The staff was very friendly and check-in was quick. The room was a bit small, but it was fully equipped. There were paid spa services and a swimming pool. The breakfast was very, very generous. The surrounding area is very nice, with many restaurants. There's even a Chinese restaurant nearby. But the worst part was that the room had a strong, toilet-like odor. It was really unpleasant.

Had a great stay, breakfast was absolutely perfect!
I only slept there and didn't use the pool, etc., so I can't comment on that. The beds were very comfortable, and clean towels were provided every day.

For the first time, I'm left with a good impression of this hotel. The location is impeccable, the property is clean. What more can I say? In my opinion, everything is fine, except for the bed, which I didn't like too much.

Very nice hotel, good location close to the city, even if it's on a somewhat remote street.

Very small and simple room, curtains that don't block out light at all, very small bed, no soundproofing (you can even hear the elevator beeping, so imagine that...).

Modern bathroom, but the water was very hot, even boiling at times; there was often no cold water.

Regarding the facilities, I have to say that the showers in the rooms are terrible, even though everything is very new. The showers are ridiculous and the hot water doesn't work very well. Another thing I didn't like is the spa. In the spa pool, only two types of jets worked, the other ones didn't... terrible.

Locations was good for travel around salou👍
About service and facility wasn’t standard 4 stars hotel that to show in the advertising.
The bed and mattress is not comfortable.
The cleaner makes mistake to open the door. The bathroom and the floor in toilet zone doesn’t have a barrier and floor drain. Water can flow out from the room.the doors so louder when we close
In the morning so crowned sound from the doors and people’s we can heard every voice from external.

The hotel is in the heart of Salou. Clean lobby, nice rooms. It is almost representative of a tourist hotel. The beach is also within easy walking distance. The service was enthusiastic. It is worth praising that the dinner and breakfast have a very rich variety.

Good value for money!

I recently stayed during the week and for the price I paid I was shocked. The hotel is very modern, extremely clean and pleasant. Some of the reviews are mixed but I can confirm you can’t drop through the gap on the balcony… the balconies have a gap for the water not to build up on the terrace area.

I only got to use the restaurant for breakfast and there was a good variety. You can make a decent English breakfast, there’s a pastry area and a children’s breakfast bar with yogurts and churros.

The room was clean and the bathroom was great. No dirt and the water pressure and temperature works perfectly.

I really like the fact that even though I was not all inclusive, instead of a room key/card, you’re given a wrist band that scans for the door and is also scanned for breakfast.

The hotel was also decorated for Halloween with a photo area which is really nice.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to use the spa facilities, swimming pool or bar area.

Overall a great stay.

We had the best holiday, the hotel was good.

Staff were so good, work very hard and are amazing with kids. The food was very good lots of variety. The room was lovely, could do with a little more storage for clothes but that's not a big deal

Entertainment during the day wasn't the best but that could be down to us coming late September and then the entertainment at night was a bit to late for young kids. But we didn't come for entertainment so wasn't a massive deal

You have a wristband as a room key and to purchase anything and for all inclusive which I think is great!

Overall it was sooo good and we would definitely stay again
