Slightly disappointing compared with previous NH hotels, room rather small and overall felt tired. Outdoor car park as in a city centre but could do with a bit of a tidy up. Very good location for walking to city centre, sea front and many restaurants opening after 8.00pm. During the day they are all shut up so looks a little run down.

The Hotel is quite nice and the service helps you whenever you need, It is cllse to beach and you can walk by as you are in the citi center cloese to the hotel are plenty of nice restaurants.

A 15 minute walk away from the centre. Some of which is uphill. But in a quiet area. Lots of restaurants nearby. When I booked, I asked for a room at the back and away from the lifts. That is exactly what I got. Not every hotel cares enough to meet customers' requests. Check in was smooth. Receptionists are friendly. Carla indulged my Spanish. The room, 318, is a decent size and was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. (My only quibble: as I get older I notice the absence of grab-rails for over-bath showers.) There is a small safe (big enough for iPads but not for a laptop). There was a fridge too. And a Nespresso machine. The bed was very comfortable with crisp clean linen. We got a very good night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well located in the city and is pleasant. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety.

Perfect location, staff were all helpful and polite. Room was on the small side but enough for the 3 nights we stayed.

Like all NH hotels you get quality and consistency in staff. The receptionist was excellent and made us feel very welcome. We parked in their car park round the back, but unfortunately it didn’t connect to the hotel. The room was comfortable and well appointed, though a kettle would have been nice.
