El Rey Moro Hotel Boutique

Great staff, super helpful and generous with their recommendations for things to do or places to eat. Lovely coffee and Andalusian treats for free around tea time as well! Our only issue was they say their rooms are fully soundproof, which certainly isn’t true. Makes for occasional sleepless nights, which isn’t great on a holiday.

Cozy, charming, very clean, delicious breakfast and restaurant. Excellent location , The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful at every turn. We would highly recommend El Rey Moro when staying in Sevilla!

A charming oasis in the popular central district of Saint Cruz conveniently close to the Alcazar and the Cathedral. A well managed hotel, we enjoyed a well maintained room with a comfortable bed. The reception staff were particularly helpful.

We just left after staying four nights at this hotel. I am giving it five stars because the location was perfect, the hotel was clean, and I couldn’t believe the amenities for the price! The staff was also super helpful… the daytime manager helped us out so much when we were running late for our train! :) We never ate at the restaurant (just because we were out and about in the town most of the time), but the food smelled and looked delicious. It was really nice to be able to get a glass of wine anytime, even late at night after returning from a long day. And a place to fill our water bottles was amazing for those hot Andalusian summer days! Our room was pretty, the courtyard was beautiful, and our bed was comfortable. We also loved the beauty and energy of Sevilla, its culture, and its people. ♥️ 💃 🍷

Lots of great amenities and the rooms are lovely. There was an awful smell in the room I was staying in and I had to change rooms, and they almost didn’t refund me for that night. But luckily they did, so I’m giving them a 5 start review now. But if you smell sewage, don’t wait for it to away- it will only get worse. Ask to change rooms immediately.

We recently had a wonderful stay of 4 nights. Located in a renovated building in the Jewish Quarter (Santa Cruz) near the Alcazar and Cathedral, the hotel has a charming environment with an old-fashioned vibe. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. There was some minor ambient street noise due to restaurants nearby but it did not bother us.

We stopped by because this hotel has a restaurant open before 7pm, and we were very happy we did! We had the pleasure of having Fernando as our server, and his jovial and fun demeanor elevated our dining experience . He has an infectious enthusiasm and truly enhanced the enjoyment of our delicious meal and drinks!
There is also a beautiful courtyard hidden away which I believe is for use of the guests. In the future if we come back, we would definitely stay in this hotel! It’s in a central location in the old part of town (not sure about parking if you have a car, the streets are pretty narrow), and you can explore the casco viejo and surroundings all day long for several days. A really nice hotel and staff, although I didn’t get to see the rooms. Loved Fernando and the restaurant!!

Beautiful hotel. Loved the courtyards and traditional ambience. Perfect location in the center of the barrio Santa Cruz. Close to everything. Breakfast was an extensive buffet. The on-site restaurant was great for dinner or lunch as well. Note that it is on a walking street, so you may have to walk/roll your bags a few minutes to get there. Totally worth it.

This lovely boutique hotel is a gem. With its charming decor, courtyard, rooftop patio and impeccable service, it was a high point on our recent visit to Seville. It is centrally located, pristine, historic, comfortable and truly special. We can definitely recommend this unique hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful atmosphere and a very comfortable bed!

I loved my stay at this beautiful boutique hotel! The room was secluded and quiet. Nice window views. Decor was elegant and updated. Tapas at the restaurant was incredible. The marinated fish is my new favorite food. Very lovely stay
