Very nice hotel for a short stay

Only here for one night as Jet2 needed to put us into a hotel overnight. Lovely place though, friendly staff and great room. Breakfast was nice too with a good selection

Staff very polite and friendly. Room and bathroom were clean. The bed sheets could have been more fitting to the size of double bed, but nevertheless the bed was comfortable.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, and lovely accomodations. The breakfast was great as well. My complaints are that the wifi was very poor, and cut in and out, and the design of the shower caused water to pool at the base of the bathroom door and there was some staining. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Compared to the price I paid, it is a great deal. Personel is kind and willing to assist in any situation.

Stayed for one night after a late flight into Reus. This is an excellent hotel - modern, clean and well run with welcoming and English speaking staff when we arrived. Unbeatable value for money. Room (ours was a twin) large, quiet and with immaculate bathroom and good shower. The restaurant next door is also a must visit for a meal.

The hotel is in a great location right off a main road going into Reus and easy to get to the beach. Our room was a good size and clean. Pretty average hotel, is clean but decor is a bit dated. Just like most hotels in spain it has a parking garage (this one is free) but they are all very tight to manovre. Hotel Quality Reus Offers basic hotel facilities so good if you want to go and party in Reus but I would not recommend if you want to spend time in a room.

Very central and quiet hotel. The staff is very attentive and kind. The facilities are somewhat old, especially the bathrooms. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable. The air conditioning works very well. Value for money is ok. You also have a 5% discount on breakfast. A perfect hotel for one or two nights.

The experience I have had in this hotel was excellent. I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Reus.

Terrific location. Staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was rather pedestrian. Must comment on the mixing valve in the shower - it was so hot - enough to scald you. Still, we will be happy to return.

A nice and Central hotel right at the heart of the charming city of Reus. Direct view on the plazza, nice breakfast, parking not too far, but not free. If you're looking for night life, this is the place.

I arrived here on a hot day after a long walking trip. The room was nice and clean with good air conditioning and a free bottle of water. The lady at the reception desk spoke excellent English and made me feel very welcome. WIFI worked well. The chill out bar area at the rooftop is also a nice feature of this hotel. Ideal for us travelling to Torreviejca being just off AP7. Easy to get on and off, dog-friendly. Clean.

It's more about every Sunday there's a party going on called superfresh so if you are out there looking for a cool party on Sunday with flexible pricing and good shisha then you got to go there

Good for an overnight stop when en route to or from the sun. Basically a roadside hotel frequented by drivers and workers. Has quite rooms at the back with no traffic noise which are spacious enough with a comfy bed and decent shower. Breakfast included in price was a surprisingly good buffet. Decent solid hotel with a 9 hole golf course. Then restaurant is good and the garden is lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the area. It is economically priced and a short drive or taxi from the sea. It is less well known to tourists and as a result attracts a more mature crowd during the season.

Quiet and cozy hotel, but slightly outdated

A traditional place to try real Catalonian style food... starting with pan amb tomaquet (bread rubbed with garlic & tomatoes), for main dish you can choose between meat, seafood or rices. Good wine & crema catalana for dessert.

Overall a great experience and was just what I needed for my Salou holiday. Just enjoyed another family holiday at Hotel Gold River, we love everything about this hotel and how handy it is for the Park. It can be pretty busy in the restaurant at times, but it's never been a problem, the restaurant staff are fantastic, as is the food. Family rooms are very good and spacious with your own kitchenette which is very useful with young children. Pools are nice. Proximity to port Aventura is great. Food in the buffet was nice but not out of this world. Pool towels are not included in this hotel so bring your own or you'll have to fork out 25-30€ per towel at the shop.

An amazing adventure park compared to American amusement parks. This one was large, clean and well maintained! Rides were fun but I do recommend buying the PortAventura Express pass to skip the lines!

Place is great but I had to give only 4 stars because all the good rides are closed due to a wind concern. There are a few super high rides that make sense to be closed, but there were a few that could have been opened. Coming all the way from Serbia, you can imagine my disappointment.

We went on Halloween and had an amazing time! I would recommend getting fast pass if your going during peak time as the queues for the main attractions had at least an hour wait time but other than that the atmosphere, food and rides were amazing!

We had a great time definitely don't recommend October as the second day the rain was a monsoon and the roads were like a river. But all in all my children had a great time with lots to do for everyone. I recommend downloading the app as it gives directions to each ride or you get lost. Halloween added a fun aspect which my children enjoyed.

Everything was great, the only negative is the long queues at the rides, some up to 3 hours. One day there is not enough, at least 3 to see everything. In addition to the rides a lot of shows programs. All at a very professionalnom level.

The room's air conditioning is underperforming, the accommodations are outdated, and the in-room safe is non-functional due to a missing lock. Furthermore, there were mosquitos present in the room, and the entryway light fixture was inoperable. The quality of the food at the all-inclusive hotel is satisfactory.

Had a lovely family holiday here. The rooms are a little tired our wardrobe only had one door and I do think they should provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Had a wonderful stay here! We had a few issues with our first room, but the staff quickly upgraded us to an amazing room, which we truly appreciated. The reception service was outstanding. The location is literally one minute from the park—so convenient, especially with little kids.

Good hotel, you have to walk labyrinth to find your room. There are a few pools, but no swimming coats in the room. Very strange feeding system with time slots, even for breakfast, so if you missed being in time, you have to wait till the next time slot starts in half an hour or so.

This place is just so amazing. We were a group of 650 people and everything was just so well coordinated. Meals were well prepared and on time. Busses and transport was well organized. Took a walk to Ferrari Land and the play area which was so beautiful. Rooms were pretty basic with no room service. They do not keep body cream, even after requesting. English is sometimes a bit of a problem.

We haved booked this hotel as package including park entry and half board (breakfast and dinner buffet) in low season last week of October. Overall we had a great deal for an amusement park hotel. The rooms were great and clean. The food was a great choice and good quality for buffets. The hotel is probably one of the best located for direct park entry. Pools and hot tub unfortunately were closed...

Very close to the beach, ideal for getting around for a walk, central and very close to Port Aventura, ideal for this type of trip!

The air conditioning gives off dirt and water but at least it works, I don't know if it's common, but they gave me a receipt upon arrival adding more money to my reservation with the concept of "taxes"... Great small pool on roof great staff friendly very clean the food looked very nice but I did not eat at hotel a very nice place to stay I was there 7 days there was no kettle in room I asked and was given one right away the maid was on point so don't forget to tip her

Staff so helpful. Room really clean but one mirror only in bathroom and none in bedroom made it difficult for my daughter and I to get ready! Especially as no full length mirror. Location amazing at the quieter end of Salou and lovely cages nearby. We got the basic room which may be why but would have really appreciated a kettle too! Staff were five star. Would go back.

2nd time at Num Hotel for weekend stay. Both times in Superior room. Great bathroom lovely Queen size bed good white linen. Clean room and silent a/c. No UK TV. Not a problem if you have firestick. Had a lovely stay and will definitely stay again. The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from the beach at the quieter end of salou. Lovely clean rooms that are cleaned daily throughout your stay and the buffet breakfast was perfect with ample choices.

The only thing missing was a swimming pool .All staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was really good, eat as much as u need .Rooms were basic but good enough for us could do with more coat hangers in wardrobe as there was only 5 for 3 people . Would stay again but hopefully with a better view from window.

The room was pretty small for 4 people. It was really just a room with 2 double beds next to each other, a small balcony, and a bathroom that had no ventilation. So, you could have gone for a shower and by the time you get out, sweat could already be building up on your skin. Looking past the room, the hotel was pretty quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location. Helpful staff. Rooms although basic are large with 2 queen beds although slight drain smell from bathroom but this goes when doors are left open
