Partying all night in room next door shouting all night doors banging and really unreasonable behaviour . I am all for people having good time but unfair behaviour after being kept up all night . Be prepared squeaky beds and paper thin walls and management don't even respond when you want to raise complaint

Pretty poor really, room was filthy which we mentioned to reception on arrival. They did nothing about it. Was a tube of some cream in the shower open from last guests, along with used ear buds and hair everywhere. Despite showing photos it improved slightly but not to any standard that reaches the 4star evaluation. Floors not clean, room needed a really good scrub. We chose badly to be fair we arrived in party town full of huge groups of football teams. We should have done more research to see what the area was like. Twice woke up to people passed out around the lobby from the night before. The two nights we slept there woken by people banging doors around 4-5am coming home without keys. We checked into a different hotel for 2 of our three nights as it was so bad we needed a break. The hotel has a nice pool on the roof, although for us it was loud and dominated by large groups on lads holidays. Evening pool was lovely in the last hours of the day when it got quiet. Breakfast fairly basic but very clean area and well presented. Excellent location for bus links, literally will drop you right outside hotel. As with many other reviews the reception staff very are underwhelming at best. On leaving we were not even asked the question how was your stay? I suspect they don’t ask the question as it will lead to some difficult answers.

Disappointed! Don't believe the hotel reviews, they write not right things. Service on the hotel is very bad , staff not friendly , on the reception doesn't give all information about hotel , nothing to say. Room is very small and cleaning in the room not very pleasant! Breakfast is the same like usually all the hotels , you are 4 star hotel and you have same breakfast like in 3 star hotels , do something better! I can't understand how they take 4 star hotel , maximum is 3 star hotel. The people in the hotel are mostly young people and they are very noisy, you can constantly hear sounds from the street, the glass does not protect you from the noise!
