First time staying here. Had the Preferred Club option, well worth it as we had no kids with us. Breakfasts good, didn't eat evenings in hotel, we know the area so went out to Playa Blanca and Rubicon Marina, this hotel is handily placed for both. We are still in the hotelbroom 1255 no problems with anything all well and staff cannot be more helpful a credit to management. The only thing I found out of place was that some of the waiters in the main restaurant and lounge whilst watching the show had ill fitting jackets and trousers certainly can improve on their outfits with something befitting a five star hotel. A lovely hotel where the only high-rise is the admin building, which is only 2 floors high. All rooms are bungalow style buildings which are nicely laid out. November 2021. Really enjoyed our week here. Loved the generally laid back atmosphere. Staff all good.... watch out for Nelson when he's clearing tables the guy's a whirling dervish. I booked this at quite short notice and got a good deal. The rooms were very good and spacious, cleaned 6 days out of 7, towels changed whenever needed and bed sheets changed 4 times in 2 weeks, beds firm but comfy. Don't believe the bad comments on the food ! Everything we had in our two week stay was excellent, possibly not 'cordon bleu' but for the amount of different tastes and number of guests...

I booked liking the look of a built in high ropes course and splash zone. The ropes are only once per person per week!! So be aware if this a draw for you. How can I start on this AMAZING family friendly hotel. Great rooms, happy staff who are ready to help you if you need and lovely pools and views. I definitely recommend this accommodation if you come to Lanzarote. One bad thing is the food options, they are lovely but they need more options.

Was genuinely a lovely hotel with a beautiful room with beautiful views, only minor thing was thought I was getting a double bed, two singles put together. The majority of the staff were amazing. 90% out of 100% were great maybe just that 10% who were not keen on us. Couldn’t fault the location was amazing.

Could this be the perfect hotel? Certainly the best one I have been to. This hotel is one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. We stayed as a family of 5 with my 3 teenagers for a short stay of 5 nights at the Livvo Volcan Hotel in July and all in all it was a nice experience. We went for breakfast only following some other travellers review. Had a few issues with the room. The staff were very helpful though and sorted all.our issues out very quickly. The kitchen is not really suitable for self catering though! There is quite a walk to the seafront but taxis are quite cheap to get there and back. The entertainment and kids club staff were brilliant especially with the kids.

This is are second time here and it has been amazing! The location is brilliant, there is a lovely walk down to the nearest town with shops and restaurants and the harbour. Great hotel. Staff are really friendly in bars and restaurant. For buffet style food, the range offered and the quality was excellent. Wines are nice 15 - 25 euros a bottle. Truly a far better hotel than I was expecting. Well worth the 4 star rating. I've no idea how it could be improved. Delicious food both breakfast and dinner (buffet). Twin pools, Palm trees, clean and well looked after. Nightly entertainment very good and not as cheesy as I perhaps expected.

The dining area is lovely, the only thing that annoys me is smoking in the conservatory while eating. The pools are fantastic, I love to swim. A little disappointing. The room was old, with scuffed furniture, a very old bathroom and an ancient sofa. We had to move to a newer room, which was better. Me and my wife stayed here for 1 night in the adults only section and we really enjoyed our stay we arrived around 1pm and went for a lunch and drinks round the pool before checking in fully at 3pm while waiting to check in we were able to access the all inclusive option we booked. We are on holiday with the family at the Caybeach Sun hotel. It's a beautiful place for relaxation and perfect for children, with 3 outdoor pools and one indoor pool. By the pool, there's always an open bar serving drinks, accompanied by music that’s pleasant to listen to and not overwhelming. Battle of reserve the sunbeds which spoilt it.. especially when people don't use them all day. Room was clean and tidy. Nice housekeeping. Hotel in general a bit dated needs some love in places. Comfortable apart-hotel with great amenities. Was perfect for a business trip with the conveniences of an on-site shop for groceries and a well equipped kitchen to prepare meals (there is breakfast on site for an affordable fee). Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Pools were lovely, kids really enjoyed it. Very close to Playa Dorada & Playa Blanca. Good breakfast. Beds were comfortable Good small supermarket on site.

Expecting 5star, didn't deliver. Hotel itself is good staff deemed distant. Other hotels staff have been very helpful and friendly not this one. Biggest down side distance to nearest shops to far.

This hotel is amazing, plenty to do and looks stunning we went with a 2 year old and had a great time. My only problem was for a hotel this big and having 3 bookable restaurants to choose from we only managed to get a table at one of them as the others where fully booked. Having the extra restaurants was one the biggest selling point to me. So disappointed me not to be able to eat in them. Not missing...

This place is massive, just arrived late last night and managed to have dinner in restaurant, albeit we were last to leave well after 10.30 with no pressure from staff. Still trying to find way around and glad to discover access to seafront walk through the garden area. Bus stop directly outside front of hotel. All good so far.

We recently returned from a 10 night all-inclusive stay at the H10 Rubicon Palace. Our entire stay was excellent and all about the Hotel was first class. The room was ideal and well looked after, the food in all the Restaurants excellent, the bars and poolside the same, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Main hotel area/reception/piano bar etc are very clean. More attention needed in our room. Our room floor was always dirty and bed sheets rarely changed. Food is really good with a wide variety to choose from. Always fresh and tasty. Entertainment day/night is a bit boring! The hotel does cater for very young children with a mini disco etc. My children are 11 and 12 and have been very bored. Waiting...

It’s been a great experience so far. The food is great, especially the lunch buffet. The breakfast too is good with several options to choose from. The whole experience was outstanding. My son who is 10 and I are definitely coming back. Hotel is quite old but very clean, bungalows are quite big, there is a lot of lovely plants around. Food is good but everything taste the same after all. You need to pay extra for WiFi (35 euro for 3 devices for 7 days). It was nice 7 days but will not stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff are lovely, rooms are spotless and entertainment was good. The only negative was the food, very repetitive and at times barely warm.

We have an amazing weather in this amazing hotel. We are here for a week and spent 4 nice days enjoying the volcano rutes and the massive options for food in the hotel. Special thanks to the ENTERTAINMENT team, they are making our holidays some thing to remember. We will meet again

A top class hotel with fantastic food and superb staff. We have visited this hotel a few times and are always treated so well. We are currently visiting and feel in response to another review that mentions some renovation work which is happening and will finish in the next few days . . . this has caused no disruption to our holiday at all.

Staying here at the moment..fabulous..cannot praise this wonderful hotel enough... staff are amazing..very welcoming and always happy to help..nothing is too much trouble... Poolside work IS ongoing at the moment..but this has made NO difference to the quality of our stay in any way. Noise..very very minimal ( and our room overlooks it ) .. will be back in september :-)

Nice hotel right next to the ocean. Staff brilliant and food very good. The nighttime entertainment was also very good. Unfortunately while we were staying there the pool bar closed and extensive building work was carried out causing a lot of dust and noise. We had no prior warning of this happening which was extremely disappointing.

Elegant, stylish and classy. Spacious to accomodate and yet intimate enough to show genuine care of how the holiday-maker feels. The restaurant theme nights and evening shows are balanced, fun, there is a surprise around each corner, table tennis, archery and boules. Pool tables, crazy golf, pool activities are OK. Really great place for a relaxing holiday. Sun was great. Food excellent. Prices in the hotel were good. Gym, pools and evening entertainment were fabulous. No wonder so many people revisit !!
