Budget stay (can’t grumble). The staff were friendly and helpful, location not far from beach or Palma city. Not much parking outside the hotel, especially at night. The room walls were paper thin, you could hear when next door would shower or go to the toilet, and on one occasion even smell it. Other than that issue it was a reasonably priced stay but probably wouldn’t go again

The hotel is situated very close to the beach. Great night life near. I travelled alone (26 years old) and had a blast. Good rooms, the rooftop bar is relaxing and food is good. Recommend this place if you are travelling alone.

Budget designer hotel. Good place to lay your head at the end of the night but it’s catered to a certain crowd. We knew coming in that it’s for a rock/music centric demographic and that was good with us. But the some of the other guests in our stay was a bit eccentric. Yes everyone was pretty much German and the part of s’arenal that seems to outnumber the rest including locals.
We had a night where we had to step over a passed out lady in the hall to reach our room. But I can’t fault the hotel on that.
What I am not very happy with is that on check in, the gentleman man at the front wasn’t able to process my card (even though it worked all through the day) and I ended up cashing out the cost of the room with the ATM in the front so I was hit with a 13% exchange + my banks rate for the cash forward and I got 1 sorry, I’m not sure if the staff could have done anymore but it was pretty underwhelming service and I was left feeling under appreciated but oh well.
Room was small but cleaned, I didn’t like the 2 single beds pushed to 1 deal but it’s was okay, the balcony was very NOT private and the walls separating the other rooms were waist level so we can have odd encounters with other patrons (we had people smoking on either side of us when we stayed)
Rooms are fairly loud also hearing other guests and had 1 person moving their bed(?) or something for an hour at least I hope that was what’s happening.
In the end I would probably recommend this for a budget option but nothing else, I didn’t have the food offerings as we spent our time out eating and exploring so I can’t comment on that.

Had an amazing stay at Indico Rock! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
Rooms:
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed.
Location:
The location is perfect, close to key attractions and more importantly the beach, but we still got aquiet for a restful night.
Food:
Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. For us dinner was optional but still much cheaper then nearby restaurants
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

Nice hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming. In walking distance of the beach and restaurant and a few steps away from a lidl. Surrounding areas to the hotel are a bit dirty and run down.
The room was nice, decent size balcony, however aircon was rubbish, even after leaving it switched on all day it barely made a difference. had a group of German young men in the room next to me who were very loud at all hours, meaning I couldn’t sleep I did ring reception one night who dealt with them.
Two pools, however not enough sun loungers for all the guests I thought. Rooftop bar is nice and the waiters are lovely.
Overall I’d recommend if you can get a cheap deal and can cope in 30 degrees heat with rubbish aircon

Worst Mallorca hotel I have been to. We encountered a lot of problems in the first night and had to pay a big fee. They confused all our names, that's why we were assigned 3 rooms less than we booked during the first night. They blamed us, even though we handed out all our passports during check in. Food was ok but nothing more. Some receptionists were unbelievable rude.....

I spent 4 nights here. The hotel is pretty new. Nice swimming pool area Bike storage and really small Fitness. The diner is just OK It's a Buffet and its good as like July It costs €15. The rooms walls are kind a thin You can easily hear your neighbor's conversation (music, sex, and bed) Oh, yeah beds are with rolls and they make a sound It makes me feel like i am on a camping or so. Noise from the road as my room was on the road side. If the price sweets u i can definitely recommend but if not then better looking for something close to the Beach. However my stay was pleasant.

Stayed here for a couple of nights, room was spacious and the views from my balcony and the roof top bar are great. The women at reception were really helpful, all the staff were friendly. Would happily stay here again!

Everything was very good and the treatment that my partner and I received was great, when we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by Christine a nice and pleasant girl who kindly indicated to us when the meal times and everything else were, that helped me a lot since I was quite lost. The staff in general was super attentive. The spectacular location.

Rooms were generally good, but bed was a little comical, 2 squeaky beds pushed together. Also toilet had a wonky flush. Also air con cooled the space by the exit door wonderfully..... rest of the room not so much. However lovely comfy layout and providing a fridge to keep water and fruit juice (no alcohol allowed!) Was a nice touch. Breakfast was superb, great spread (awful machine coffee though). Staff superb and incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite niggles we had a great time and would stay again.
