against a wall opposite. The suitcase can be put only in one passing angle, feet to fight often had. The pool is visited by people who are not staying at the hotel. The repetitive Breakfast for 10€ - Scrambled eggs; Eggs; Bacon; a Couple types of fruit, sausages and pastries. Cheaper and tastier...

Reception was very friendly and helpful. The room itself (with sea view and balcony) was a little on the small side and I could not imagine, to spend a week's holiday. The Hotel is very well located - the sea is not a Minute and Palma can be reached without problems with the Bus.
