A lovely hotel. Nothing fancy, but very clean, polite and friendly staff, and just up the road from the town centre. Reus is a lovely, clean town. Not very touristy. There is a nice park across the road if you like a workout of fresh air. Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was spotless.

Only here for one night as Jet2 needed to put us into a hotel overnight. Lovely place though, friendly staff and great room. Breakfast was nice too with a good selection

Staff very polite and friendly. Room and bathroom were clean. The bed sheets could have been more fitting to the size of double bed, but nevertheless the bed was comfortable.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, and lovely accomodations. The breakfast was great as well. My complaints are that the wifi was very poor, and cut in and out, and the design of the shower caused water to pool at the base of the bathroom door and there was some staining. Reus It was very good value for the money paid. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were on the eight floor. At night we could hear people talking in the room next to us but to be honest we thought it might an insulation issue or maybe it was just our room. A comfortable hotel with easy street parking We stayed one night as part of a trip, and it worked out well for us because it's on the outskirts of the city, with easy parking. We were very well looked after at reception, and the room was fine. One drawback was that it had a bathtub, and it was very high, making it impossible for someone with mobility issues.

Pretty average hotel, is clean but decor is a bit dated. Just like most hotels in spain it has a parking garage (this one is free) but they are all very tight to manovre. Hotel Quality Reus Offers basic hotel facilities so good if you want to go and party in Reus but I would not recommend if you want to spend time in a room.

Just enjoyed another family holiday at Hotel Gold River, we love everything about this hotel and how handy it is for the Park. An amazing adventure park compared to American amusement parks. This one was large, clean and well maintained! Rides were fun but I do recommend buying the PortAventura Express pass to skip the lines!

The staff was very friendly and check-in was quick. The room was a bit small, but it was fully equipped. There were paid spa services and a swimming pool. The breakfast was very, very generous. The surrounding area is very nice, with many restaurants. There's even a Chinese restaurant nearby. But the worst part was that the room had a strong, toilet-like odor. It was really unpleasant.

Very nice hotel, good location close to the city, even if it's on a somewhat remote street. Very small and simple room, curtains that don't block out light at all, very small bed, no soundproofing (you can even hear the elevator beeping, so imagine that...). Regarding the facilities, I have to say that the showers in the rooms are terrible, even though everything is very new. The showers are ridiculous and the hot water doesn't work very well. The hotel is generally fine, although the facilities are noticeably dated. The service and cleanliness are very good. The soundproofing in the rooms is somewhat weak, and you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway. The breakfast is very varied. It also has a heated pool with a jacuzzi included in the price.

Had a lovely family holiday here. The rooms are a little tired our wardrobe only had one door and I do think they should provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Hotel nice and good location, food could have been better, especially in the evening for kids and adults. The animation team were good, but the mini disco starts at 9.30 a bit late. I felt for young ones, and the indoor pool was not for under 5s. So, it's not useful when the weather is bad.

Family friendly hotel in an ideal location. The attractions for the kids really makes this place including the entertainment staff. Although when busier with older kids the little ones sort of missed out and on occasion there could be little interaction with the children. Pepito and the younger animation team chap were the best ones. Rooms definitely need an update, they are small but sort of suit...

All the animation team are superb! We don't have small kids but still involve the adults. Nau , Adrianna and Pepito were outstanding although they all work very very hard! Food is good although very spaced out which is why I think some people don't find something but there is really something for everyone and always a champagne breakfast. Didn't see any sunbed wars but we came end of August into September...

This hotel caters mainly for young families with young children, This is not really a mature couples hotel due to the noise from the parents and children.

Fantastic hotel! Staff all friendly and helpful. Such a relaxed atmosphere and everything in Salou is reasonably priced. Weather was 27° mid October. Had 10 lovely sunny days. Beach is great in Salou. I am fussy where I stay and I would come back to Salou and same hotel. Food is good in hotel with plenty of options. As everyone says the breakfast is amazing. After reading the reviews I wasn’t sure how our stay would go but I was pleasantly surprised. The location of the hotel is great, 5 minutes from nice restaurants, beach and shops. The rooms are small but have everything you need and a lovely balcony. Breakfast was great

Good area.Rooms spotless.Very friendly receptionists.Great that they had charging ports for mobility scooters.Always helpful when dealing with problems.All staff were very polite and myself and wife highly recommend.Will be back soon hopefully.

We had a really lovely holiday at the Cye Holiday Centre! There were 7 of us, we were at the back of the hotel which was perfectly fine! Very quiet and very comfortable beds! Staff were wonderful and food was also very good, Slight sunbed issue but nothing worth getting worked up over!! Would definitely return!

This family friendly apartment has been our family spot for many years, for a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 boys, This has been our 5th time der and I'd go back again tomorrow, We have always loved this spot, Plenty of room very clean and spacious, staff are great, very helpful, cleaners are always about for what u require and the food is always A1, I'd reccomend this place to anybody, 7-8 mins away...
