Was ok, came back nice and relaxed, wouldn't rush to go back though. Hotel is starting to show it's age. Could do with some monies being reinvested in furniture and decorations. Staff friendly enough, just not enough of them. Queues for bar (pool bar in day & main bar for evening entertainment) were simply too long. Hotel needs to hire more staff. Overall was ok, could have been so much better. One other gripe there was no hand soap in the hotel room - shower soap yes, but nothing for hands?! This alone just seems off and not of 4 star service.

We ve had too many issues for a 4* hotel !! ANTS in the bed for all stay , old room with old BROKEN shower , no cleaning of terrace and corridor . I'm really disappointed by the issues faced and every day I'm more DISAPPOINTED by the approach of this hotel towards the claiming clients. They should believe in what the clients say and try in all ways to regain their trust . but no way . we paid a lot for staying there but it s no worth the money

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Clean and tidy. No mess lying around anywhere. The little bungalows are beautiful and perfect for privacy. We spent a lot of time just sunbathing outside our own private property. We did half board and pleased that we did not upgrade to all inclusive as the food was awful. It was just same old every day with a theme where they swapped things in and out. It all looked like mush with runny fatty residue. It was like a cattle market. Hence we only ate there one night. We took taxi each evening into.main town for 3-4 euros and tried the different restaurants there.

Just returned from a week at the Elba Suite. The apartment was good plenty space and a great shower. The outside furniture cushions are well past it. Discoloured and burst. Our cleaner never cleaned the shower only made the beds. It was as quick as she could get out. The sheets on 1 bed had been stained and also had cigarette burns. 1 bulb missing on the path way. Not pint glasses . We wanted a snack at lunch time. Were told only the buffet at the pool bar which was €15.00 per person. There was chocolate ice cream dropped on the pathway at the pool bar it stayed that way all week. In the restaurant there was a lack of cutlery. Also dirty tables crockery not washed properly . Also paper cups at breakfast. One night we went to La Nonna the specialty restaurant. It was excellent lovely food. Plenty sun beds and lots of nice places round the pools to sunbathe.

This is the second time I have holidayed at the Elba and while I can say there has been some improvements there are a number of issues that they need to address quickly. The room, pool area and lounge facilities where good and comfortable however the Foyer looks tired and a little dated now many of the floor tiles and panelling are cracked or chipped. From my room to the main Foyer I counted ten path lights not working (bulbs out) and this was just one of a number of paths. During the evening as most people did we went for our evening meat in the main restaurant the choice was what you expected from a buffet however the choice of meals was good and changed every night the issue I had was with the service which was very slow and disorganised, many times I had to call over the waiter to order my drinks (table service), had difficulty in obtaining a table as they was not cleared very quickly however in their defence it was obvious that there was not enough staff on duty at any one time. The other main issue I had was in the lounge bar where again there was a distinct lack of staff on numerous occasions, there was long queues waiting to be served with as many as twenty people in the queue at any one time with only one person serving, one person washing glasses and one person collecting the glasses I understand this needs to be done but the whole process was disorganised and should have been focused on the resident’s needs I also had difficulty understanding why they persisted in serving drinks in the lounge bar at night in plastic glasses, around the pool area I fully understand but in the lounge bar at night? There seemed to be a lack of supervision in both the restaurant and lounge bar which I believed would have helped. While in general this is a pleasant hotel and just about meets its 4x rating unfortunately I have to say I will not be returning there again.

Altough we catch the weather a little bit windy for us the moment we found out Costa and his animaccion tram are still here here makes us pass a little bit better out expertience withe the clouds. We went in town and we bought two cheep sweeters. Today is my birthday and as always animaccion team spend time with us untill late in the morning on their free time witch I appreciate allot. Big big up for Elba, defo we will came back

It is for the thirt time when we wisit Elba Lanzarote Royal Village and I have to admit allot of changes happened here since Costa became head of entertainment. He and the animaccion team put allot of love and efort and passion in what they do and bassicly this make all the difference. I text him before and I was more then happy to find that the hotel treat him very hell!

Check in to far to long , when we booked this hotel we asked for single beds ,check in we asked if there were two single beds and was told yes, on arrival at room there was one double. We returned to reception and asked to be moved to a room with two beds, the man that we spoke to was very rude his attitude was :to bad : that’s what was booked, we never got moved and it was quite clear he was not going to be helpful, we then asked for pillows to be delivered to the room and we would lay them in the middle of the bed ,,,, we asked 3 times before they got delivered,,,,, apart from that , we enjoyed the whole week, food was okay, entertainment in the evening was watchable.this was our second time at this hotel not sure about a third,

Loved our holiday as a whole with a few minor issues and comments Firstly check in was efficient and at all times we seen at least 2 or 3staff on duty so don’t understand why others had issues unless a lot of people arrive at same time Rooms are lovely in blocks of four though pics looked like individual bungalows, bathroom excellent great shower ,beds and pillows are first class one of best sleeps on holiday ever ,TV. with main 4 uk channels .,furniture on patio weathered and a bit grubby but sunloungers excellent . Food was varied Breakfast fairly good selection English sausages a bonus though few issues around cups and glasses not being available but soon sorted Lunch was always excellent hot lots of choice excellent soups salads , fish and meat Dinner could be a struggle not always hot but was most of time , Service at restaurant v good odd missing cutlery or glasses on entry but staff working so hard and we’re always on the ball for drink orders don’t know how others find so difficult Drinks were v good beer cruzcampo no complaints wine more than drinkable cocktails decent especially pina colada’ and mojito slushes , Some decent branded spirits inc Jonny walker whiskey Jim Bean bourbon , Ameretto plus others and no queues at bar at any time and if got busy more would appear when needed One final mention for all the staff no complaints whatsoever helpful and hard working Location is a little far out from main drag especially at night down a dark isolated pathway (4euro taxi a better idea ) but not to far from flamingo beach 10/15 minutes walk a lovely little beach with a few bars and restaurants Would I return ? Maybe the location being the main concern

Love this place!
We've just experienced the cheese and wine tasting, which was really cool. Love it!
However the adult pool was closed and the steam room in the spa was not working. The bar staff near the pool are miserable and not very happy in their work. I think they need to find another job 🤔 we don't pay all this money (£1300 ea) to be served with miserable faces. The staff, everywhere else, cannot do enough for us. Fantastic service. Thank you 😊 xx
