Excellent hotel 15 minutes from the center of Seville (by bus with Line 3) comfortable and spacious rooms and a varied breakfast of excellent quality

The phone in the room was broken, and the refrigerator was broken. We went to the reception desk to talk to the staff but he ignored us and told us to go back to the room to call. It was really speechless. There were no slippers either, and when I asked him he said they were only for guests in the deluxe rooms. The swimming pool was not open either, which should not be the standard of a 4 star hotel. I can stay in a better hotel for this price.

No basic amenities such as tissue paper or room shoes. Staffs attitudes needs to be improved.

Amazing price staff and room! It is truly a palace it is so luxurious and spacious in the lobby. Many amenities such as pool bar and restaurants. Staff is very attentive and speaks English very well. Food great at the restaurant with good service. The rooms have the things we need. Wish we had blankets as AC gets very cold, only thin sheets. However we greatly enjoyed our time here!

The room was so humid and stuffy. Even if I opened the window, the stuffiness didn't go away because the room wasn't even breezy. Rather, the hallway felt more comfortable, so at night I had to open the door and ventilate for a long time before I could finally sleep. The refrigerator didn't work. (They said it would work as it cooled down slowly, but even though I stayed there for two days, I never got to drink cold water that I had left in the refrigerator.) The bathroom didn't have any ventilation, so after I washed up, the whole room was filled with humidity. I told the info desk several times, but they didn't give me any answers other than that it was like that. The only good thing was breakfast.

Mediocre experience!!
You can hear noises from outside and next door so if you are tired and want to sleep? That’s not going to happen. Over prized and not worth.
Certainly you can’t call it a palace.
I wanted to detail more but not worth.
At 1130pm I started to smell cigarette and alcohol in my room but I think thats from next room where people were talking. !!!
I had a child trying to sleep here while we all were tired from the journey.
Good service though as we experienced at reverso restaurant and by staff who after some yes and no did changed our room. Thanks to Leo at reception who did that, other woman was saying no rooms available!

Not a great experience. Hotel was a bit of a let down compared to the photos, rooms were not cleaned very well (e.g. hairs all over the shower), late night (11.30pm) karaoke or live performance outside our window when we had to get up early for tours etc.
And in addition to that, one of the nights water was leaking through the ceiling of the bathroom, keeping us up with the dripping. We were only able to report of later the next day as we had to leave very early, and the staff were unhappy with US and gave us a hard time for reporting late. And no apology whatsoever. However, we requested a new room and they did at least provide that.
Location is decent if a little far, but ubers/bolts are very cheap.

Very close to the stadium, 3 minutes walk. Experienced La Liga football. The hotel is old but well maintained, and has rich experience and has pre-solutions for existing problems.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was nice, especially the people working at the gastrobar and the cleaning crew. The breakfast was good, albeit chaotic in the main breakfast room. My biggest complaint is that unless the weather is “perfect”, they’ll deny access to the garden for the whole day. I spent six days there and they closed the garden for three of them, even though it had only briefly rained in the morning and the rest of the day was warm and sunny, and I would have really loved to spend time outside (plus, I’d like to have the option to go outside even if it’s not warm and sunny). In fact, the garden was the main reason why I’d picked this hotel. Also, there are hundreds of guests at any given time, but the gym is tiny. With a few improvements (please put a kettle in the rooms and towels in the gym, and let people use the garden whenever they want!) it would truly be an amazing place, but it’s still enjoyable and good value
