Reviews
Incidentally if you read the negative reviews you might note how very similar they are..... and by the way we saw one tiny spider, no roaches lol. Most complaints utter nonsense! Check the reviews on booking sites.... all fair and good!
When we went to the room the smell from the bathroom was horrible and limescale in the bath only enough towels for 1 person and there was 2 of us in a room are beds only got changed once and never got clean towels or anything they just folded them up and hang them back up , they also put damp bedding on .
The breakfast is horrible it’s always cold and they water down the beans …
The staff are very rude apart from one lady she is very polite and friendly , the food for lunch considering you don’t get a nice selection me and my friends had a bill chucked at us with 45€ witch was ridiculous, as for drinks don’t expect them to bring the right one out if they do at all.
We will never come here ever again ever never been in such a rude environment oh and also they will give you a yellow card if you are to drink as it happened to another guy who was also here… you can never just relax as they watch you constantly there was loose sockets hanging off the wall lights broken anyway that’s all just know not to come here !!
Rooms basic but OK, no minibar fridge in our room. Bathroom fittings bit old and rattly. Shower over the bath basic but worked fine.
Staff very busy and polite.
Food buffet style, some days better than others with the dishes but always a good selection- good desserts.
Tenerife very hilly so take trainers to walk around in or do hill training before 😁
Food & Drinks - the food was quite bad to be honest all inclusive is not worth it there's little to no options and if your a fan of seafood you might like it as there's lots of sea food options, on the last day I vomited salami from breakfast, not sure if it was me or just because it was too hot in the restourant, the breakfast was the best part there was lots to choose from and it tasted nice but food overall was OK and edible but you can live with it. The drinks were weird because there was no all in clusive menu for drinks so you kind of tell them what to make but drinks were nice and you can have malibu, and Sam Miguel beer which was a good touch for all inclusive overall alright.
Rooftop pool & bar - this was a highlight of the hotel as the view is amazing of the mountains so that's really nice, the pool water is a great temperature and the pool is good size. However poll bar snacks are bad only a sandwich you have to pay for fries.
Overall I recommend to book breakfast only and then you will be happy as there's lots of street food around the town.
Overall 2.8/5 stars from me
The room : it's a good size and is very clean. It is cleaned daily and you get a balcony with chair and table. It also has ac which i found was quite effective on the hot days. The shower was decent the only issue I found was the water took ages to drain. All in all I was happy with the room
Staff: All staff I interacted with were very friendly and I felt welcome at all times. If the rating was based on the staff I'd have given five stars
Food: This was the biggest negative for myself. Most of the food I encountered (and I'm not a fussy eater) was just not nice - either Luke warm or flavour and consistency seemed undesirable. However I did always find something on each meal time that I found okay. I just never found myself looking forward to meal times.
Drink: The drinks were decent and there was a wide variety. They were pretty much to my expectations for what I was paying for on the all inclusive.
Location: plenty to see and to do. A few really nice night clubs. Definitely the quieter side of the island compared to the south. I did like the area myself though.
Overall I enjoyed my holiday and the people I met. I would possibly stay in the hotel again but not all inclusive as I didn't enjoy the food.
P.s i saw alot of concerning comments about cockroachs before I came. In my entire stay I did see 1 on the rooftop bar. But none anywhere else.
The only good thing about this hotel is it is close to a supermarket and a pharmacy, we visited both many times during our stay. There are some really nice places nearby like the beaches, town square and zoo. But those are the only three I can list as I had to remain within 50m of a toilet at all times for 3 out of 4 days of our trip.
