Very nice hotel for a short stay

Only here for one night as Jet2 needed to put us into a hotel overnight. Lovely place though, friendly staff and great room. Breakfast was nice too with a good selection

Staff very polite and friendly. Room and bathroom were clean. The bed sheets could have been more fitting to the size of double bed, but nevertheless the bed was comfortable.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, and lovely accomodations. The breakfast was great as well. My complaints are that the wifi was very poor, and cut in and out, and the design of the shower caused water to pool at the base of the bathroom door and there was some staining. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Compared to the price I paid, it is a great deal. Personel is kind and willing to assist in any situation.

A comfortable hotel with easy street parking We stayed one night as part of a trip, and it worked out well for us because it's on the outskirts of the city, with easy parking. We were very well looked after at reception, and the room was fine. One drawback was that it had a bathtub, and it was very high, making it impossible for someone with mobility issues.

Pretty average hotel, is clean but decor is a bit dated. Just like most hotels in spain it has a parking garage (this one is free) but they are all very tight to manovre. Hotel Quality Reus Offers basic hotel facilities so good if you want to go and party in Reus but I would not recommend if you want to spend time in a room.

Very central and quiet hotel. The staff is very attentive and kind. The facilities are somewhat old, especially the bathrooms. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable. The air conditioning works very well. Value for money is ok. You also have a 5% discount on breakfast. A perfect hotel for one or two nights.

Reus It was very good value for the money paid. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were on the eight floor. At night we could hear people talking in the room next to us but to be honest we thought it might an insulation issue or maybe it was just our room. Overall a great experience and was just what I needed for my Salou holiday. Just enjoyed another family holiday at Hotel Gold River, we love everything about this hotel and how handy it is for the Park. It can be pretty busy in the restaurant at times, but it's never been a problem, the restaurant staff are fantastic, as is the food. Family rooms are very good and spacious with your own kitchenette which is very useful with young children. Pools are nice. Proximity to port Aventura is great. Food in the buffet was nice but not out of this world. Pool towels are not included in this hotel so bring your own or you'll have to fork out 25-30€ per towel at the shop.

An amazing adventure park compared to American amusement parks. This one was large, clean and well maintained! Rides were fun but I do recommend buying the PortAventura Express pass to skip the lines!

Place is great but I had to give only 4 stars because all the good rides are closed due to a wind concern. There are a few super high rides that make sense to be closed, but there were a few that could have been opened. Coming all the way from Serbia, you can imagine my disappointment.

We went on Halloween and had an amazing time! I would recommend getting fast pass if your going during peak time as the queues for the main attractions had at least an hour wait time but other than that the atmosphere, food and rides were amazing!

We had a great time definitely don't recommend October as the second day the rain was a monsoon and the roads were like a river. But all in all my children had a great time with lots to do for everyone. I recommend downloading the app as it gives directions to each ride or you get lost. Halloween added a fun aspect which my children enjoyed.

Had a wonderful stay here! We had a few issues with our first room, but the staff quickly upgraded us to an amazing room, which we truly appreciated. The reception service was outstanding. The location is literally one minute from the park—so convenient, especially with little kids.

Good hotel, you have to walk labyrinth to find your room. There are a few pools, but no swimming coats in the room. Very strange feeding system with time slots, even for breakfast, so if you missed being in time, you have to wait till the next time slot starts in half an hour or so.

This place is just so amazing. We were a group of 650 people and everything was just so well coordinated. Meals were well prepared and on time. Busses and transport was well organized. Took a walk to Ferrari Land and the play area which was so beautiful. Rooms were pretty basic with no room service. They do not keep body cream, even after requesting. Check-in took far too long. They only have 1 person with 1 computer at the front desk. Not acceptable for a 4* hotel. I tried calling them for 10min before arriving, no one would pick up the phone. Too many rules in pool area cant go out until 10am (unless your spainish it seems was told cannot move beds eventhough we were getting burnt cannot have coffee or any drink from their bar at pool was asked for it band 5 out of 7 days yet a lot of other people were not asked .the hotel is catering for French and spainish clients not Irish or English meal times much too late signs not all in English...

We only stayed for q night but on that basis we thought the hotel reception were efficient and our room was clean and modern. The location is beach front so no distance to walk to the beach. The pool looked inviting. A short bus or taxi ride to Salou central or in the other direction, Cambrils.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Rooms cleaned everyday, new towels everyday, however, the very first day the room was not as clean as i expected. Reme who works at the hotel was an amazing yoga instructor! She was encouraging, friendly and really knew how to teach advanced stretches. This service was included with our stay too! It was close to the Expo i attended during my business trip, The breakfast for me as a bacon lover was amazing. But for someone living in Greece only the coffee was not to my liking it wasn't strong enough. Anyways had enjoyed my stay and would return again

Nice location just across from the beach front - rooms pretty much basic no tea and coffee machine in room - clean and basic but at the price is okay - Breakfast is a buffet - got cold and hot food etc the usual not as good as some but okay - I had evening meal which you select of a menu -can be hit and miss . I didn't stay here but I had a drink whilst my friend had a massage in the hotel. Staff were very accommodating and lovely, clean, comfortable surroundings.
