Fantastic hotel! We stayed on the bottom floor with a door out to the pool. The room was large with a huge bed. The fold out bed for the child was also an excellent size. Great shower and all the facilities in the room. It would have been something to make coffee in the room. Really good blackout blinds and aircon meant a good night sleep. All the staff in the hotel were lovely and helpful. The food serving staff went above and beyond to help us. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a very good selection of different fresh foods. Spoiled for choice. We also really enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainers at the hotel made it personal and fun for the adults and kids! Obviously the location is perfect with direct access to the parks. We will definitely be doing it again!

1.I couldn’t sleep for a night changing 2 rooms because the AC issues on both!! The reception doesn’t trust me when i told him that both rooms AC didn’t work and i’m feeling so hot, and when i tell him send someone to check and validate whatever I’m mentioning he just says “we don’t have available maintenance team to validate but i’m sure your AC is working well”

2.I requested water from the reception, they just tell you go the vending machine and buy your water!!!

3.you cannot order food to the hotel location because the driver is not allowed to enter and reach the hotel

Bad experience in the hotel, bad attitude from the staff.

Now I’m writing this feedback in the 3rd room and yeah , AC is ok here!

Had a wonderful stay here! We had a few issues with our first room, but the staff quickly upgraded us to an amazing room, which we truly appreciated. The reception service was outstanding. The location is literally one minute from the park—so convenient, especially with little kids.

Horrible! Done even think of it. Not even 1 star hotel. The staff are nice BUT the hotel is Extremely dirty, horrific service, no towels, water, toilet slippers or tissues in the room, you have to pay to get the towels that are very smelly. No house keeping. The toilet is very very dirty, and it has molds everywhere. No drainage in the shower, blocked sink. Bed, pillows and bed covers never washed and they smell very bad. rooms are very far from reception.The carpet in the corridor is absolutely disgusting need to be replaced. whole hotel is worn out, smell bad and needs a complete renovation. I do not recommend it at all.
The only positive thing about it, it’s near to park.

We bought a 3 day pass, a day at PortAventura, another day there but can then go into Ferrari Land at 14:00. And 1 day at the water park. We have been to theme parks all over the world and this is as good as them. Some Thrilling rides for all the family. As some reviewers say you can wait over an hour for some rides, but which theme parks are different? The Parade at night and Firework and show at the end of night are better then Disney’s in my view. The only thing we would of done differently would be to purchase the Express tickets to beat the queues on the big rides. The only ride you can not use it on right now is the new Uncharted ride.

I don't usually leave reviews, but the holiday was a disaster. I would like to emphasize that this is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and each time our impressions of it get worse. On Christmas Day in December, we were without hot water all evening because the equipment broke down, and according to the customer service, this has never happened before. In April, on the children's birthday, which coincided with Easter, we were again without hot water all evening and all night, and again there were stories about how this had never happened. And again, no compensation for the complete lack of hot water. There was no soap and shampoo in the room, they only gave one towel for 4 people! And it takes almost an hour to ask for it to be brought to your room! We were checked into the room at 18:00, since the room was simply not cleaned, and the quality of cleaning was terrible; under the bed, they probably hadn’t cleaned it for a year. But the most shocking thing is that we left a new T-shirt in the room and immediately called the hotel back to find it and send it back, they told us to leave a request on the website, the next day they told us to call the hotel, which was closed until the next Friday, and when again Friday they called and said that we had left nothing in the room. Good hotel, you have to walk labyrinth to find your room. There are a few pools, but no swimming coats in the room. Very strange feeding system with time slots, even for breakfast, so if you missed being in time, you have to wait till the next time slot starts in half an hour or so.

This place is just so amazing. We were a group of 650 people and everything was just so well coordinated. Meals were well prepared and on time. Busses and transport was well organized.
Took a walk to Ferrari Land and the play area which was so beautiful.
Rooms were pretty basic with no room service. They do not keep body cream, even after requesting. English is sometimes a bit of a problem.

We haved booked this hotel as package including park entry and half board (breakfast and dinner buffet) in low season last week of October. Overall we had a great deal for an amusement park hotel. The rooms were great and clean. The food was a great choice and good quality for buffets. The hotel is probably one of the best located for direct park entry. Pools and hot tub unfortunately were closed already. The only downside is the rooms are pretty loud, conversations of neighbors can hardly be overheard, which is why I would recommend earplugs. Unfortunately, the park didn‘t fulfill our expectations but for this I wrote another review.

Nice rooms and overall was good. Very friendly staff. Although beds are quite stiff and we had a a couple of issues with the bathroom sink and shower.
