Very nice hotel with a nice pool and next to a beautiful and long beach. There is a bar restaurant at the beach with very good food. The service was great. Only one minor complaint: They do not replenish the coffee capsules in the room, which I thought was absurd given the cost of the rooms. Overall I highly recommend it.

We booked the hotel primarily because of our 8-year-old daughter. The decisive factors were the all-inclusive option, the pool area, the indoor playground, the proximity to the beach, the German-speaking staff, and the children's entertainment. All expectations were met; the indoor playground and the gym were both recently renovated. The staff was friendly, and everything was child-friendly. The restaurant had high-quality food, but unfortunately, it lacked a bit of variety and theme nights. The breakfast was first-class. The complex is manageable and very clean, so it doesn't matter that the rooms are a bit dated. Unfortunately, the beds are very light, so they shift when you lean on them. The double beds don't stay together and slide apart easily. The selection of snacks at the pool bar is very good, as is the quality of the food. The staff there is also very friendly. We booked for the following year during our stay.

Well designed and maintained. Well managed and very good service. Nothing particularly charming, just the standard exclusive/high-end resort and it delivers very well on all fronts. It’s not for families looking for kid’s activities or entertainment. No kids pool and no family activities. I saw families with young kids and they can use a shallow part of the pool and an easy beach access. Major highlight is the good food. Also the beach bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious. Room cleanliness not spotless (they could do slightly better) and could add a few more amenities in the bathroom. Other room amenities lean on the luxury side including glass water bottle, coffee and tea and a very silent small fridge. Air conditioning is also independently regulated in each room so you can set your desired temperature. All staff seem well trained and excellent. Noteworthy Barbara at the reception, Lucia at the pool bar, and Sergio at the beach bar. The older gentleman at the Enebro restaurant was also excellent. And speaking of that last restaurant, the food was delicious. The landscaping is also well done and maintained. The spa is clean and everything was well functioning.

Where do I start...beginning to end one of the best and most memorable hotel experiences i have had to date!

I wanted to escape with my wife for one night to celebrate our 17th anniversary. I booked very last minute, over the phone and got exactly what I wanted.

Arrival was lovely, reception charming with a choice of a refreshing drink. Our room was stunning. Front line beach, large terrace, huge bed, and I mean huge, covered in rose petals even.

The hotel is much more like a resort. Its huge and offers endless amenities to cater for anyones taste really. Although almost fully booked, at no point did it feel crowded.

After checking our room we headed out for a beach walk and lunch. On our way back we stopped at the hotels Serena Beach Club for a few drinks which was lovely. Upon entering our room we discovered a chilled bottle of bubbly and chocolates as well strawberries...what a lovely surprise.

Having checked the menu at Serena earlier we decided to dine there. Amazing food, incredible service but the best part was the live sining by Erika!! WOW what a talent.

I have rarely encountered such a versatile artist. From Adele, so Amy Whinehouse to Rhianna and Alicia Keys...absolutely incredible.

Last but not least...breakfast! I have stayed in 5 start accommodation around the globe but none compared to this breakfast experience. There was nothing one could think of that they didnt serve...even a pastry chef was onsite making fresh pastries all morning. The best part of it all, was the live piano! Not seen that before.

I want to the thank the team and staff for making this such a memorable stay, we will be back for sure...and this time for longer!!

Great Service at the reception on May 12th in the afternoon. The gentleman gave us a wonderful room with a breathtaking view. Excellent cuisine. The location of the hotel is one of the best in Europe.

A good family hotel on the ocean shore. There are swimming pools for adults and children, including one indoor, there is a children's club where you can leave your child, breakfasts are generally good, although monotonous. Of the minuses - the water in the indoor pool was not the warmest, finding parking in the area is also not easy. Overall, we are happy and would come back again, but when it is warmer (we were there in early May).

Excellent place with all the amenities, super service, nice room, beautiful beach, nothing to complain about. Full breakfast with everything you can think of. Convenient underground parking additionally paid (30€ per day). It is possible to park on the street.

We had a lovely time. I was pleasantly surprise with the facilities,staff and the well maintained grounds. I found the charge for the car park a bit steep but apparently it is quit normal for Spain. I was also surprised that you had no free sitting area around your beach bar.
