Second time at the hotel and had a lovely time again. The staff are what makes the hotel... All are so friendly and helpful. The hotel has instigated a sun bed booking policy which we found to work really well.. There was always a staff member at the pool to help with bookings if needed assistance and we never had any trouble finding a bed - Carmella gets a special mention!!! The food was good and varied and the alcohol and soft drinks free flowing. Would recommend to others who want a peaceful, stress free holiday

Great stay. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We have really enjoyed it. Everyone is very helpful. Santiago, Carmela and Oscar were fantastic at the pool area and managing the sunbed reservations. Their customer service was excellent. I can’t thank them enough for their help.
Hotel is lovely and clean. The room was cleaned to a very good standard and you got sent a notification whenever it was done. The breakfast buffet has any type of food you could want. We only one issue throughout our stay where something was charged to us by mistake. Within 30 mins of reporting this it was all resolved and we were given a free lunch as compensation. We couldn’t have asked for any more. Overall, we had a great holiday.

Stunning hotel. Fantastic location, very central. Loved that you could book your sunbeds a couple of days in advance, so there were no sunbed wars at 7am, and you could choose where you wanted your sunbeds. Although you do have to book quickly as soon as the booking system opens each day to make sure you get the sunbeds in the area that you want. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. My only criticism, and it's only a very small one, is that none of the ice machines were working throughout the hotel. But you could get ice from the hotel bar. We had an amazing break here, and will definitely return again.

What a fantastic adults only hotel. Strongly suggest booking star prestige rooms due to all extras you get such as rooftop infinity pool with free bar area and food. We stayed half board due to the availability of snacks at lunchtime. Entertainment team were very good and provided exercise classes, craft sessions, and arranged good evening entertainment. Andrew the entertainment leader was the key to it's success. Plus special mention to Jesus in Star Prestige separate dining area who always was amazingly attentive.

Excellent hotel, arrived late evening, reception staff couldn’t be any more helpful. The hotel is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, well done the hospitality staff. My room was lovely, lots of personal touches, robe & slippers, coffee machine, free mini bar, snacks, even an iron that you didn’t have to pay for. Spotlessly clean and well turned out daily. I’ve had the best nights sleep, mattress and pillows are lovely!
Dinning room, the food is excellent, lots of choice for all, well presented, the staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you. Overall the dinning room experience was calm and a pleasant atmosphere, well managed, well done to the chef's and their team for all their hard work.
Pool area is well managed and maintained, the cleanliness is to a high standard, the staff work hard to keep it pristine. The life guards do a fantastic job, very friendly and helpful, no job too small. Sun-bed reservations are the way forward, this is a brilliant idea, the lovely Carmella was on hand to assist you and couldn’t do enough to make sure you were happy.
Entertainment team, what a bunch of energetic, friendly characters they are, you will be entertained, you will laugh and have fun!
Overall, 5 stars given to this hotel from me, the staff are here to make sure you have a lovely holiday and you will be met with a friendly smile.

Great location! Amazing breakfast & pools onsite. Choose adults only and enjoyed how they cater with arts and fab entertainment for guests.
Lovely ambience and eco friendly values! Second time we visited and will be back.

Great way to avoid the worst of the British winter
Great place to spend a few days. Fantastic staff and well thought out privilege class of hospitality. Great breakfasts and a fun pool with free ice creams handed out if you’re lucky. Costa Adeje doesn’t have a lot to recommend it but this hotel is a standout
