First time staying here. Had the Preferred Club option, well worth it as we had no kids with us.
Breakfasts good, didn't eat evenings in hotel, we know the area so went out to Playa Blanca and Rubicon Marina, this hotel is handily placed for both. Staff were excellent throughout full week.... we will be back.

We are still in the hotelbroom 1255 no problems with anything all well and staff cannot be more helpful a credit to management. The only thing I found out of place was that some of the waiters in the main restaurant and lounge whilst watching the show had ill fitting jackets and trousers certainly can improve on their outfits with something befitting a five star hotel. Everything great so far

Hotel is in a great location, but let down by poor service and procedures that are in place. If you're not in the 'Privalage Club' then you're a second class citizen and treated as such. I've not been able to get a sun lounger for days, and no one enforcing deckchair police, and god forbid if you want to take a snack, from the only snack bar, back to your room (I only wanted a cookie), however, for 10€ they will bring it to your room. The buffet restaurant is very poor for choice, but the quality of food was quite good. My opinion is the first and last customer should receive the same choice and standard, but in reality, don't try and eat withing an hour of it closing as they run the selection down. The other restaurants I've tried have all been very good. There is a poor selection of evening entertainment, and no space in the hotel to put on anything. They close the staircase in the evening so they can provide some entertainment on it. The pool bar is probably the worst I've ever experienced, be prepared to queue for 10 minutes to get a bottle of water. Overall, the hotel could be great, but let down by the small things that matter in a 5* hotel. I could not recommend this hotel as a 5*, however, if you're prepared to not be frustrated with a substandard level of service and facilities then this could be the place for you. Would be great as a 4*.

My favorite hotel in Lanzarote!
Dreams Lanzarote was one of my favorite vocational experiences and hotel in Lanzarote.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately greeted by such nice staff. They had brought us some cold napkins to refresh ourselves. The clerks knew our dietary restrictions, which made it so much easier to eat there.
The rooms' pristine conditions reflect the same level of attention and detail of the staff, making it a top-notch experience. The beds are comfy, and the UI of the room control center isn't outdated compared to similar hotels I used to stay at.
The number of amenities inside adds a very luxurious and somewhat relaxing tone to the hotel. There are bars and waiting rooms accompanied by tasteful decorations.
When it comes to drinking and eating, the quality is perfect. I had no bad experience whatsoever. The food was fresh, and the assortments were tasteful and original.
On the more practical side, parking is right in front of the entrance, making it easy to reach your car without walking one hundred miles.
Lastly, the price is relatively low compared to this place's luxury standard; it's such a good deal. I recommend maxing out your vacation package there.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dreams Lanzarote! The hotel was beautiful, the staff were amazing, there was something for everyone from the children to adults - it’s the most relaxing stay for all ages. We stayed ‘preferred club’ and it elevated our experience so much. The private pool area was amazing, the breakfast outstanding and overall time there was exceptional. We stayed all inclusive and the restaurant and food options were great, right on the seafront we were also a short walk from other bars and restaurants that were equally as nice, but we ate at the hotel every night. We will definitely be back! Thank you Dreams!!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The reception team, the man in the outside pool bar who made a lovely iced coffee, the lady doing the activities and Syed at the indoor bar. The room was really nice and modern and clean. The breakfast was nice but wasn’t too keen on the dinner but the hotel is close to restaurants on the beach so no drama. Lovely drinks and the space was so nice indoor and outdoors. Also enjoyed the spa. Would definitely stay again thank you for the very enjoyable and warm winter getaway.

Only stopped here fora cup of coffee whilst on a trip to Playa Blanca. The service provide to my wife and I was first class with very nice coffee, great views and friendly staff. We cannot comment on the hotel rooms and service but on walking through the hotel from the pool area we felt that it would certainly be a hotel that we would consider if visiting Lanzarote again.

The hotel is beautiful. Check-in was smooth and we were treated to glass of champagne on arrival. We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in September and we spent beautiful time there. The room is modern and very clean, the food was great, the staff was very friendly and we particularly would like to thank Fernando, the waiter in the international buffet ' World Cafe' for his professional manner, politness and incredible service! We would definitely go back there.

Stayed 2 years ago since when it has had a complete refurbishment including an infinity pool with waiter/waitress service for drinks brought to your sunbeds. This pool was for Preferred Club guests (previously called Deluxe) which we opted for as before.
The whole hotel was immaculate including our room which was spacious and overlooked the original pool and the sea. We had a fridge with water,coke and beer, brewing facilities with tea coffee etc, a safe , towelling robes and slippers and a massive TV.
Food was excellent and varied and we did try the Blue Water grill - also good. All staff were friendly, smiley, polite and helpful and we will definitely go again.
One small point there were no information boards anywhere re activities , flights etc. Instead we had a tablet in our room with all information on. Prefer the boards myself.
Anyway, a big thanks to all for a lovely holiday.

Great training pool for distance swimming. WiFi in hotel (when it was an NH Hotel from the late 1990s ... now much improved
