The hotel was well kept and the staff was friendly. A nice and quiet courtyard is a perfect place to escape.
The area has plenty of restaurants around and the nearest convenient stores within walking distance. However, the noises from the street traffic and pedestrian noises were nicely filtered out. Do note that you will staying near several churches and a big cathedral, so late night and early morning bell ringings are the norms.
The staff can communicate in English, but the most fluent way, but it gets the job done. The shampoo bottle was broken, so it was obvious that the housekeeping was missing something.
For $10 breakfast, I'd like to see a better selection... Maybe some warm items or local items.
The shower is consistently hot and well pressurized. It's worth of the money. I paid low/mid 80's a night.

The staff are super! Very friendly, and always very helpful with our questions. Our room was overall adequate. The bathroom was nice and included a bidet. We visited after the summer months, so the air conditioning was off, but we still found the room hot at night. We opened the window to bring in cool air, but unfortunately this also let in mosquitos. If we visited at a different time we probably would not have any problems. The location is very central, and it's possible to walk to everything in Seville. Cars cannot drive in front of the hotel, which helped give it a calm and quiet atmosphere.

We recently spent five nights at this hotel. It is located in the centre of Santa Cruz district in an old building which adds to the character. Benny and Rosio on reception were most welcoming and helpful. Our room was perfectly adequate, clean and bathroom well equipped, if a bit small. A safe in the room would have been useful. Breakfast was available at an extra charge. We availed of it once but found it less than appetising with a very limited choice of coffee. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is right in the centre of the action, surrounded by restaurants, monuments, bars, parks, all within walking distance. The local area is just buzzing. It is ideal for exploring Seville on foot. There is a nice courtyard to relax in.

Tiny room but efficient, with only a twin bed. Small but efficient bathroom (I’ve seen smaller!). Everything clean and comfortable. Room looked out on a courtyard. Excellent location. Door keys have to be turned in at the front desk when leaving the premises, but that provides the opportunity for a few words with a friendly person. Good breakfasts.

The room we stayed in was extremely small. I was very depressed inside. There was no refrigerator. The furniture was old. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The people at the reception were very attentive. They let us leave our bags. The location is also very good for touristic places.

Great hotel with a central location that is within walking distance to almost all major attractions.
The rooms are very clean and well-furnished, especially considering the reasonable price. The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, generously offering any assistance that we needed.
The only downside is that there is no fridge in the rooms and the Wi-Fi signal is weak. Additionally, while the hotel does not provide laundry service, there is an excellent self-service laundry within walking distance.

Rooms look tired. Laundry piled on stairways is a fire hazard. World's worst toilet paper. Children allowed ro run through the hallways at all hours. Great location in the heart of the old city.

Amazing location next to the cathedral, a lot of hood and local restaurants around the corner. The service is great and the staff is really professional and kind! Really good option to stay in Sevilla!
