Heated pool, shop on the hotel premises and beautiful view. It is difficult to get very high, the funicular is slow and often breaks down. Complete lack of soundproofing.

Gorgeous room, spectacular views. Personally struggled with vertigo on the stairs. Strong smell from the drains. Exceptionally good value for money.

Truly one of those little gems that you can be lucky to find. Most beautiful view, most welcoming Juan and Elvira and not least completely newly renovated, so it is like 2022 level and not 70's Spanish. If we go back to Gran Canaria, we will definitely stay here again👍🏻👏🏻😎🥂☀️

This place is wonderful. It has undoubtedly exceeded our expectations. The treatment of Juan and Elvira is magnificent. They are super friendly and close and make you feel at home. Beautiful hotel. Always spotless and easy to get a sun bed even in school holidays. The best tip was to take the two lifts down in the montebello (your room card gives u access through the gates) to save all the steps. Amazing holiday thanks!

Great position just opposite the beach. Very spacious, air-conditioning throughout, 3 bedroom duplex villa. Pretty much everything you could need is there. Short distance to beach shop and only a 15-20 minute walk up to the larger supermarkets and mall.

Had a amazing stay. Really nice apartments near the beach. Only the parking slots are a little bit small and can ne annoying some times. But it seems like they are buildin ne bigger parking slots there.

Brilliant hotel. The view was fantastic. The hotel is situated on a hill which didn't bother us. The staff are brilliant. A big shout out to Silvia, Alberto and Reuben. The hotel is located right next to the bus stop from Maspalomas in the opposite direction, you have to walk to the center of Puerto Rico. Within a 5-minute walk there are several restaurants and a well-stocked Dino supermarket. Daily cleaning. Comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool with slightly heated water. At check-in, a mandatory deposit paid in cash, returned immediately at check-out.

Apartments 4* ~ area 2* This hotel complex is very clean and tidy. Excellently maintained however the location is not great. We usually stay in Mogan and I found the Arguineguin area quite quiet and boring. Thankfully we had a car and it did not affect our holiday however we will not go back.
