Hotel is dated in places - our room in particular Our room was also very basically furnished. Also although plenty loungers, again , a lot were very dated, torn in places. Great selection of food at all meals and plentiful.
Good pool areas but the main large pool does not have signs showing the depth at the deep end and it is very deep.
Entertainment wasn't great.
The hotel has a free bus service to the beach. The beach is a good 30 min walk downhill.
All the staff were lovely, very helpful.

This is our second time staying here and I have to say it's a great hotel to bring the family, our grandchildren love the pools and the food the hotel provide. It's not far from the airport by taxi. You can get the hotel free bus into the town and there's a train station nearby that also takes you into town. The staff are incredibly helpful from checking in to Imad and Valentina on the restaurant front of house duties. All the restaurant staff are very helpful and the food is varied. We go all inclusive as it's easier... in fact we've booked for next year. Family rooms are great with views over the pools and sea or mountains. Very clean, housekeeping is very clean.

We had a lovely 5 night stay here at the start of October. We were really impressed with everything. Rooms were big and balcony had a view over the pools. 3 pools in total. Pool bar was good with self serve beer and soft drinks. Location is a bit back from the front but complimentary bus is available. It is a 10 mini walk from the train station which is 3 stops from Málaga airport. Food is buffet style and a bit repetitive but is of good quality and always something there to your liking. we would recommend 100%.

A lovely and welcoming hotel. Our transfer actually dropped us off at the bottom of the road for the hotel and had a tiring walk up to the hotel which I was not happy about especially with a child under 2. But we took this up with the transfer company. And as a good will they had sent us a private car back to the airport on return which I thought was great. So focusing back on the hotel. Food was excellent, great ranges of paella and the staff in the hotel were excellent. Accommodating for my child also. As we visited around late April this year it was an average temperature of around 22 degrees which was bearable. They still hosted some water activities and bingo on the nights. If you have children the kids entertainment starts very late In the evening around 9.30pm. Rooms are clean and no problems. Overall an excellent hotel and will be visiting again in the near future.

Very friendly staff.
We arrived at 4am after delays and was starving there was a small selection of 'snacks' in the dining room which was super handy. Decent variety of food each meal and desserts.
Pools are great and there is entertainment on in the evening.
Free shuttle to the beach and town area and a supermarket 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Just spent two weeks at this fantastic hotel, with my family, all the staff work extremely hard throughout the hotel from cleaners, catering, front of House staff, especially Imed who is the most welcoming and friendly person, he truly is a diamond, I have been three times here and everything is still the same a little short staffed in certain areas but they keep going. The entertainment staff were exceptional keeping us all smiling, Laura still remembered my son after all these years which was lovely. Don't know why people complain about the food, there is plenty to choose from, great array of different freshly prepared food. Yes the rooms are a little dated, but let's be honest your only in there to wash and sleep, you don't go for the rooms, I went to spend time with my family in a beautiful area of spain, heat, not having to go to work and just relax and that's what we did, and plenty of family time. I think the bus service is a great asset to the hotel taking you to town or the beach, saves you walking or catching the local bus.

Lovely hotel and well looked after. The staff were fantastic especially imed? who was always pleasant. It wasn't quiet but we visited during peak season with many kids there so it is to be expected.
The food had a good mix each day which did appear to be at a high quality. The snack bar throughout the day was often busy with the staff appearing to be a bit rushed which was the same during the evening entertainment however the hotel felt like it had many guests at the time.
The pools and entertainment were excellent and many games put on during the day
Our family room was a good size with excellent beds.
Location of the hotel isn't the best but not bad with a 20-25 minute walk to the beaches but they had coaches running all the time until late evening which was a great addition.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Bed and Breakfast only for us - a good selection of hot/cold food. Travelled to seafront every day by complimentary bus or train so did not get involved with hotel activities but all families looked as if they were enjoying themselves. We would stay here again as we were very happy with everything.

Rooms very clean, very large and yes dated but comfortable. Staff all very helpful and Friendly. I did not enjoy the food, but everything else was great. I liked the location free bus to beach and town.

My parents and I have just had a brilliant stay at Aluasun Costa Park. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. We also enjoyed excellent views from our balconys of the sea, Malaga and the surrounding mountains which was a real treat.
We went half board which was great for us. There were different options on offer each night, including some gluten free options.
A special mention must go to Imed, the restaurant manager! He is so friendly and attentive to everyone. He always made sure that gluten free items were made available to us at each meal time too which was very helpful.
