Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort

It was our 2nd time at Princesa Yaiza. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff were great the food was gorgeous and the room was spacious and comfortable. I would like to especially mention the lifeguard on the D block pool. He was brilliant at his job and made the pool area safe and also very fun during the splash mat time. He was there last year too so he must be very much part of the team. The soccer coaches were excellent too. We would highly recommend them to any parent. They were so good with the kids and had a high standard of skills and activities.

Just returned from our 3rd visit and again we were not disappointed. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with many going out of their way to make our stay excellent. Have to give a special mention to Christian and Anouar in the bar. Every part of the hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was cleaned very day, along with a turn down service in the evening. Some people are saying the hotel is dated but I think that is just the traditional Canarian style which personally I love. We only stayed on B&B basis but selection at breakfast was excellent. There are plenty of lovely local restaurants at the Marina and in Playa Blanca, both of which are about a 10 minute walk either direction. We have 2 teenagers and there was plenty to keep them occupied. There is a games room with pool table and ping pong, and next door to the hotel is Capitan Park (was Kikoland). There is a soccer school in the morning for younger kids, but my older teenagers were able to use the tennis courts and soccer pitches in the afternoon and evening. The rooms in the family suite are very spacious - large double room with an ensuite, a twin room, separate bathroom, along with a sitting room, balcony and small kitchenette. The beds are extremely large and comfortable. It was still relatively quite as primary schools not finished so didn't have any issues with sunbeds - not sure what it is like in the busier season. Location is superb, in front of the beach. There is Superdino Supermarket across the road from the main hotel and right beside the family section. Will definitely be returning for another visit.

What a fantastic stay in the fabulous Princessa Yaiza ! This was our second visit to this hotel. Room - We stayed in the Kiko suite in D block. Great room. Large, comfortable and practical for families. It’s fair to say that there are some worn parts to the room but nothing too bad or hugely annoying. Nothing took away from the holiday but worth noting. Kids Club - A brilliant team of highly energetic and friendly staff. Molly loved kids club and the wide range of activities kept her well entertained. Great work by this team around the hotel too - always engaging the kids. Hotel - You won’t get a better location. The hotel is large, characterful and comfortable. Pools are great. Plenty of sunbeds. Very clean. Don’t listen to reviews about a long tunnel to D block - it’s two seconds. Service - Impressive. Very professional but very friendly as well. Constantly impressed. Overall- a fantastic stay and we will be back!

Could this be the perfect hotel? Certainly the best one I have been to. Our weather was perfect but we could have been happy strolling in the amazing spaces and sitting in the comfiest of perfectly placed chairs of all descriptions. On top of this the staff in all the various parts were so very friendly, helpful and considerate. We'll be back!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves recognition for an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spacious with all the amenities you could need. I celebrated my birthday here, and they went above and beyond to make it memorable. The food options were excellent, especially the Japanese specialty restaurant. The hotel is right by the beach and just a short walk from the harbour. Like many others, I’ll definitely be returning. In fact, I’ve already rebooked for next year.

We are here now , our third visit but have not been for a few years. This wonderful Hotel is even better than we remembered. The room is so spacious, clean and has everything you could possibly need. The breakfast which can be taken in several of their restaurants ( we have tried them all) is just perfect! Whatever you fancy for breakfast, you can have ! Quality ingredients and no queuing, freshly squeezed orange juice is sooo good too! The Hotel is stunning as are the outdoor areas, pools are beautiful and no problem getting a bed whatever time you choose. for families there is so much for the children to do ! We love the piano bar in the evening for a couple of cocktails, the waiters are charming and make your evening very special. All the staff here are kind, friendly and professional from check in to the housekeepers, they always greet you with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. We had a lovely surprise in our room for my Husbands birthday, the table was decorated and a chocolate birthday cake in the fridge. I didn’t request this, they just did it which is wonderful, thank you!! We will definitely be back and cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you !!!

Princesa Yaiza is a wonderful hotel with all the amenities you’d expect for 5*. We are a couple with a 2 year old toddler and 5 month old. The best thing though is the kids club - the animation team and facilities are fantastic. Daily activities, soft play, mini disco, childcare for free from age 3 and paid if under that. Wonderful team who make the stay very special. Specific thanks to Santos, Alessio, Carla, Stella, Pablo, Antonio…. Raffa had the BEST time thanks to you all!! There was lots of entertainment for adults too. It was super fun! The hotel is a great location, close to a beautiful promenade, sandy beach and restaurants/ shops. We had a 1 bedroom and it was very spacious. Perfect for what we needed. The cots and little baby kits were added thoughtful touches. The room had a large fridge and small kitchen area with a coffee machine which we greatly appreciated. Some pools are cool at this time of year but the ones in the sun by the afternoon are fine and kids can happily play in. I did put them in thin-ish wetsuits and that was plenty. You can use inflatables if you choose. The reason we gave it 4 star was because the buffet evening food was not up to 5 star standard the breakfast is served in a lovely outdoor setting but the dinner setting is a bit soulless in a large room with no views or even windows. The food was fine, but we got bored. My husband also got sick after eating some meat. The hotel staff were good about it. I’m confident it wasn’t norovirus as we were totally fine and no one else was really sick. We think it was poor luck. Also the rooms can be noisy when furniture is moved around in rooms nearby, or toddler running around in room above. We didn’t mind as we’re also a family. There were lots of kids about so don’t book if this is a problem for you. Overall we would definitely return, ideal for families or groups of friends. Would only do bed and breakfast though.

Very nice hotel with beautiful apartments. Everything is very clean, the breakfast is good and very extensive. Many swimming pools and other facilities available and from the hotel you have access to the boulevard and the beach. Would have been nice if the pools were heated a bit more; a Januari swim was a bit challenging, temperature-wise.

We are currently on day 2 of a weeks holiday.
We have been blown away by this hotel. As regular travellers we have some experience of different hotels and have been to Lanzarote several times.
This is by far our favourite.
Location is perfect… on the beach and flat walk to shops and restaurants.
Staff are absolutely amazing. Spotlessly clean and 5 star facilities.

Wonderful Hotel, rooms spotless and staff extremely helpful and friendly. Staff in the customer experience area were most helpful also and Cindy in particular went the whole way to ensure our stay was up to scratch . All of the items in the fridge or coffee store were replenished each day as they were used including fresh bottled water.
