Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort

I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves recognition for an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spacious with all the amenities you could need. I celebrated my birthday here, and they went above and beyond to make it memorable. The food options were excellent, especially the Japanese specialty restaurant. The hotel is right by the beach and just a short walk from the harbour. Like many others, I’ll definitely be returning. In fact, I’ve already rebooked for next year.

Very nice hotel with beautiful apartments. Everything is very clean, the breakfast is good and very extensive. Many swimming pools and other facilities available and from the hotel you have access to the boulevard and the beach. Would have been nice if the pools were heated a bit more; a Januari swim was a bit challenging, temperature-wise.

We are currently on day 2 of a weeks holiday.
We have been blown away by this hotel. As regular travellers we have some experience of different hotels and have been to Lanzarote several times.
This is by far our favourite.
Location is perfect… on the beach and flat walk to shops and restaurants.
Staff are absolutely amazing. Spotlessly clean and 5 star facilities.

Very good holiday option for young families. Staff are friendly and the kids club and soft play are great. The building itself is a little dated and the pools (particularly the kids pools) would benefit from heating to a higher temperature. The restaurants and bars are good though room service could be improved (you can’t buy a single glass of wine for example, which I wouldn’t expect from a hotel that describes itself as five stars). We loved the location by the beach and marina.

I can't fault anything, the cleanest hotel I have ever been in and they offer more services then any other hotel they will even wash your clothes and return them at no cost . Room service was great. The restaurant changes each night for a different style buffet but has general things even fussy people can eat. The swimming pools are massive and plenty of chairs no need to get up super early to find one. The staff always say hello and are always smiling they can't do enough for you . You can swap out your towels as many times as you like at the pool hut. I would 100% recommend this hotel .

This place is well run and maintained, great staff, geared up to look after people from all demographics but especially families with small children. Brilliant. We’ll be back for sure. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options and well run. Everyone we spoke with was helpful. And we met plenty of other people who were returning guests, I can see why. Special thanks to the cleaning staff, breakfast staff at both venues and the staff by the family pool and in soft play. Well done to you all, bravo.

Our experience at this hotel was first class from start to finish. From the Bell-Boy to the pool and towel staff we were made to feel very welcome. The room was fantastic with well built furnishings and high class bathroom facilities. We will be booking again but for longer next time.

Amazing hotel especially for families. Our second time in less than a year and it won’t be our last. Amazing staff who can’t do enough for you. Guest relations surprised my partner with a wonderful cake and decorated the room for his birthday anywhere else you would need to request a birthday plate but this hotel goes above and beyond for their guests. Fantastic offering for breakfast with 3 dining room options to choose from. Rooms are fantastic. If travelling with an infant I highly recommend the baby kit you can rent for the week which includes high chair, changing table, food prep machine, stroller, steriliser to name but a few this takes the hassle out of packing for a younger child. The Italian restaurant on site is fantastic offering authentic dishes.

Just returned from this fabulous Hotel. It has a WOW factor as soon as you went through the doors and it doesn't stop there. A rain forest type of look on the second floor. The room we booked - a suite was a little disappointing - mainly because we anticipated a good sea view but didn't get it. Changed rooms and it was a little better. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful. I must say the beds were really comfortable though. Other disappointments were 1) Sunbeds so close together - people put their towels on to reserve - management should police it but didn't. 2) Kids everywhere - our fault really as it was a family hotel (and school holidays) but it was over run with Kids. 3) Pools again filled with kids - even the bottom pool (but not as many) 4) Massive disappointment in buffet restaurant where they allowed people in shorts and flip flops to dinner even though there is a sign to say it is not allowed. 5) Lack of Adult entertainment. Now the good bits 1) Food in the buffet restaurants - just fantastic!! Fresh, great presentation, varied , plentiful and extremely tasteful 2) The decor and layout was really impressive 3) Great location 4) The staff were just brilliant - special mention to Gabriel in Guest Relations and Avra (I think that was her name - began with an A anyway!!!) was so so nice and helpful on reception. 5) So so clean. Would we go here again - yes but not in school holidays!!

Returned from a lovely 2 week break at this Hotel on Sunday. I was there with my wife and 2 children (15 and 12). The kids were living their best lives and made friends quickly with loads of other kids. There was always plenty of things to do. The location is perfect - across the road from a lovely beach, 5 minutes from Playa Blanca and 5 minutes from the Rubicon Marina. Special thanks to Carlos and his team in the restaurants. We were looked after very well and the food was always of excellent quality. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and there was a turn down service every evening while we were out for dinner. Overall, top quality and we are going to book again.
