Good location but terrible hotel! Staff were rude and unfriendly. There was excessive noise and drunk guests often running around the hotel late at night, at times until 6am slamming doors and shouting, particularly on the first night and the staff did not do or say anything to the unruly guests, when we asked to switch rooms and suggest that they tell their guests to behave better they just shrugged their shoulders and refused to move us to another room. The food was bad as there was no variety and it was the same buffet every night, my partner saw a cockroach on the floor of the dining hall. The drinks were all inclusive too which is great, but again there was very little variety at all. You could only have cheap spirits and the cocktails were dreadful, way too sweet and sickly. The bar staff kept telling me to hurry up as there was a line behind me, which I found embarrassing and rude. The spa and communal areas were unclean, our room was a double room but was very small. They put an extra bed in our room that was unnecessary as we were a couple. The hairdryer broke on day three which they did somehow when I mentioned it. Unfortunately overall other than the hairdryer incident I found the staff rude and unhelpful and unwilling to solve any of the issues happening in the hotel sadly. I would not stay again, beware if you go to hotel Zafiro!
