This hotel was a nice quiet getaway. The gardens and pools were quiet and relaxing. It is a large hotel but it didn’t feel like there were so many people there with the way the gardens and pools are laid out.

Very nice hotel with a nice pool and next to a beautiful and long beach. There is a bar restaurant at the beach with very good food. The service was great. Only one minor complaint: They do not replenish the coffee capsules in the room, which I thought was absurd given the cost of the rooms. Overall I highly recommend it.

We went from Malaga and we just loved it. Quiet location, very helpful and friendly staff. Abundant and quality food. Easy to park for free ... without a doubt, the best option for a stay in the Chiclana area, since the treatment and services are unbeatable, having the best price in the area. Nice resort. Location is great (2 minutes to the beach.) All inclusive. Food generally pretty good, wine awful, fizzy lager OK. Rooms are clean and a good size. We had a nice stay at Riu Chiclana and we enjoyed that we didn't need to "reserve" any spots at the pool since we could always find one even later in the day. There are different kids pools and pools for adults, and the kids areas (also a playground) can be closed with gates, so the little ones don't get lost or escape easily. However, sometimes it hindered us from switching to another pool faster...

I have only given 3 stars on the location because my adult son is in a wheelchair and although there are slopes everywhere you can't help but have to go up hill! I must say the accessible room he had has been the best we'v ever had. I was able to push his wheelchair into the shower for him to transfer to the shower chair.

The hotel was spotless, so clean and tidy. The facilities were fantastic, great for everyone, food was delicious and so much variety. Its very picturesque. Staff friendly and they make you very welcome. Fresh towels daily for the pool, maid service tidy room daily, you can't find fault...we had a great holiday definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking.

Staff was very Hospitable and very friendly. The Families were great! Honestly, it is not a tiny place. It is a comfy trailer. Of course, it is smaller than an 2 bedroom apartment but it is just right for it size and price. We loved it! It was comfortable, safe, near the highway, fun, and we cooked our meals there! I will go back anytime. I believe it is a great option for travelers.

The guests at our wedding virtually took over one block and their review was very favourable. I stayed for two nights before the celebrations kicked off and I thought the furniture and kitchen utensils were a little dated however the restaurant and bar was very good and there was a very good selection in the buffet. Final conclusion is this venue represent excellent value for money.

We got an upgrade on our room, the staff was super friendly and happy to answer questions at any time. The breakfast buffet was nice and had a lot of options like fresh fruit, churros, a wide range of bread, meat and cheeses, freshly made pancakes or omelet.

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of July. Hotel and apartment gardens are beautiful and the nearby beach is stunning. There are 5 pools so the place never feels crowded. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was modern and clean with all the necessary mod cons. The apartments did not have a kettle or an iron which is is unusual for self catering. We were greeted by a professional well mannered staff. The apartment is spacious and clean. The housekeeping done every two days. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. Amazing veiw of the Atlantic ocean and with an access to a beautiful beach. The pools are very good too. There is a parking spot under the apartment building. The price is on the higher side.
