Silken Al-Andalus Palace

Amazing price staff and room! It is truly a palace it is so luxurious and spacious in the lobby. Many amenities such as pool bar and restaurants. Staff is very attentive and speaks English very well. Food great at the restaurant with good service. The rooms have the things we need. Wish we had blankets as AC gets very cold, only thin sheets. However we greatly enjoyed our time here!

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was nice, especially the people working at the gastrobar and the cleaning crew. The breakfast was good, albeit chaotic in the main breakfast room. My biggest complaint is that unless the weather is “perfect”, they’ll deny access to the garden for the whole day. I spent six days there and they closed the garden for three of them, even though it had only briefly rained in the morning and the rest of the day was warm and sunny, and I would have really loved to spend time outside (plus, I’d like to have the option to go outside even if it’s not warm and sunny). In fact, the garden was the main reason why I’d picked this hotel. Also, there are hundreds of guests at any given time, but the gym is tiny. With a few improvements (please put a kettle in the rooms and towels in the gym, and let people use the garden whenever they want!) it would truly be an amazing place, but it’s still enjoyable and good value

Staff here is so good.. each and every single person from staff talk nicely be it from reception or information Center or from restaurant.. everyone is super nice and helps you instantly… rooms are great too. I am a vegetarian and I tried veg wok noodles in hotels restaurant and it’s too good.. I ate it 3 times .. location is little bit far from city Center but that is not a big issue you can get cab outside hotel easily.. they even arranged cab for us at 6 am in morning

This hotel truly deserves all five stars. The staff is super friendly and speaks excellent English, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. The rooms are clean, spacious, and were tidied daily by very kind housekeeping staff. The pool was accessible, and we could swim freely in our burkinis. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return! 👏🏼

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection.
The pool area and garden was really nice.
The hotel was in a great location to get into the centre or the airport.
We would definitely stay here again.

This was our 3rd time staying in this hotel and it never disappoints. Our only tiny issue was the lack of sun loungers by the pool after lunch time. But other than that we love this hotel. Beds are comfortable, house keeping do a great job the hotel is spotless. Staff were always helpful and friendly 🙂 highly recommend . We will be returning again next year .

We were apprehensive after reading a few reviews however this turned out to be a great hotel, lovely staff in a location that suits you if you want to be out of the city but close to small local bars. The room was spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was cleaned everyday as requested by the door handle hanging sign. Fresh towels and toiletries each day if required and more water. The restaurant in the hotel has good main meals and lovely deserts. We didn't have breakfast included in our stay but it is well worth having as we did everyday. Large selection of buffet breakfast, cooked meats, cereal ,omelettes to order bottomless fruit everything is really good. The hotel is about a 10-15 euro taxi ride into the city. We walked a couple of times through the parks etc off the main road quite pleasant and a bit quieter. A good size pool which got busy towards the end of our stay 27th May - 1st June. Thanks very much to all the staff we encountered that were happy to help and always cheerful.
