Hotel Inglaterra

Hotel Inglaterra in Seville is definitely worth recommending, especially because of the excellent service. It was such a thoughtful gesture to have a bottle of cava waiting in our room to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, offering a beautiful view and delicious drinks to enjoy. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but that didn't take away from the overall experience. All in all, a fantastic choice for a romantic stay in Seville!

We stayed here for one night in October. The location is unbeatable, right on the Plaza Nueva which is literraly the center of town and within a walking distance to everything interesting. Service was excellent and we were impressed by the warm welcome when we arrived. The roof terrace was great on a warm afternoon with nice views over the plaza, the city roofs and the nearby cathedral and Giralda. The room was OK - maybe a bit old but perfectly satisfactory. Breakfast was a bit uninspiring though it did check all the boxes. I would recommend this hotel if you can get a room at a good rate - we were lucky, on later days we checked the rates were much higher.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Hotel Inglaterra in Sevilla. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the historic charm of the oldest hotel in Sevilla is truly unique. The staff, especially Maria, Jose, and Beatriz, were incredibly accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The rooftop offers stunning views, ideal for hot summer evenings, though the drinks are a bit pricey. Our room could use some updating, particularly the peeling flooring, which could be a tripping hazard. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d return in a heartbeat.

Stayed here during my visit to Seville. From the moment I entered, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Despite me being a native English speaker knowing only a little bit of Spanish, they were very patient and communicative--many of their staff members do speak English. I look forward to potentially staying here again in the future.

Great location, walkable distance to all tourist attractions. The tram is right in front of the hotel. Super clean and new. But do not listen to their restaurant recommendation as it turns out to be a BIG SCAM!

It’s in a great location, close to everything I’d say.
The staff were all lovely and helpful, giving recommendations etc.
The rooms also were gorgeous, it’s not a modern place but the style doesn’t look outdated, it works.
Everything abut this place was great. We had breakfast in the morning with a nice array of food. The rooftop bar was lovely also, with its amazing views.

We came for a two night trip and wasn't disappointed. Arrived by car and was met by a valet outside the hotel, who immediately took our car to park. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was how it was advertised. Good size bed and air-conditioned which was much needed. Location was perfect. Central to everything. We really couldn't fault this lovely hotel.

Great buffet breakfast. Location is excellent. The rooftop bar and restaurant have amazing views across the city.

The negative was the air con didn’t work and opening the window meant being kept awake by the hourly church bells, street cleaners and foot traffic.

We loved everything from the hotel.
Even though the rooms are old, they are well equipped and preserved.
The highlights: location very close to Seville Cathedral, spanish breakfast with fresh and very nice options , restaurant inside the hotel and the rooftop bar that prioritize the hotel guests.
The cherish: STAFF! They were amazing all single minute with us!
