Hotels in Palma

The hotel is in a great location. We rented a car and there's free parking, making it very convenient. The breakfast was relatively simple, but filling. The room had a balcony, but it was small and cramped for two adults and one child. Because we went during peak tourist season, the room rate was generally a bit high.

Everything is fine. But there was a big lack of a kettle in the room. For hot water you had to go downstairs and across the entire territory to the bar

The hotel isn’t bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. First off, there’s no à la carte restaurant, just a buffet, and the meal times don’t always align with your plans on the island. No way is this a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very basic, and felt like Ibis budget rooms in terms of furnishings. The air conditioning was very noisy. So the pool would be nice but it felt like the whole day only super loud music. You come on holiday to relax but the music is so loud that you can't relax. A disaster with a child. If you want to be without music only place in front of the hotel where the buses arrive. Turn the music on for the entertainment but not all day. (Between 1 and 3 pm it is at least quiet). It is very close to the beach and major attractions. The room is clean and tidy. The service attitude is very good. The nearby buses are not far away and can be reached on foot. It is very convenient.

I love the unique set up of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was trying to watch the television. There was no channel that was in English or even had English subtitle which would allow me to understand what was being said. I was unable to understand and fully enjoy that aspect of my visit.

The room is great. I recommend driving to the location. I recommend parking on the roadside downstairs without yellow lines. I parked there for three nights without any problems. The breakfast is standard Western style and the bread is delicious.

The big plus of this hotel is that it is located with a very beautiful view. The big minus is that the air conditioners do not work correctly, the 24-hour temperature that is automatically maintained is 25-26 degrees, it is very warm, you can't do less, apparently the hotel saves on electricity this way, at night I woke up in a sweat. Excellent views… 9 storeys high. Looks out over the marina and the hills and castle. Lovely pool, jacuzzi area, day beds aswell as sun loungers. Comfy beds. Small balcony. Up a very steep hill so unless you’re fit taxis are needed. Would stay again.

Booked for an engineer who needed to be close to the harbor, he stated that it was a great location and walking distance to the harbor. He added that the staff were extremely nice.

Our dream came true and we were lucky to stay at the lovely Costa Palma hotel in Cala Major on our honeymoon! Everything was truly amazing! Sending hugs to our favourite receptionist man! Adults only??? We had a good time in the hotel. Friendly staff, nice beds, and a clean room with w wonderful sea view. However the hotel is a bit worn down and despite The Adults Only there were several children by the pool and the buffet.

We love this hotel. Although some areas are in need of refurbishment, it still retains it's style and class. The staff and the service are amazing.

The hotel is fine, front desk team were helpful and friendly as were all the restaurant and pool staff. Room was quite dated despite being a highly graded room and quite dark in a corner. Biggest issue was the noise from the massive construction around and in front of the hotel so it wasn’t particularly restful or pleasant during our stay.

Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The location it a bit of a walk from the main town square but there is a funicular that will get you to a bus stop close by. Thanks Catalonia Majorica!

you can just walk 10 minutes to city center ir take a taxi, the hotel is calm, wifi is great for work and has a nice gym, very recommended! Accepts unionpay for asian travelers!!

The Hotel is very nice. The rooms are well presented and clean. There is a handy funicular that you can use to access the road which is very handy for buses into the city centre. The staff are amazing. Very helpful, very friendly. They have prices and contacts for local amenities such as car hire, and we're always happy to help with any questions or problems. Just back today from a 3 night stay. Great hotel, 7 mins from Plaza dEspana and all the shops. The rooftop bar and pool,sunbathing area was fab. Staff super friendly. Room basic but clean/funtional. Would defo recommend. Only thing we missed was only mirror in bathroom. One in hallway too far away from the plugs so a mirror on the desk would be ideal.

My husband and I spent one night at the hotel after arriving from the United States. It was an incredible experience. Beautiful and the hospitality was awesome. We enjoyed our lunch and dinner at the hotel. If you like saunas they have an excellent one.

Hotel is beautiful and so are the grounds and its location in Mallorca. However, the staff is either poorly trained or don’t care. They have zero attention to detail and no awareness level, especially in the restaurant and pool area. The other reviews that point this out are correct. Unfortunately, I didn’t heed their advice.

Main complaints/room for improvement: fitness facilities are inadequate - there are two cardio machines and one small weight bench with weights up to about 10 kg which is simply not enough origin of the size. Great central location and friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and beds comfortable, but to say it was tired is an understatement. Tiles coming off the walls in the bathroom, cracked sink, almost unusable shower, nets hanging off and wallpaper peeling off the walls. In need of urgent refurbishment. Carpets in hallways worn and stained. Would not recommend for these reasons.

Exceptional accommodations! Staff was courteous and helpful, love the location, being so close to points in the central as well as walking distance to so many fine dining establishments. Their lunch is a great value, delicious food offerings, and overall a marvelous experience. Looking forward to staying there again. Also, loved the intriguing art throughout!

Perfect City Break Hotel Efficient and affable service. The staff were highly competent. The family room was great with 2 bathrooms. The breakfast was fabulous and all was managed in a calm and discreet manner. The rooftop pool and bar was a delight, Pedro working there was a true legend and whilst I didn’t try the spa my wife and children spoke highly of it. We were delighted with our choice.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. They even wrote a welcome letter for us. It's easy to get to the city by bus and the beach is very close. Convenient location, renovated hotel entrance, and tasty breakfasts. However, my room was located next to the staircase and it was very noisy due to the lack of soundproofing. I could also hear water draining whenever the neighbors took a shower, which made it difficult to fall asleep. In addition, the photos did not match the reality.

The spa and rooftop were the only thing close to 4 star. Restaurant/ lack of bar were 3 star at best Went with 2 other couples. They all received wine, upgrades etc. we received nothing.

The service is very good, worthy of being a five-star hotel. The swimming pool and sauna are free, and the rooftop view is particularly good. There are two Michelin restaurants downstairs, and the service is also very good.
