Heated pool, shop on the hotel premises and beautiful view.
It is difficult to get very high, the funicular is slow and often breaks down. Complete lack of soundproofing.

For the money it’s all right. The elevator didn’t work for some reason. And if you have an apartment in the middle, you have to walk quite a lot to get there.

Gorgeous room, spectacular views. Personally struggled with vertigo on the stairs. Strong smell from the drains. Exceptionally good value for money.

Riosol was better than expected, rooms needed a face lift but pool area was great pool was nice and warm

Ideal location
We’ve stayed here a number of times over the past 20 years hotel is looking a little tired although very clean and location is ideal for us . Needs an upgrade which I believe now servatur have purchased it will happen .

Very very bad service in a very expensive hotel.
When we arrived after a 10 hours travel around 18:00 we wanted to get a shower but. O warm water. We informed the ”non customer oriented” man in the reception, and it was supposed to be fixed. We went out in the city and got back 21:30 and asked if we could take the shower no, he just said ”the personel stoped working at 21:00…. No shower then.
The following day, we went to the beach and got back around17:00, the water was not fixed yet so no shower again….
Later at night we asked if it was possible to get a ”breakfast to go” for the next morning because we had to leave before 08:00 to catch our flight back home, he said the personel stoped working so no breakfast the second and last day. So we paid expensive money for getting only 50% of the paid breakfast and we was nit able to have a shower. He said in the phone that we would be compensated but we didnt see anything of that. The worst ever experienced hotelroom and stuff ever. Never again Hotels that I will stay here, never ever.

Room needs renovation, was quite worn out. Reception and restaurant were stylish and tidy.

Just got back after a week here. We went self catering. The rooms were decent, cleaned whenever we wanted it done and the staff were very accommodating. The views are amazing as you would expect. Only took a 15 minute walk to the commercial centre or the beach (there are different ways to walk this) or it was around 5 euros for a taxi and there are plenty of these!
Reception area was very nice and well presented. The lift.... was terrifying... but that was just for me but truly an experience in itself...
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Poor accommodation. Wont let me post pictures.
We went half board the hotel was very busy, meals were buffet, food was of great choice but not so hot, christmas dinner was the best of all and served hot, staff i cannot fault they were very efficient both dining and cleaning staff, we did complain about no lighting outside on the stairway 4 times it was very dark and dangerous, the apartment was in need of renovation it was very worn out and old where some areas had bad repairs done with mould also in areas, the smell from the sewage drain was sickening we had to deal with that ourselves, only 1 elevator was in use the whole time we were there.
