Petit Palace Santa Cruz Hotel

This is not the first time that I stay at this location and it won’t be the last pet Palace Santa Cruz has become a second home to  me The staff has always been very friendly and super helpful they not only showed me the best places to go around the city, but also recommended different gastronomic options And even assisted me with booking tours, making reservations at restaurants and more 

I want to thank the entire team for the hospitality, friendliness and overall Attitude special thank you to Irma Alberto, Ruben, Gema, Amina 

I stayed nine days this time around and I didn’t wanna leave The breakfast option is highly recommended as they have a great variety of foods, accommodating, vegetarians, vegans, and more

Close to attractions, cost-effective, but the hair dryer is a bit broken and the wires are exposed

The best experience. The location is 20 minutes away from basically every attraction and 24 minutes away from the Train Station. (On foot in all the cases) The rooms are clean and spacious with good bathrooms. The breakfast is a very small additional cost and we'll worth it. With a wide selection and great service. The breakfast selection don't change day over day

I would like to thank all the staff especially Mr Alberto who is very nice with continuous smile on his face.
One thing I had to mention my husband forgot his cell phone at the hotel room and we where at the train station with 20 minutes to our train to leave and we called them and they were able to send it by taxi to the station and we made it Many thanks and keep the momentum up .

Petit Palace Santa Cruz is a nice and clean hotel around the best area in Sevilla (Santa Cruz).

The personnel were all so nice and helpful. Because of the nice staff it really increased the overall experience. They were really dedicated and friendly.

The rooms are tidy, clean and quite luxurious.

The location was very close to all attractions. Room was a good size and clean. The showers need to be renovated though. Breakfast was decent as well. Very friendly staff, overall would recommend.

Great stay, Room, building and really nice breakfast! But the best of all was the incredible service we received from Ruben at the front desk, he was always smiling, you can see he really enjoys his job! Thank you Ruben for making our stay in Seville more enjoyable that already was!

Excellent location, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit. Price was very reasonable for the location, also the breakfast was delicious and convenient. Staff was amazing. Would definitely book here again, recommend them highly!

Very good service, centrally located.& Very good & healthy vegetarian breakfast. As we are vegetarian, the food is always problem for us but In this hotel there are many options like fruits , salads , yogurt, juices , dry fruits everything with multiple variety. Staff is very cooperative. I will stay again if I come to Seville again & also suggest to my friends who are visiting to Seville.
