Lovely hotel in the city centre.Very nice,comfortable,clean rooms.Restaurant was very well overseen by Patricia who was lovely to us,thank you.All other house staff were very friendly too.Perfect location for a base if you want day trips it's only 10 minutes walk to the bus station.Would definitely recommend for a short break.

Stayed for one night after a late flight into Reus. This is an excellent hotel - modern, clean and well run with welcoming and English speaking staff when we arrived. Unbeatable value for money. Room (ours was a twin) large, quiet and with immaculate bathroom and good shower. The restaurant next door is also a must visit for a meal.

The hotel is in a great location right off a main road going into Reus and easy to get to the beach. Our room was a good size and clean. During our visit we were flying out the next day and needed to check in to our flight. The boarding passes would not load on our mobile apps, it said we needed to print them. With no access to a printer we went to the front desk to see if we could use their computer...

Just round the corner from the old town and next to two big supermarkets, this place needs major room and lobby renovation. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, but it's beginning to look quite tatty after 30 years. The friendly service made up for it.

The staff's very professional. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size and there's a great selection of products for breakfast: all you need for a few days business in the region. It is only a short walk away from all the restaurants in Reus.

Clean and quite rooms. Nice breakfast. Courteous staff. Everything is good except the parking entrance which is quite tight and the door of the parking does not open automatically when the car arrives. Everytime you have to get off to push the button to open it.

We were so lucky to have found this gem. Every little detail in this place was breathtaking. The staff were so kind and professional. I loved the stay and hopefully I’ll come again. Btw, it’s a great place to have a wedding ceremony. 😉

Very atmospheric and peaceful place to relax

We ate here 7 years ago and still remember it. If you’re ever driving south out of Barcelona, stop here for lunch! Best wine we had during our whole Spain trip too!

Very nice hotel for a short stay

Only here for one night as Jet2 needed to put us into a hotel overnight. Lovely place though, friendly staff and great room. Breakfast was nice too with a good selection

Staff very polite and friendly. Room and bathroom were clean. The bed sheets could have been more fitting to the size of double bed, but nevertheless the bed was comfortable.

My complaints are that the wifi was very poor, and cut in and out, and the design of the shower caused water to pool at the base of the bathroom door and there was some staining. A nice and Central hotel right at the heart of the charming city of Reus. Direct view on the plazza, nice breakfast, parking not too far, but not free. If you're looking for night life, this is the place.

I arrived here on a hot day after a long walking trip. The room was nice and clean with good air conditioning and a free bottle of water. Pretty average hotel, is clean but decor is a bit dated. Just like most hotels in spain it has a parking garage (this one is free) but they are all very tight to manovre. Hotel Quality Reus Offers basic hotel facilities so good if you want to go and party in Reus but I would not recommend if you want to spend time in a room.

Family rooms are very good and spacious with your own kitchenette which is very useful with young children. Pools are nice. Proximity to port Aventura is great. A great theme park, with enough rides to keep you busy for an entire day. Various intensity levels, diverse experiences and beautifully themed areas. The queues however were quite long and the express tickets very expensive - in general the prices are quite high inside the park.

Absolutely brilliant place. Fab rides. Prepare to get soaked on 3 rides. Great for adults and kids. Little short on disabled signage but we managed to figure it out. From our hotel we can go in and out at our leisure. The parade is great followed by fireworks. Get a place early as it gets super busy spectator wise. Absolutely love it here.

An amazing Theme park that caters for all ages. One of our favourite holiday destinations which never disappoints. The park is very clean, the staff are friendly and the rides are brilliant! The huge bonus is the lovely sunny weather that we've enjoyed each year we've visited. 10 out of 10.

Cool amusement Park! There really is something to ride! There are many interesting places for both children and adults. But if the children are young - go 2 times: one for children and one for themselves. Of course the queue is not small, but if possible come late afternoon and even better evening on weekdays, on steep hills you can ride without stopping!

Staff were welcoming and friendly for the most part, especially the bartenders. Rooms were on the smaller side but were comfortable enough and well maintained and presented. Booked half board..what a mistake..my daughter rather than be billed for a glass of coke had it snatched and poured away by a bolchy waitress. Room was clean however no drink making facilities and the locked empty fridge cost €17 for the week €3 returned. No access to water or drinks for infants through the night. We upgraded to all inclusive for the last 5 days which stopped serving drinks at 11pm...

Family friendly hotel in an ideal location. The attractions for the kids really makes this place including the entertainment staff. Although when busier with older kids the little ones sort of missed out and on occasion there could be little interaction with the children. Had a lovely holiday with my partner and our 8 year old daughter. The Animation team were really hard working and kept us entertained all week and my daughter loved them. The food was really good and there was plenty of selection to keep everyone happy. Though a free drink with dinner would have been nice as there was plenty at breakfast.

Had a wonderful stay here! We had a few issues with our first room, but the staff quickly upgraded us to an amazing room, which we truly appreciated. The reception service was outstanding. The location is literally one minute from the park—so convenient, especially with little kids.

We bought a 3 day pass, a day at PortAventura, another day there but can then go into Ferrari Land at 14:00. And 1 day at the water park. Good hotel, you have to walk labyrinth to find your room. There are a few pools, but no swimming coats in the room. Very strange feeding system with time slots, even for breakfast, so if you missed being in time, you have to wait till the next time slot starts in half an hour or so.

This place is just so amazing. We were a group of 650 people and everything was just so well coordinated. Meals were well prepared and on time. Busses and transport was well organized. Took a walk to Ferrari Land and the play area which was so beautiful. Rooms were pretty basic with no room service. They do not keep body cream, even after requesting. English is sometimes a bit of a problem.
