Decent stay Good clean hotel with great service, still, didn’t feel any special about it being a 5* resort. Would have to stay at other places in Lanzarote to comment what’s better but Servatur Waikiki in Gran Canaria was at par with this one. Great place. Was upgraded to room 1257 which had amazing views great size, but had 2 single beds. We asked if it could be made up as a double they said no as they dont have bedding big enough. The stay was fantastic. The only minor drawback was that we were unable to reserve a sunbed as they were fully booked, but 5/8 sunbeds did not get used at all on those days despite being marked as reserved.

A lovely hotel where the only high-rise is the admin building, which is only 2 floors high. All rooms are bungalow style buildings which are nicely laid out. I booked this at quite short notice and got a good deal. The rooms were very good and spacious, cleaned 6 days out of 7, towels changed whenever needed and bed sheets changed 4 times in 2 weeks, beds firm but comfy. I booked liking the look of a built in high ropes course and splash zone. The ropes are only once per person per week!! So be aware if this a draw for you. The hotel and room where very nice and clean, we found on odd occasion the food was not great , breakfasts where fine, but some evening meals where not up to their usual standard. This hotel is amazing, plenty to do and looks stunning we went with a 2 year old and had a great time. My only problem was for a hotel this big and having 3 bookable restaurants to choose from we only managed to get a table at one of them as the others where fully booked. This hotel was probably the best hotel I’ve ever been. The employees were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and also have a modern interior. A top class hotel with fantastic food and superb staff. We have visited this hotel a few times and are always treated so well. We are currently visiting and feel in response to another review that mentions some renovation work which is happening and will finish in the next few days . . . this has caused no disruption to our holiday at all.

Staying here at the moment..fabulous..cannot praise this wonderful hotel enough... staff are amazing..very welcoming and always happy to help..nothing is too much trouble... Poolside work IS ongoing at the moment..but this has made NO difference to the quality of our stay in any way. Noise..very very minimal ( and our room overlooks it ) .. will be back in september :-)

Nice hotel right next to the ocean. Staff brilliant and food very good. The nighttime entertainment was also very good. Unfortunately while we were staying there the pool bar closed and extensive building work was carried out causing a lot of dust and noise. We had no prior warning of this happening which was extremely disappointing.

Elegant, stylish and classy. Spacious to accomodate and yet intimate enough to show genuine care of how the holiday-maker feels. The restaurant theme nights and evening shows are balanced, fun, there is a surprise around each corner, table tennis, archery and boules. Pool tables, crazy golf, pool activities are OK. Really great place for a relaxing holiday. Sun was great. Food excellent. Prices in the hotel were good. Gym, pools and evening entertainment were fabulous. No wonder so many people revisit !!

We are on holiday with the family at the Caybeach Sun hotel. It's a beautiful place for relaxation and perfect for children, with 3 outdoor pools and one indoor pool. By the pool, there's always an open bar serving drinks, accompanied by music that’s pleasant to listen to and not overwhelming. The staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious.Highly recommended

This was our 8th time at Cay Beach. Feel that now the rooms need a bit of updating. Never before have we had to listen to very loud music while relaxing round the pool area. As music lovers we appreciate background music but this has really put us off visiting again .🤣🤣

Spent a week at this hotel. Very clean especially around the pool area the sun loungers need to be renewed as they are old and most of them are broken. The pool bar states it's open at 10am but the staff for well over an hour to serve customers their order. The rooms are clean but the bedding isn't changed often enough. Ok. Nothing special. A week self-catering. Shop on site was really cheap. Nice bread, but need to get there early. Battle of reserve the sunbeds which spoilt it.. especially when people don't use them all day. Room was clean and tidy. Nice housekeeping. Hotel in general a bit dated needs some love in places. Comfortable apart-hotel with great amenities. Was perfect for a business trip with the conveniences of an on-site shop for groceries and a well equipped kitchen to prepare meals (there is breakfast on site for an affordable fee). Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Pools were lovely, kids really enjoyed it. Very close to Playa Dorada & Playa Blanca. Good breakfast. Beds were comfortable Good small supermarket on site.

Expecting 5star, didn't deliver. Hotel itself is good staff deemed distant. Other hotels staff have been very helpful and friendly not this one. Biggest down side distance to nearest shops to far.

The whole experience was outstanding. My son who is 10 and I are definitely coming back. The check in was quick and efficient as was the checkout and the breakfast had so much choice so can definitely satisfy everyone,the pools were clean and safe with a lifeguard. Hotel is quite old but very clean, bungalows are quite big, there is a lot of lovely plants around. Food is good but everything taste the same after all. You need to pay extra for WiFi (35 euro for 3 devices for 7 days). It was nice 7 days but will not stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff are lovely, rooms are spotless and entertainment was good. The only negative was the food, very repetitive and at times barely warm.

We have an amazing weather in this amazing hotel. We are here for a week and spent 4 nice days enjoying the volcano rutes and the massive options for food in the hotel. Special thanks to the ENTERTAINMENT team, they are making our holidays some thing to remember. We will meet again
