The stay at this hotel was very good! The room was very clean

We only stayed one night.
And fell in love with the place.
It was so clean.
And everything was brand new.
It was in the middle of the city close to everything.
Yet hotel was so quiet u couldn’t hear a thing from outside the room.
A great hotel perfect for family trips.
There is also a pool.
Even though we didn’t use the pool we saw that it was very clean and nice it is an inside pool so it is cool and relaxing.
We loved ❤️ our stay.
And fell in love with the place.

From check in to check out, front desk staff (Alfonso and Caeser) were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Myself and other family members booked separately, but were given rooms close to each other, which was fantastic. Recommendations of places to see and to eat plus a map were offered. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are comfortable, clean and stylish. The only shortcoming was the transparent bathroom door which was a slight inconvenience as I was sharing the room with my friend! Other than this very minor issue, my one night here was very pleasant and also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I plan to stay here again if I ever return to Seville.

Suitable for a few days to spend in Seville.
Clean rooms. Wi Fi is ok. AC is working well, too.
There's the small swimming pool as well as the gym.
Very good breakfast is definitely worth paying for (16 euros).
The service could be better though. It's not always possible to find the person in charge in the bar when one has to pay, and it's impossible to pay at the reception, so it can create hassle and inconvenience.
The only hotel in my Spain voyage where a credit card required as a guarantee.

Nice hotel, you just need to feel very intimate with your 'party' if you want to use bathroom/WC ...there is actually very little privacy - see pictures. We booked 2 rooms for our family of 4, both rooms with awkward shower solutions (glass transparent door with no lock, with WC just behind it, so that you can see through when in use 😁). A bit unexpected 😊. On the other hand, i had a great night sleep - a very calm place. Good location.

We just checked in and this hotel experience was incredibly disappointing. The online pictures were misleading, showcasing a completely different reality. The rooms were tiny, old, and poorly maintained, with a view of neighboring laundry rather than the promised scenery.
The furniture resembled rejects from IKEA’s damaged goods section, and the lack of electrical outlets near the bed was inconvenient, necessitating a trip downstairs for an extension cord.
Furthermore, the staff appeared indifferent and uninterested in addressing our concerns.
So day two fun… the shower is impossible to stand in without getting water all over. I’m only 5’8” (172 cm) and could hardly stand in the shower/bath without being past the shower glass due to the curvature of the bath basin. Also, if you want to hang your towel, the only hook in the bathroom is over the toilet, awkward especially if sharing the room. The water temperature fluctuates between ice cold and scalding hot. The grout is either black, turning black, missing, or reapplied by a toddler.
The only positive attribute of this hotel so far is that the breakfast is decent.

Very disappointing room. Paid for a premium room with a terrace and photos do not show that there is an open plan wardrobe space and for two people for a week not enough space or hangers. The bathroom has a bathtub which you need to climb into to shower. Dangerous as no antislip protection and the sensation does not allow you to enjoy the shower.
Breakfast buffet excellent and the staff as well. New Year's Eve dinner was good but lacked atmosphere and a touch of ambience was lacking. Photos are out of date as the pool area is now enclosed. For a company as big as Catalonia someone needs to get their act together maybe the Director of the hotel. Would I stay again I doubt it lots of better offers available in Seville.
