Wonderful hotel right on the beachfront in La Caleta, a peaceful and charming area of Costa Adeje. The location is excellent, just steps away from a beautiful black-sand beach, and the hotel also features a spacious and relaxing pool area. A short walk takes you to a lovely small bay filled with great restaurants, where you can enjoy delicious food accompanied by stunning sea views. The staff truly make this hotel special. Everyone—from the housekeeping team to the waiters and reception staff—is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to Ms. Sabine Pascale at the reception desk for her outstanding service and genuine care for guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and generously sized, with some offering large terraces. While the décor may feel a bit classic, everything is functional, and the overall comfort ensures a pleasant stay. Overall, a fantastic hotel with an excellent location, warm hospitality, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for a peaceful seaside getaway.

Another great experience. Firstly a fantastic greeting by the reception. Very efficient and quick. The staff in general are and have always been helpful and friendly. We book an exclusive room if possible. Which are in the best location, modern and well appointed. The food has improved since our last visit. The new staff are great especially Vanessa. The hotel is spotless. The pool area has lots of beds which are spaced out. The Canarian night is a must. Authentic food and excellent music. This year's in our opinion was the best to date. Looking forward to our next visit.

Hotel was as to be expected for a 3* you get what you pay for. Staff, food and rooms ok albeit dated but functional. No air con in the room was a struggle on warm nights. Breakfast could be better but evening meals were fine with something for everyone. Rooftop adults area was lovely and peaceful to watch the sun go down nice ibiza type chill out music playing all day. Excellent location with lovely views and close to amenities and walks along the sea front. Fine for what it was needed for, a clean room to sleep in nothing more.

I went in this hotel last week to enjoy the amazing environment and weather in Tenerife. Very nice place, friendly staff and very good food. Me and my husband very enjoyed our visit here. Nice view of the sea from the balcony of our room, that was big and furnished with all the comfort. We book half pension and the food was good. We really appreciate spend time in the pool area where one evening we participated to a dinner event when we ate very good dishes tipical of the different Canary Islands and we try also wine made in Tenerife itself. In the bar the staff welcomed us very well and we had a very good time. Another evening we participated to a party on the terrace where we enjoyed good drinks and breathtaking sunset view.

Can honestly say we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. from check-in to check out all the staff were great, room maids, bar staff, reception and restaurant. There was always a great selection of food at breakfast and dinner, big well done to the restaurant staff. Big thank you to the reception staff Julie and Sabine who provided us with a great room with brilliant views of the ocean. We loved the quiet location with lovely views of the sea and the 467 bus gave us quick access to Costa Adeje and beyond. Thanks to all staff for providing us with a lovely relaxing holiday.

La Caleta is beautiful and Hovima Jardin Caleta is a thoroughly lovely location to be based. The beach is right across the street (and down some steps) and is a lovely place to enjoy the sunset, with a cocktail bar and a live band. As for the hotel itself: Facilities are tired. Sitting in the adults only section (the unused rooftop bar, which appears to be opened only on Friday nights), no staff arrived to open the bar for the afternoon, as described in the hotel app so if you would like a refreshment, you need to go down four floors. No staff at all are circulating checking on the customer experience. The jacuzzi is waist deep and tepid, with the water line below the jets so they are unusable. Wait Staff at dinner are incredibly busy dealing with a volume of guests - clearly understaffed and unable to take drink orders. The hotel bar is completely unutilised, as the only real lounge in the hotel. It is dark and unwelcoming and not somewhere enjoyable to spend time. This could be a real asset during the day but it is currently abandoned, unwelcoming and unmanned. Regretted going half board as the food is fine if you have picky eaters (plain pasta and tomato sauce, chips etc) but not if you are expecting quality food. Skipped the hotel breakfast a couple of mornings to get a decent coffee and some (not tinned) fruit for my yoghurt. The rooms are spacious, superior room had two balconies which were used extensively, but showing their age, and the housekeeping staff do a great job in maintaining cleanliness. All together, if you have kids, especially those who are picky eaters, the hotel is adequate. It’s also lovely if you are there to enjoy peace and quiet of beautiful La Caleta on a self catering basis and sample the local restaurants. For everything else, I would choose another hotel.

It's definitely a three star ... most of the staff are brilliant with the exception of a few.. really good swimming pool. Really good location for your walkers.. not too far from anything by taxi - the kids club and activities just didn't happen. I'm not sure if that's the normal but there was nothing.. the entertainers didn't seem interested in engaging with the holiday makers. Sports bar is great with two pool tables. They do need some maintenance, but they are fully usable.. I wouldn't return.

You get what you pay for. It's a three star hotel in Tenerife. 80% of the staff were fantastic, guest relations manager was absolutely brilliant! If you love a walk, the location is fantastic You can walk for miles up to Los Cristianos. Playa is a €20 taxi. There are activities available for you to do but they don't come around and ask , kids club was non-existent.. you can play shuffleboard and ping-pong as much as you like you just need to ask for the bits. Food was good. Pool's were great, although my son did cut his hand on glass or from where tiles had come off in the baby pool we did mention it and the pool got shut off that day. Spar shop is a couple of minutes walk that's better value than the supermarket next. Remember to bring your towels.

Me the wife and 2 kids stayed for 10 nights Could not really fault it clean tidy with lovely helpful staff 3* and spirits on the all inclusive was real stuff the wife is fussy about her Malibu The food was really good not a huge selection but pride was made in the cooking of what was available something for everyone 2 meat options 2 fish options rice, pasta and potatoe options as well as a decent salad bar The all inclusive snack bar offered toasties chips pizza nuggets hotdogs and burgers from 10:30 every day Only down point I can say is no music around the pool during the day and not much pool activities apart from your daily water polo Night time entertainment was ok something different each night Short 10 euro taxi to most places if you want busy but quiet by the hotel Most excursions we found better getting a taxi too as it was between 10 and 15 euro rather than doing hotel drop offs in a coach Must trips Sian park (Nights) no queues and not stood in the heat Camel park, cheap and fun for kids riding camels HHT drag show night ( brilliant) all inclusive through jet2 rep gets drinks nice 3 course meal and really family friendly show and so funny Would 100% go back it was a brilliant holiday and a brilliant hotel

This was our second stay at this hotel during the summer holiday period from August 29th to 8th, a family of 2. The hotel is a solid 3-star hotel for us, as per Spanish standards. The room is suitable for families. We had a room with a wonderful ocean view and air conditioning, which is essential during this time of year. The room was clean and cleaned daily. The food was excellent. Breakfast was typical of any other, but everyone could find something to eat. Dinner was varied, different every day, and the meals were good. The staff was always helpful and smiling. I especially wanted to thank Mrs. Pepa from the restaurant, thanks to whom our little "Pavarotti" started eating well and was well-behaved. There are three pools, so everyone could find something to enjoy. The sunbeds were taken from 6 a.m., but there was always a chance to find one. The hotel is in a good location, an excellent base for exploring Tenerife. We will gladly return sometime. One small downside during our vacation: we only had two properly made Barraquitos from the pool bar. The staff should be given some training. Because the Barraquito is made with 43 liqueur, not banana liqueur.
