A Wonderful Experience from Start to Finish
Hotel: Exceptional accommodation with top-notch facilities. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a day of activities.

This is our second time staying in this hotel. It is very family friendly. We stayed in a Junior suite it was very clean. The food is very nice with a good variety. The children enjoyed the activities including Bingo and the entertainment team were very welcoming and fun especially Anton.

We have completely loved this hotel. The pool area and rooms are always clean. The facilities are modern and plenty of sunbeds are available. It’s a perfect hotel for families. The entertainment team are amazing, massive shout out to Cris, Hugo and Andrea for making our stay even more enjoyable. Will miss those guys! Brilliant hotel, will definitely be a holiday to remember!

The hotel is amazing. I travel very often, I give my honest review as it helps other people with their bookings. This hotel is unbelievable for families. There are many different pools which is brilliant for kids of all ages. There are lots of things to do. The entertainment is amazing. The staff are very friendly and good fun. The restaurants are also lovely. I would rate this hotel a 10/10! Close to the beach and has a beautiful view too. Big shout out to Hugo! Really friendly and funny. We will be back!

I have just come Back from a weeks stay at the hotel and I had a lovely relaxing stay. I found the staff very welcoming and helpful, everything was very clean and the housekeeper we had really looked

The hotel is in an excellent location, the pool is a good size, and no fighting for sun loungers as there are plenty.
We found the food to be great - plenty of choice and replenished regularly (and I’m fussy but I could always find something nice.
Nice cocktails in the bar and reasonably priced. Minor criticism was the snack bar was very slow service but only used twice. Coffee shop was nice with lovely cakes.
Had a very enjoyable stay - thank you.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the front with access opposite the beach. Close to shops and the marina, just a short walking distance. Animation team are 5/5! Tanet, Hugo, Virgina and Andres really went out of the way to tempt visitors with a variety of activities which my children loved. They really do make the hotel! The rooms were lovely and clean however the hotel overall is a little dated. Food is basic and not much variety between courses and days here. We stayed 10 days all inclusive and food became very boring. Also staff very slow to replenish food, cutlery crockery etc. One staff member in particular however was excellent making jokes with my children which they loved. It's not really geared towards families or children, even though there is mini club, kids pool and mini disco the hotel in general feels more aimed at older couples than families. As a family of 5 we often struggled to find tables large enough for us as most are set for 2 or 4 guests. Rooms are smaller than average and lack storage space which we struggled with on a 10 day stay. Overall we have had a nice time but unsure if we'd return to this hotel. The resort of Playa Blanca is beautiful however .

Good size pool, and lots of sunbeds. Breakfast nice and regularly replenished. All staff friendly and polite.

Third time at this hotel and each time I love it!
In the summer and winter the hotel work very hard to make sure everybody is having the best time. Even on days when it was cloudy and colder, the animation team work so hard to make everyone happy and give people the best experience. Fran and Javier are a credit to their team.
The range of food in excellent and caters for all tastes and needs, even a fussy eater like me. The two themed restaurants on site are incredible and really unique to the hotel. The hospitality staff who work there are amazing also, I was to particularly mention David who we’ve met on two stays and Abraham who is undoubtably the friendliest person I’ve ever met.
The drink options are amazing also, just about everything is included in the AI packages, even the coffee bar downstairs.
The rooms are so well decorated and furnished, so comfy to sleep in or even relax in the day. The balcony and terrace spaces on each room are a lovely little addition to the space.
The hotel is located perfectly next to a beach and stone throw from the high street and another very large beach.
I look forward to booking my fourth visit!

This is our second visit over Christmas and this time the animation team was brilliant. Especially Fran. He worked very hard to keep all guests happy and was a joy to be around. All kids loved him. The hotel is always clean, rooms kept nice and staff all helpful. Would recommend

We arrived for our Christmas break the hotel was spotless and sanitisers everywhere.
The Restaurant was full most evenings and the service was good as was the selection of food available.
The lobby bar was busy also however the service in here was not so good you did have to ask a few times to be served for a drink. The pool bar service was amazing the staff there were so friendly and accommodating.
Christmas Day was good, we received a card and a gift left of our bed by the maid, our room was always kept clean and we had fresh sheets & towels when needed.
The hotel animation was good but more music round the pool would be good in the afternoon.
