Located in Puerto de La Cruz, 90 km from Tenerife South airport (TFS), on the square of the Plasa de la Iglesia in the old part of the city, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and walking promenade.
Consists of two 4-storey buildings.
The hotel has 150 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 1300 m from the hotel (3 coastline). The complex of artificial lakes, Lago Martianez 700 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds on the beach – fee. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade.
On the hotel territory: 2 restaurants (1 a'la carte), 1 bar, 1 meeting room (100 persons), 2 outdoor pools (on the rooftop), physician services, Laundry, elevators, email service, Parking (city, 300 m from the hotel - free of charge or private, 200 m from the hotel - extra charge)

Good mix of old and new building. Pool on roof excellent. We have loved our 3 weeks. Some of residents food restaurant cool. But just stick it in microwave, that is there if you don't like it like that.
The rooftop view should also not be missed!
With the view and location, however, comes its drawbacks. The street noise is pretty loud until 1 or 2am, so you should definitely bring ear plugs for sleep.
The rooms do not have AC ..or fans (!?), and it can get pretty hot at night.
Breakfast was palatable, but I opted to eat out after the first day.
The service, however, was great! Yuleni is probably the most friendly and helpful receptionist I've ever met.
Overall, for this price and location, I would definitely come back.
Food is below average, it's fine if you just want to eat, but don't expect something great.
Staff is very nice though
Lovely location in the square with shops all around we were at the back of the hotel which was quieter.
There was plenty to eat but no veg which would have been nice , I had asked for a birthday cake for my wife's
Birthday but after our meal I asked the waitress for it , it was obvious they had forgotten because they bought me a frozen one to our table still wrapped up which spoilt the occasion and then to make things
Worse charged me 20 euro's for it.
