I would highly recommend this hotel the staff are lovely , the entertainment at night/day is so good for kids rooms were clean everyday very high variety of food and in general it is very lovely

One of the best family holidays we have ever been on. The atmosphere, activities, pools and entertainment were second to none. The food was your standard all inclusive food (not the best you’ve ever had but something for everyone definitely) I saw someone else say the staff were rude, we didn’t find this at all, everyone went out of their way to make sure we were having a lovely time and we were always well attended to. (Shout out to Faith at the bar who always had a dance and a laugh with us) the rooms were always clean and we didn’t find the hotel tired looking at all, it’s just a hotel with character, :)

Stayed for 8 nights June 22-30 as a family of 3 which included a 4 year old. We had a good time but weirdly we weren't too sad to come home like some places, I feel like this is probably due to the fact the location is pretty remote and not near anything, requires a 10 minute taxi return ride but don't want to be paying taxi everyday. Entertainment - cant fault the team as they put a lot of hard work in, but we have been some places where they make more effort to talk to new arrivals/kids and get everyone involved. They seemed happy with the same faces volunteering or playing games. My daughter is a shy 4 year old so would not naturally go up to them, but they did not approach her or encourage her so she did not get involved with anything which was disappointing baring in mind its a family entertainment hotel, and we spoke to a few single kid families who felt the same. Restaurant- Hit & miss but always something to eat. Drinks - Usual AI drinks and anything more expensive have to pay for. I think there should be another free lager option rather than just cruzcampo. Shop - onsite and not too expensive as some reviews have said, although I am from London! Waterpark - really good and good to get out hotel a little 5/10 minute walk over bridge. All in all a good holiday and lots of fun in swimming pool, but have been to the Ibiza holiday village which was a lot better.

I don't normally write a review after a holiday, however, after reading some of the negative comments on here, I just had to state our opinion and how we found the Village Hotel. Please note, I am usually a right moaner! We were a family of 5 (Aunt, Uncle, Niece and Great Nieces) for first week of stay, increasing to 7 people for second week as our daughter and son-in-law joined us. Stayed 15-29 June, 3 rooms with pool views and balconies on 5th Floor. Pro: All the rooms were found to be very spacious and generally clean. Con: Floors were not swept or mopped and our feet were always dirty. Two sinks in bathroom and two showers, one over bath and the other one a power shower cubicle. All Inclusive was great and included entrance to Water Park, across the bridge. Food was a bit repetitive but you'd have to be a right fusspot to not be able to find something you liked. The choice was huge. We had one vegetarian in our party and she never went hungry. We enjoyed two visits to American Restaurant, however, only went once to Italian as we did not enjoy it at all. Staff in bars and restaurant were not overly friendly, however, they are working very hard and don't have time to stop and chat. Reception and spa staff were lovely and I have no words to describe how much our kids loved the Animation team. These young people should get medals, the amount of effort they put into entertaining the children from morning until bed time is absolutely amazing. In 30+ degree heat as well. To summarise, I would recommend the Village Hotel to anyone looking for a family holiday. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, very friendly staff, focused on foreign tourists, who are the vast majority. The breakfast buffet was good, but the dinner was short and repetitive. My son loved it, so we'll be back.
