Hotel Masa International

They only have a set menu because the restaurant is always empty and can not get any customers so can not provide a normal menu which is very poor ,they couldn't even provide us with a bottle of wine at our meal when asked .When I've eaten there in the past the restaurant is completely empty ( even in peak season) and has no atmosphere. The bar area is completely dead and has no people in it and the attitude of the staff it's not surprising why . The French female waitress has an altitude and needs to get a smile , she's so unwelcoming its beyond belief ( very miserable looking ) The hotel is very expensive even though it is like something from the 1970s .Ive been using this hotel to stay in and eat for 30 years and it has gone down hill drastically to the point I will never ever use the place again. The hotel room walls are so thin you can hear load noise from the next rooms when i stopped there. Hopefully it will be sold at some point soon and get some new staff and a refurbishment and a new spring of life. The only decent person in the place was rafel (and another younger male waiter) The female waitresses have very bad attitudes and need to learn how to smile. Non of them very obviously don't like their jobs.
The pool is also very dangerous with it being very deep all over . I am 6ft tall and there is no point in the pool i can stand up in safely. Good riddance , my family will never use the place again and I will tell everyone I know not to use it also . 👋

Ive never experienced such a rude group of staff, You are spoken to with total contempt.
The Manageress walks around like a prison warden. All the nice staff that were there 3 years ago have all gone.
