5 star We are so glad we booked here for a 1 night stay and wish we had been able to stay longer. The staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. The hotel and grounds are lovely and the views are outstanding. The breakfast was nice an enough choice for all. We will definitely be back and booking a longer trip with a sea view!

Some health and safety issues are lacking in the property. The wood pieces in the pool area is moving and hurt my feet. We warned them but they did not care. There are rusty nails in the open. No precautions have been taken. A tall person can easily hit his forehead or face. Unfortunately, there is no professional approach. While the guests are on vacation, the workers are making dowels. We had a great stay here, rooms & hotel were very clean and spacious, staff friendly. The water slides were a great hit with the kids and adults!! Hotel well located to beach and town with lots of shops. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Lloret Splash,the water park and pools were fantastic for the kids, and the entertainment kept everyone engaged. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The only downside was the pebble beach nearby, which wasn’t ideal for relaxing or swimming. Despite that, it was a great family holiday overall!

Overall the hotel is good , it’s located 400 meters from the see, it’s 15 -20 minutes by foot to the beach. We reserved 2 hotel rooms for 3 and 2 persons. In the last few days my daughters started itching and had red rashes on the body , and then we found bedbugs in the room. I think the appearance of bedbugs is related to the superficial cleaning of the rooms.

Pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. Hotel/room was clean, spare a couple scuff marks on a wall and floor. Bed was good, shower powerful(although hot water ran out fairly quickly). We booked a last min deal for a very low price. We weren't sure of how good the apartment would be, it was lovely. Very well kept and the gentleman who owns it will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. There is no pool but we had an all inclusive deal which allowed us to use all the facilities of another hotel. For a cheap, quiet holiday I would definitely recommend.

We had a nice welcome when we arrived as the smiling receptionist proposes us to give information and tips about Lloret and the places to go. We could visit all Lloret from this well-located and quiet place. The flat is well-furnished. They made available all you need to cook. There is a supermarket only three-minute walk away. The beach is about half a mile away.

Me and my friend traveled here for a Holiday in May, we wanted a bit of a mix of going out and drinking and the opportunity to chill out. The manager Juan is brilliant and very accommodating. Apartment was of a good size, very clean and comfortable. We had clean towels halfway through the week. Excellent quiet location and close to beach and many restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. We are hoping to stay here next year as it was perfect for us.

Having spent two weeks on holiday at Selva Park we must say a very big thankyou to Juan and his staff for the excellent room, the cleanliness on arrival and his obliging efforts to ensure that we had a great holiday. The beach and all the amenities were very close at hand which was very welcome and a godsend with my having a very sore leg.Well done Juan and every success.

Very good. It is worth hiring it because due to the location of the hotel, there is very little parking in the area. The hotel parking is outside and has direct access to the hotel.

Fortunately there is parking at the hotel because it is impossible to park in Lloret de Mar. Price €14 per day. It's expensive but reasonable compared to private parking lots. A small downside, the places are narrow. To get out of the car it's just right.

The receptionists are very attentive and help you with any questions you have. impeccable cleanliness Very good food although it depends on the time you arrive you can find it a bit dry, but they are making more. You will enjoy the hotel a lot

They are not very large squares, but as the theme of the apartment in Lloret is, it is affordable.

Ok, buckle up, it will be a long but pleasant review. Welcoming: the staff is extremely friendly and ready to help you out with every information available such as best restaurant picks, bus tours, sightseeing, how to start a cult - anything!! In the room there is a small but unbelievably delicious fruit basket which actually is also a portable cooler to keep your cold ones icy like your ex's heart...

+ The location is perfect less than 2 minutes walk to the beach; super price for Costa Brava, about 300€ for six nights; the personnel is very nice; very clean place. - To small bathrooms, the sink was minuscule; very thin walls, i heard the alarm of the guy in the room above me like it was on my nightstand; the same thing every morning for breakfast.

Really enjoyed my stay. Hotel Caleta is a very simple little place. It was perfect for my husband and myself. We stayed on the 4th floor and had a terrace with a seaview. Air conditioning was fab. The room was basic but was very clean. It was cleaned every day and towels changed every day also if you wished. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of fresh fruit and rolls and meats with lovely brie and other cheeses...

Was staying there in august 2017. The room had a good price but there was no air conditioning but it was ok. Fan was enough. Very good price and friendly staff. Breakfast is very good. LOcation is perfect. 2 minutes to the beach. Recommend it.

Close to the sea and on one of the shopping streets. Rooms and breakfast are ok, simple. Staff is nice and helpful. If you are lucky you can get a room with view at the sea... without air conditioning, but I did not feel the need .

Staying in Bluesea copacabana... after all the reviews I had seen I was worried coming. The only bad points are the noise of a night time 5-7am every night I have been woken by next door sounds like furniture is being thrown around the room and doors slamming the doors being banged on kicked ect! The mattress are hard but you can sleep comfortably enough on them. Food is always warm never hot there...

The hotel himself needs renovation.The food is quit good . In the bar workes a very rude lady-Ali.We brought dirty glasses and asked for a drink ,without rinsing them and cleaning lipstick she filled them with a drink ! After complaining at the reception the answer from Ali was :you have to asked to clean your glass! Very low understanding about hygiene! The reception stuff very friendly and helpful...

The hotel room was clean, we got fresh towels whenever requested and the food was decent. The bar staff were so kind to my autistic daughter who is 4, she even managed to order herself a juice on her own by the end of the week. Thankyou all for being so lovely with my children! If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel that is close to the beach with friendly staff, this is the one!

The hotel was fantastic , breakfast,lunch and dinner were really good . Staff very friendly . They have animation all nights . I'm coming back in August ! See you soon.

I was quite impressed with this hotel. I did see a few negative reviews, so I wasn't sure what to expect! It is a 3 star. It's value for money. Breakfast was decent. I really like the chocolate pastry thing. Staff were friendly and hotel is a less than a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Staff very helpful when you arrive and when leaving

Very cheap per night, we have stayed twice now, once in July and once at the very start of September. The rooms are nice and fairly bright with a small balcony to relax on while resting before going out again! Not far from the beach, owners friendly and very helpful. Just like the photos Our trip was short but it was well worth it. The room looked just as the photos; we weren’t looking for ultimate comfort as we planned to be out and about most of the time. The only “complaint” I would have is when we would walk into the room it was a weird smell; something like a hint of a moldy smell which I’d think would come from the humidity of the beach and the ac maybe....

Lovely hotel The hotel was very nice no complaints, except it did say free parking limited. I rang before arrival and was told it wasn’t a problem, but when I arrived I had to use another one of there car parks and had to pay 18€.

5 stars for staff - friendly and approachable. 2 stars for the hotel itself. It was clean but very basic. Rooms were very small. Not sure where 4* are coming from. Also we booked a double bed and got a room with 2 singles put together with one flat as a pancake pillow. There was no problem with swapping the room though. Breakfast was definitely the worst part. From the third day we just dined out....

Excepting breakfast was everything great. If they improve the buffet (fresh bread and more vegetables), they'll have a big plus. We are so grateful they've accepted our little clean dog inside. An extrordinary place for families, a super outdoor swimmingpool for cooling yourself during the hot hours and a cosy restaurant with terrase.

We arrived late at night for a 10 night stay and given great welcome from Marco who showed us to our room. Amazing staff, couldn't meet nicer people. We had a late night return flight and Joan provided us with towels so we could shower before we left and bags were securely stored for us for the day. Food was excellent anytime we dined at the hotel. Joan and staff should be proud of the hotel and services...

Excellent hotel with very short distance to the seashore (200 m.), very friendly staff. We've been there for 9 days and it was awesome. Clean and comfortable rooms, very nice city and a place to stay. Totally reccomend!

This hotel is amazing. It`s new, the location is great. It`s near the beach, close to the center and the clubs and yet, it`s very quiet. We stayed there this summer and we had a great time. The room was cleaned every day, we had new clean towels every day. The bathroom has a hairdryer and even toothbrushes. We only booked bed and breakfast because when we go somewhere we want to go to different places...

Very comfy rooms... Lovely thick towels and dressing gown... Staff very nice esp Timothy who got me coffee at 6am! Food lovely... Massage not good... Girls didn't have firmness in fingers...lovely soft cushions at the pool... If u have trouble walking this is not the hotel for u.. Lots of steps uphill... But I wud definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! The comforting points are personnel: great staff at reception and restaurant! The buffet breakfast and dinner are at average level... not to compare with other five-star hotel we’ve stayed!

One of the best experiences in Spain. Incredible service by Bernhard (10 star), he really cared to make sure we are happy I thought he was the manager from how hospitable. Hotel is not bad (building is old and they have tried to modernize it, rooms and building a 3 star but the breakfast makes up for everything. Especially when you are on a long drive ahead. Pool area is amazing almost like a Vegas...

Room are too small, also the W.C. Bed are O.K. Looking outside to patio are not so nice. AirConditioning are positiv, but the most time in Lloret not needed.

The first day went well. At arrival the woman behind the counter (presumably the owner) recieved us with open arms and helped us with our luggage. We went with a tourbus and were in Lloret at about 7 am but, checking in was at 1 pm. The owner was kind enough to think ahead of us and offered us to "store" our luggage in her office until we could check in. At first it was a bit hard to understand her...

Very disappointed, because the spa didn't work, there were no bubbles and the night is very noisy. So I slept very badly. Otherwise the hotel is well located and very clean.

Would stay again It's good value for what you pay but it's an older hotel. Food in the hotel wasn't great but you're located within easy walking distance of everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel in the centre of Lloret de Mar. Guests were mainly in the 55+ age group which suited us and also mainly French.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July. It's a great location near shops and the beach. Maria and Daniel were very friendly and made us very welcome. Our room was spacious clean and very comfortable with a new mattress and great walk- in shower. The balcony was an extra bonus too. Breakfast was served until midday, very Spanish 😀. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in lloret. Certainly great...

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok nothing special but since this hotel is on a great location there are enough places to eat nearby. Pool was small but enough to cool down but the beach is 5 minutes away. Free wifi so that's also a plus. Overall a great hotel.

Good hostel, but it's more than that. One big bed room with bathroom, condition and balcony. It's possible to ask towel from the staff for to go to the beach. Room towels are daily changed.
