Great location with nice view from the hill and very close, direct access to two beaches. Nice pool our daughter loved it. Terrace with shade good for reading & relaxing. Very good food with big variety, always excited to go there morning and evenings

The staff was so friendly and room had a very good sea view, nice swimming pool and nice breakfast.
I recommend this place to have a great vacation.
Just one thing was lacking. And it was the lack of not included kettle and tea.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed on. The room were clean, big, modern decor, and with two terraces, beeds were super. We had ordered breakfirst and dinner. It was great food, vaieret and with great selection. The hotel has a great location, right down to the finest sandy beach. We would like to give Universal Lido Park our best rekommandation and five stars *****

Staff at front desk and in the restaurant were most helpful. Review your bar bills as servers frequently make mistakes that aren't in the customer's favor. Three instances in 5 days is suspicious. Charging for deck chairs and pool towels is petty and beneath the image of the hotel

We visited your hotel in 2009. The staff and Director were much friendlier at that time. The director was much more discrete than the previous one.
In general we were quite satisfied, except:
The meals were often of no taste and we were obliged to eat outside most of the time. For example; the italian evening had nothing to be compared to italian specialties! The reserved payed wines were taken out of the refrigerator when we were seated and was served much too cold.
The deckchairs by the pool were much too expensive (EURO 14,00) and should be free of charges.
The evening entertainment was not of our taste and rather for guests over+65!
Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant and will recommend the Lido Park to our friends.

Arrived at the hotel the second time. .t.to. two years ago, rested perfectly. But on the day of arrival was shocked by the reception staff. Booked superior room with sea view..and what was our surprise when we saw him. Minus the first floor...just see the neighbouring hotel's swimming pool and some bushes. Thank God we stomped and said emphatically No! They were assured that nothing else can offer. We never gave up and after 10 it was a Miracle! Were offered another room overlooking the sea and the pool. .plus the two floors above. In General, the first minutes were nervous...and stressed. The attitude of the staff was not very friendly. Took the pressure off the evening in the restaurant. Thank God nothing has changed there and everything was great.

+ The view from the hotel is fantastic, really close walk to the main town, a feeling of local community and great friendly staff.
- Building is a bit old. Chairs and towels are charged for rent, which I didn't expect in a 4 star hotel.
