Hotel staff very friendly and helpful rooms extremely clean. Location excellent for beach and restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful. Parking was free right outside hotel

Lovely hotel, comfy bed and pillows, good location. But could have done with kettle and cups etc in room. Although we did get a kettle on request they didn't think to bring cups with it 😄.

Great price and good service, felt very welcomed.

The staff are friendly, all of them. The food is good and at a decent price compared to what's outside. The room itself needed just a little bit more cleaning, they could replace the pillows and beds for softer ones. They should have at least 1 full size mirror in the room as well. More free shower gel and shampoo. Another downside is the fact that all these hotels are next to each other so they are all playing their own music. Can get annoying at times. This is an adult only hotel, but you have children in both sides of the hotel. I would recommend this place however if you wanted some where cheap and could be a 4 star hotel easily.

Good hotel!

Haven't been to this hotel since it was taken over and upgraded. Always liked the position and privacy of the pool, but now it is very modern and comfortable, with a jacuzzi and small plunge pool. Our room, disappointingly was overlooking the road with no balcony. Bathroom to a high standard, but PVC headboard on the very hard bed had seen better days. Drinks are expensive but 2 for happy hour early evening. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. All in all we enjoyed our short stay, and would definitely stay again..

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week. Only back to Ireland last night.
Stayed last year also.
Lovely hotel and pool area.
Highest plus to it is that it is very close to the beach and carihuela.
Nice and chilled atmosphere and adults only so no noisy children.
Safe was broke in our room but David the manager got it sorted within the hour.
All the other staff were extremely helpful also, Artak, Nevea ( sorry if I spelt the names wrong ) and the bar man who was from Italy. We were greeted everytime we left and came back to the hotel.

There was a newspaper champagne and finger food event on the night we left and were told to join if we wanted and enjoy the food and drinks.

View from the ground floor out to the pool was nice but we stayed on top floor last year which was even nicer.

Id deffo stay again.
