Petit Palace Marques Santa Ana Hotel

Fantastic location convenient to many attractions with safe, quiet and clean rooms. Amazingly helpful front desk staff (Maria is the best!!!) and great breakfast. Out of the 5 hotels we stayed in during our trip to Andalusia, this was our favorite by far. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely property close to the cathedral and Alkasar ,we were there when the blackout in spain happened and their people were wonderful.

Fantastic location with parking
Petit Palace service is always outstanding and especially at this hotel. The rooms are a little tired but fine. The location is fantastic and there is a parking which is very rare. We will be back for sure!

Great location close to everything you will need and want to see in this amazing city. Gave 4 for facilities because the rooftop space wasn't set up and this was one of the reasons I booked this hotel.

The location is the best. Other than that, the room is nice with high ceiling, breakfast is great! Staff are very accommodating! Overall it is wonderful!

Arrived early and staff were able to hold our bags in the office so we could go exploring. Lovely and clean with massive comfortable bed.

Wonderful view from the roof terrace of the cathedral, well would have been better without the crane but that’s not the hotels fault.

Free tea and coffee in the afternoon / evening and filtered water all day.

Staff called a taxi (via a push button) when we left and it arrived within 15 minutes. Note a taxi is a fixed price just under €30 to/from the airport.

The only thing missing is a bar, but there are lots around to choose from.

The hotel is in the old town, close to the New Square and the Town Hall, and less than ten minutes' walk to the cathedral. The location is very good. The one-way streets around the hotel are very complicated. It is impossible to drive in according to the Google Maps navigation. It is troublesome to drive in to put the luggage and pick up the luggage. After circling four times, I stopped the car and walked in to pick up the luggage. I accidentally found the only way in!
The hotel has an atrium, the room is not big, and the family room has a big bed and a bunk bed. The disadvantage is that the iron railing stairs are really poles, and climbing up is particularly painful. The fence on the bed is just a gesture.
The breakfast is good. Although the place is not big, the main breakfast food in Europe is available.
It is not far to walk to the main attractions.
This four-star hotel has a good value for money.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It's located in a quiet area, a very short walk to the beautiful Cathedral. The rooms are very nice, great breakfast and friendly staff. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel.
