Very helpful staff with the patience of saints, having to deal with some of the most complaining people I've ever met. And having listened with morbid interest to some of their complaints I am surprised some of these tourists manage to dress and feed themselves, never mind make it through an airport. Lovely staff with good range of languages. Clean tidy nice rooms. Beds excellent but a bit short for taller guests. Breakfast varied good spread. Bar excellent with la liga screened. Nice small and fresh pool. Nice little gym and roof area with bar. Location is good with plenty of amenities close by. Only reason for 4 and not 5 star is the rather one dimensional evening spread of food. Probably fine for most guests but my restricted diet choices made it a non runner. However for most probably ok. Overall a nice hotel experience.

Incidentally if you read the negative reviews you might note how very similar they are..... and by the way we saw one tiny spider, no roaches lol. Most complaints utter nonsense! Check the reviews on booking sites.... all fair and good!

Nearest beach shut off due to contamination such a shame.
Rooms basic but OK, no minibar fridge in our room. Bathroom fittings bit old and rattly. Shower over the bath basic but worked fine.
Staff very busy and polite.
Food buffet style, some days better than others with the dishes but always a good selection- good desserts.
Tenerife very hilly so take trainers to walk around in or do hill training before 😁

Stayed here for 7 nights. This is my honest opinion and it is not to help or hinder the hotel.

The room : it's a good size and is very clean. It is cleaned daily and you get a balcony with chair and table. It also has ac which i found was quite effective on the hot days. The shower was decent the only issue I found was the water took ages to drain. All in all I was happy with the room

Staff: All staff I interacted with were very friendly and I felt welcome at all times. If the rating was based on the staff I'd have given five stars

Food: This was the biggest negative for myself. Most of the food I encountered (and I'm not a fussy eater) was just not nice - either Luke warm or flavour and consistency seemed undesirable. However I did always find something on each meal time that I found okay. I just never found myself looking forward to meal times.

Drink: The drinks were decent and there was a wide variety. They were pretty much to my expectations for what I was paying for on the all inclusive.

Location: plenty to see and to do. A few really nice night clubs. Definitely the quieter side of the island compared to the south. I did like the area myself though.

Overall I enjoyed my holiday and the people I met. I would possibly stay in the hotel again but not all inclusive as I didn't enjoy the food.

P.s i saw alot of concerning comments about cockroachs before I came. In my entire stay I did see 1 on the rooftop bar. But none anywhere else.

Worst hotel ever. AVOID THIS HOTEL. staff apart from two members were rude and it felt like was to much effort for them. Even though it states they can speak English Spanish German and Italian hardly anyone spoke English. I have a video of crockroaches in the sink and running across the bar. Food was uncooked and not ediable. Same stuff every day. It stated that there was entertainment and air con this was untrue as I didn't have either for the whole 10 days. Sorry but the rooms look like a run down nursing home. The pool was freezing and had green stuff coming out of it. We got sent to our rooms like kids because my partner defended me cuz someone from another hotel grabbed me and was swearing and being aggressive towards me . Yet we got the blame. If it wasn't for the people I met wen went out there i would of booked an early flight home. The amount of money I spent for this hotel well it was a total waste . This hotel is not a 4 star
