We had a fantastic experience at Amadeus. The rooms were very nice—clean, stylish, and comfortable, making our stay very relaxing.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. My partner accidentally left a watch behind, and the staff went out of their way to help us. Not only did they find the watch and return it safely, but they also offered us free coffee while we waited. They were warm, professional, and genuinely caring throughout.

It’s rare to come across such honesty and gracious hospitality. We’re extremely grateful and would absolutely recommend Amadeus to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The theme is music (Amadeus) and the interior is so tasteful. This is a hotel that has combined three separate
homes into one lovely hotel. Clean room and great staff providing wonderful service.

Lovely boutique hotel. Room was small, but comfortable. Our roof-top room with entrance from the terrace had a lovely private patio and view. Included breakfast was tasty, but no choices-we were served what they were serving that day. Location in the heart of old town, was hard to find initially, but we walked everywhere!

Facilities: Very good, the room is surprisingly big, but the safe is not easy to use, too small, can't put anything in it

Hygiene: Very clean, OK

Environment: The whole hotel is very stylish, very suitable for taking pictures, the whole city is beautiful, the mood is good, a few hundred meters away from the Internet celebrity store Orange Tree
Service: Very good, breakfast is also very good, this price is worth it

Decent sized room but falling apart: desk chair has broken arm, toilet runs long after use, shower head fell off - just bad. Rooftop terrace was nice. Great location, very walkable. Very limited service, but when they did come to the room they didn’t even knock - I hope you enjoyed the show. I’d be disappointed if this was 100€ per night, but at 350€ per night this place feels criminal. Never again.

Incredible hotel in an excellent location in Seville, will be a routine guest here. The rooftop had amazing drinks and a lovely view of the city. The front desk was super helpful with all our requests and the decor is stunning. This was my first time in Seville and staying at this hotel made it so easy to walk around the whole city.

The location is OK, you can walk to various attractions. The room is cleaned quite carefully, and the towels are very comfortable. The hotel lobby is decorated with a sense of atmosphere, various musical instruments, and full of details.

The most beautiful hotel during the trip, with a very high cost performance. The highlight is the rooftop terrace, which is so beautiful. You can sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The service staff are very nice. Breakfast is not a buffet, but it is worth 15 euros. Help call a taxi to the airport for 30 euros.

In the alleys of Santa Cruz, you can walk to the main attractions. The breakfast service is great, like the big sister next door. Every day is a set meal, and the bread is baked and served. After eating it for two days, I found that it would change. It is very warm and artistic.
